    Absolutely terrible employees. Stood at the front for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to come take my order while they stood there. Had to ask if they were open to please let me order food. Employee then came and wouldn’t talk or look at me while I ordered. Even tried to ask how his day was going and wouldn’t answer. Love the food at wing stop but no matter what state I am in the service is absolutely terrible.

    0/5 Could not rate 0 Pls avoid this location, they have no clue what they are doing. I waited 40 mins for my pick up. First they have told me my order will 10 mins, when I checked 20 mins later. They told me they couldn't find the order. When I said I want to check with manager. She is not bothered to speak with me. I stood for 10 mins at the pick up counter. She ignored me, after 40 mins they found my order. They spelled my name wrong and made me wait for 40 mins. My order was laying dr.

    Waited for over 45mins with a hungry 1 year old for a 10 piece and 8 piece order of some wings! Horrible, fries were burnt, got the wrong flavor chicken, and it was cold. NEVER AGAIN!!

    I wish I could rate it 0 stars. This is maybe the worst restaurant i have ever been to in my life. Our order took 45 minutes longer than it was supposed to. The radio was blasting but was literally just static and no actual music. Gave me an instant headache. The workers were slow and didn’t even acknowledge our existence for the first 15 minutes of us being there. I’ve worked in food service for years and have a lot of patience for this industry, and this is the first restaurant review i have ever written. But this was so extremely awful that i can’t NOT write a review.

    This is the worst Wingstop in Charlotte. I got 80 dollars worth of food for it not to be right. The wings wasn't cooked hard, missing a large ranch and gave me a empty blue cheese dip. Also went back up there and they wouldn't redo my order because the manager wouldn't answer the phone. There should be a manager on site at all times. They wouldn't give me my money back. They definitely WILL NOT GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!

    Wingstop as a company and franchises are terrible. The first franchise that my family encountered was in Charlotte at the corner of Idlewild and WT Harris in the early 2000’s . The 2 franchise holders did a wonderful job with quality of food and consistently but also their customer service. They were rewarded for their efforts by having their establishment shot up and robbed 3x. Wingstop present day is a shell of what it was back then. My order that I order is always the same thing from different locations and it’s never the same. Dipping sauces are never the same, French fries….. don’t let me get started. It’s like a 16 yr old trying the replicate at home and it ended up being a terrible failure. The only thing that is consistent from one store to another is the cut of the fries. That’s it. So the only thing I can leave here. If you go to any Wingstop nationwide you won’t ever be the same. Maybe Wingstop should take notes from Chick-fil-A

    I swear everytime I order im missing something. My God, its like they cant read an order 🤣. Then dont know how to answer the phone. Whole crew need additional training. Im just not coming in & going off over no drink or missinf fries. But count your days wingstop.

    As a former employee of Wingstop this place is beyond ridiculous I would go in there and retrain this staff I used to work at the One in university with managers Victor and Alex and this level of service here at this location is honestly disappointing never answers the phone never gets the order right they do not Blanch their fries properly or change the fry cutter blades(yes that’s why you get big blocky fries) wings are half covered in sauce fries are extremely soggy and cold always yesterday they had a fire 12/13/2022 and said my order was ready yet it wasn’t I waited over an hour for 50 wings just for them to be cold and not sauced at all they missed several items in my order honestly(need a refund or gift voucher or something) spent $75 here to receive mediocre food and service. and they stopped making Potato Salad and Coleslaw as a side pretty disappointing, they increased their prices but the lackluster service is still the same. I don’t know if corporate even reads theses reviews or anything but when I worked at Wingstop we actually took pride in the work I know it’s a hard job especially when you’re overwhelmed but seriously guys get it together. I would honestly go in there and reteach all theses employees. And I haven’t worked at Wingstop in over 8 years crazy though because I’m 100% that I can literally run this store by myself.

    Ordered on the app, which was a very smooth process. Set a pickup time of 6:45pm. Arrived at 6:40pm, food was ready to go. I live 10 minutes from the store. I get home and the fried corn is ice cold and the chicken was cold down to the bone and the carrots seemed like they were pickled. I called in to the store and my order was quickly refunded with no run around. We’ve ordered takeout from this location before and not had issues, but maybe this is the last order for me.

