The food is good but the owner needs to be a little more understanding .When a customer complain about cross contamination .You can't touch raw meat then touch hamburger buns when making orders.Then get mad when the customer call you on it.As a result of the rude and disrespectful behavior that my colleage experienced. I will nolonger patron your establishment and I suggest anyone with half a brain to do the same

Holy Sh*t the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. I go out of my way to eat here as often as possible.

I worked for Performance Foods (Trucker) delivered to this place in the back, one of the most nastiest places I've ever delivered to. The two older folks who owned the place had those hospital like containers with urine in it among other things. It was sad to see a lot people going there to eat there, this place was in top of one of the most nastiest places to eat in Charlotte.

Good ribeye steak sandwich and cheese burgers. The fries and everything else is made fresh to order.

I started eating here in 1991 when it was owned by the Father and son . The food is ok now to me compared to Gus cooking . Burgers taste frozen and hot dog like it was not beef . Fries were good but needed some salt . I would prefer less slaw and more chili .

Man I ordered the triple cheeseburger all the way and 1st bite was so yummy 🤤 I had to stop and do a review!! My 1st time having their burger 🍔 and yessss it didn’t disappoint good stuff!! Had an order of fries that were hot and fresh and taste like they peeled the potatoes their self… dang they probably did though which is a plus!! I love the fact it’s made to order nice 👍 I’ll be back

It's a little hole in the wall a mom and pop sandwich shop there's no Provisions to eat there but they're food is excellent and you're quick and their prices are pretty darn reasonable

Well, it’s in a slightly suspect area of town (hence bars on the window) and it’s a cash only... but if you can overlook those factors, some of the tastiest burgers and dogs in town! If you’re not against slaw, I’d recommend ordering it “all the way” (I think that comes standard unless otherwise stated). Friendly and helpful service. Take out only.

I ordered on door dash…. Great prices, fries were perfect. Also got the turkey club & grilled cheese. Everything was delicious! Will ABSOLUTELY be going back!

Burgers and dogs are great. Chili is good, slaw is meh but the burgers and dogs are good without it. The service isn't going to be great and you may walk into some tense energy, but it's family run so what do you expect 😅

Such a great little hole in the wall! If you think a burger should cost $13 and include arugula, this isn't the place for you. If you enjoy quick, simple, greasy fare served with a bit of eastern european charm, give it a shot.
