Clean and efficient. Opens at 9am for those wanting a foot long sub early in the morning. Zero complaints about their service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !! The customer service is terrible & the way they handle your food is careless. As I was ordering I told the worker (Indian lady) I wanted Italian bread & she throw it on counter.. I wanted mayo on the bread before placing the meat. She said “that’s not how that works I put meat first then I move down the line” I told her that’s not how I want my sandwich &she continued to place meat on the sandwich. I left & told her I don’t want it. To have someone tell me I can’t have my food the way I want is very unprofessional. To the owner you need NEW STAFF !!!

I've tried this Subway a few times because it's close to work. Don't even think about trying to scan your app or use it to redeem a deal because you won't get the connection. If you tell the employees it's not working, they could not care less. I gave up on trying to redeem it for my free birthday cookie on a previous visit because they were completely indifferent. I had a horrible experience today. I told the second employee after the first employee started the sandwich with the meat and cheese that I wanted light mayo on the bread, not right on the meat. I've done this at Subway for YEARS and it's never been an issue - they just lift the meat and cheese and put the mayo on the bread. He wasn't paying attention because he was talking to the other employee and put it right on the meat. I said that's not what I asked for and then he just moved the meat so there was mayo directly between the meat and cheese and then was going to add another layer of mayo right on the bread. I said no and asked to make another sandwich. Who wants the mayo like that? It looked disgusting. The staff was very rude about the audacity of me to ask for another sandwich when they messed it up. The cashier came over and made my sandwich and DRENCHED it in light mayo. She had a major attitude about it the entire time. I wasn't about to say anything else about it because the three employees were glaring at me, but in hindsight, I should have because I couldn't even eat a lot of the sandwich because of how she did that out of spite. While this was going on, she was arguing with another guy in line about how the app not working to redeem a BOGO deal on subs was not her fault and she couldn't do anything. Classy. I love Subway, but this location isn't worth it when you have so many other options within walking distance, such as Jimmy John's and Potbelly. Don't bother with this location.

I was really excited to have a Subway so close to the building I work in, until I actually went and got it. Go ahead and say "No" to toasting the sandwich because trust me the bread is stale enough. Don't get a cookie because I can assure you, its nothing like the truly legendary cookies that Subway normally has. Thank God I'm not allergic to Jalapeños because that wouldn't have been a pleasant surprise, especially when I asked for pickles... Its definitely a shame, I am a huge fan of Subway, and used to eat it at least twice a week near my old job. The quality of this one was so bad that it couldn't possibly be an unusual thing. I can literally already feel my stomach starting to get angry and I finished my meal 10 seconds before I started writing this.

Pretty poor customer service. Walked in at 2:30 and one lady is mopping the front area and another is behind the make line, sweeping. The mopper did day hello and warned me to be careful with the wet floor. The lady behind the make line didn't acknowledge me at all. I had to stand there and watch her sweep the entire floor and then disappear into the back. I turned to the mopper and ask if they were actually closed and she said, "no, we're open until 3." She looks at the lady behind the line, who is doing her own thing, and goes back to mopping. Finally the sweeper washes her hands and comes out to make my sandwich. No hello. No smile. As cold and mechanical as she can be. It's been well over a year since I've been to Subway and this confirms I have no need to go back.

Good place for a sandwich. I had the chicken teriyaki sub. It was made nicely. As with so many of these places, they were a little chintzy with the vegetables. But I did enjoy the sandwich when I got home.

Not going back ever. I asked for tuna sandwich and she didn't even spread the tuna. And the way they put veggie, they rushed me and didn't spread veggie properly. And charged me regular price $6.75 instead of $6 sub of the month. TUNA. The line wasn't even long and they were rushing me.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!!!! The manager accused me of stealing soda in front of the entire restaurant!!! I decided to dine in for lunch...before leaving I got a refill of water in my "water cup" that the manager gave me. As I was sipping my water, I noticed him looking at me. He then says "that cup is for water" I replied "yes, I have water...what do you mean?" and I held the cup up to show him. He replies "you know what I mean"...I said "ARE YOU ACCUSING ME OF STEALING SODA?!" He replies again "You know what I mean". I said "No I don't know what you mean b/c I am drinking water, I asked for water. I don't even drink soda!". He continues to stare at me. I walked up to the counter and asked him for his name. He gave me his name (DAVID). I advised him that I would be writing a review on every platform I could find online and that I would also be reporting him to corporate. Try all of the other wonderful restaurants in the area, please do not eat here!!!!!

One of the few locations in Charlotte to carry the Seafood Sensation sub! Good job! This location is my favorite Subway in Charlotte

Wheat bread was stale. Saved the other half for later bread was still hard and I always add extra extra mayo with vinegar and oil.

I have had a pleasant experience every time I stop here for lunch. The space is clean and well-kept, the food was fresh, and the service was great.

Just leaving the space and it was special until I just ordered. My grandmother worked in the building many years ago in banking and I went here to feel near her since her passing. Unfortunately, I prefer around 2:15 pm. The what appeared to be male manager took my order and I was deciding which ingredients should be placed on my sandwich. I noticed he was frustrated and then he proceeded to ask me why didn’t l say everything. I smiled and said let’s be nice. He then said he was closing. I’ve now learned it closes at 3pm. I let him know sir I’ve been extremely nice considering your behavior. He then attempts to argue me out of the store and I told him it’s unfortunate his behavior and he said I was “chillin”. That’s wild considering I have to go back to work. Never again

To be honest this was probably the most fresh subway sandwich I've had yet. the two Indian folk serving here were also nice and it's a pretty quiet location located beneath the wells fargo