    I WOULD have given 5 stars because WingStop is ONE of my favorite places to ear. Tonight employees are not doing work. They are talking to each other. I have been waiting for 45 mins. I'm the ONLY guy here. ONE employee is playing with a mobile phone.

    Disaster. The guy at 6pm had a bad service. Take too long for the food. Take 25 minutes for my order. These guys need Supervision. They think that are in a party. Too SLOW and talking all the time. Never come back to this place. Dont use globes too when are cooking.

    Ordered online….RICO, the manager packed our order(he told my girlfriend home self that he did) we ordered 21 wings and got about 15. He told us to come back in and he would remake the order. Since it was late I waited and came in a day later. He said he could remember that he messed up but he had to “cover the food loss cost” so he would not remake the order. You should have had extra food since you skimped us on our original order sir….do better when hiring managers wing stop.

    I eat wingstop a lot, various locations. This location was my least favorite until recently. I met a girl named Brittany, who is apparently the new General manager. When I say my food was better than any other store and her customer service was IMPECCABLE! I have never felt so valued as a customer with take out and watching how she treated her employees was absolutely great to see! In the middle of a pandemic everyone is hurting, but it is people like her that keep people wanting to work! I will never go to another wing stop as long as she is in office! Good people and leadership do still exist! Go there, you won’t regret it.

    This location is a hit or miss because the staff is full of young people without an experienced older manager to teach the young staff how to properly run a restaurant so they mess up orders all the time. Sometimes the food is prepared right but dont expect that everytime and if you dont check your food before leaving the restaurant you will be upset alot of the time. They regularly prepare food with no masks or gloves on but do wear them sometimes.

    I'm not typically a review person but I had to give this one a go. Usually when you walk into a wing place, it's greasy and just doesn't feel super clean but that isn't the case with Wingstop. It was seriously the cleanest restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. Food was great, staff was friendly and timing was prompt.

    Called over and over till they finally answered. Then they gonna tell me they don't deliver, which they already have multiple times before. Very rude on the phone. I'd just find somewhere else if I was y'all, just like I'm doing now.

    Long wait time, the food is always good but my order was placed at 3:39, the app said it would be between 16 to 21 minutes which is already high since it’s just a 10 piece wing order with nothing else. But when I arrived at 4:00 giving the restaurant the 21 minutes it requested they told me it would be 10 minutes. Half hour wait for 10 wings is a bit ridiculous seeing as I’ve managed 3 restaurants and my tables or Togo orders take maximum half that time. Over all if you’re going to order wing stop you should call ahead and ask how long the wait will be to avoid this issue, I gave them a 3 because the food has yet to disappoint in flavor just a lack of time management has always been my issue with wing stop in my case

    This location is always a hit or miss..ordered online and didn’t get my order to over an hr later..girl at register with them dreads thinking she cute needs to be let go asap!! She adds to the wait..if u working on a team help ur folks out instead of trying to be cute. Get ur dreds retwisted first. Cooks cant maneuver like they want to cause the orders need to bagged and she sitting at the counter looking at us. Very unprofessional cashier to say the least. I’m not knocking their food but that cashier needs to clock out and go home. Like if ur not part of the solution then ur the problem..not part of the problem but THE problem. But yep that’s all!

    Placed an online order, app said 12 to 18 minutes for order to be ready. Drove there and arrived in 20 minutes order was not ready for another 25 minutes. At the end I looked were the ready orders are and they had just placed my order on the shelf. I told the guy "Hey, my order is right there, I gotta go!" The food was good though! I even forgot my drink.

    Ordered food online (6.14.23) which said it would be ready for pickup within 20-30 minutes. I Arrived about 25 minutes later, I was greeted politely (wish I grabbed his name) and informed him I was there for my online order. The food was ready and I was offered a complimentary water due to their ice machine being out of service. I declined but appreciated the offer. The fries were a bit cold (perhaps the food was ready well before anticipated) but he exchanged them for a fresh order without hesitation. I’ve visited this location several times and always have received exceptional service. Thank you!

    The food was pretty good, but the service was really terrible. We waited for over 30 minutes for our dine in order. One of the workers went on break right in the middle of a rush and came back reeking of weed. We changed our order to to-go because it was taking so long.

    Terrible!!! I ordered a 30 pc wing & dbl fries waited 20 minutes before I arrived. Got there & saw a few people waiting so I didn't think it would be long. Fast forward 30 minutes I finally got my food but as I saw him packing the bag & there was only 1 ranch. I asked him about the other ranch & he said there was only 1 on the ticket. I informed him that we could only put in for 1 online. He then said he would have to charge me for other ranches. I pointed at the board & said if I get 1 for a piece shouldn't I get 3 for a 30 piece. He then tried explain again but then with clear frustration & anger he just went & grabbed 2 more & handed to me with a clear attitude. Wing Stop stores in Charlotte have gone to s***. I don't go often anymore because of it & now it'll be a long while before I go again. Ownership has to do a better job because they are losimg money because I know I'm not the only person who feels this way.

    First time at this location off Idlewild Road in Charlotte. I ordered 6 wings, seasoned fries and a regular drink. Fifteen minutes and Fifteen dollars later I received my 3 Hawaiian and 3 mild wings. They were pretty good. The fries were greasy and over seasoned. The place doesn't have the best atmosphere, but it was ok for a 'pick up here' establishment.

    This place has single handed KILLED my Love for wingstop...I was excited when they placed this location by me...Staff is horrible always wings are just fried with little to no sauce or favor...I’ve given it 3 visits and always the same results...I’m done this place... its to pricey not to have it together...RIP Wingstop...Ugghh!!

    I'm not sure why the google reviews are so much better than Yelp. It's a little suspect when a good portion of the 5 star reviews don't leave an actual review. Anyhow, the associate that took care of me made me feel like I inconvenienced her by having the audacity to pick up my order. She initially gave me the wrong sized drink and when I asked her to correct it she poured me diet instead of regular coke. I kindly explained I didn't want regular coke and her response was that she's been out of regular coke. She didn't even ask if it was okay she just did it hoping I wouldn't notice. I get home which is less than 5 minutes away and my wings are burnt, dry and ice cold. I picked them up at exactly the quoted time. Last time I came here to pick up my order they handed me two large bags of over 100 wings, I only ordered 10. Luckily I'm a nice person and told them of the error. I've been here twice and that's probably gonna be it.

    I ordered through DoorDash and went to pick up some food for myself. Siah is the one who prepared the order on the Bag. I got some Amazing food, the fries were hot the wings were flavorful and full of sauce and the food was worth the price.

    Shut them down. Employees saltier than the fries. They barely give you any ranch in the cup provided. They move extremely slow! And I think they’re commissioned on how much ranch they can sell when they don’t even put more than 2 squirts in the ranch cup. Wingstop itself isn’t that great but THIS location and these employees Young AND OLD make it even worse.

    Placed the order on the app. App showed 15-20 minutes. Arrived and the clerk said none of the chicken is cooked to me and several other guests. There were about 15 or so other people waiting for food. Waited another 15 minutes and then I was told that it was going to me another 5 minutes. Guess the app should rethink the food wait timed. All in all waited 30 minutes even after ordering on the app.

    Went there on New Years Eve to pick up a delivery order. Must’ve been a bad time to go there. Although the order was placed online, it took 30 minutes to make 10 wings. The staff was very unprofessional. I asked when the food would be ready and one of the managers replied “5 more minutes” when it was actually maybe 30. Also, they have a maximum of 5 guests in the lobby, however, it was maybe 10 people in there at a time. They did not enforce safety regulations/standards, they were unprofessional and REALLY SLOW. Wingstop is fine, I never usually order from them but I definitely will not be returning to this location.

    Don’t eat here . They take breaks whenever and don’t wash there hands . The managers have anger issues and the store manager is unprofessional. This Wingstop should be shut down period . They steady getting people orders wrong and wanna act like the customers are liars .

    Online ordering not desired, otherwise it would be five stars... online system declined two credit cards that worked at the register but this visit was better than the last and glad new faces were at the counter unlike the ones (female) that couldn't have cared less about anyone except their friends that stopped in. The wings were fabulous so I'll continue coming there unless customer service reverts back to the first two visits when I walked out.

    Was not able to order in person because the machine was down. Thank goodness for the app. Was able to order and get my food. Please check your bag before you get home. Yes they seal the bag but break the seal because several times our food has been hot, fresh, and wrong. When asking for your food to be fixed it's not a difficult exchange with the staff. They will fix it. Why do I keep going to this place🤔🤔 I love their wings and the corn.
