Usually good but we got there on a Friday night with more than 3 hours before they close, only to be told they only have 3 different types of donuts. You ran out of donuts 3 hours before close? and you cant make more? very odd experience. We didn't take our chances and left. I understand staffing shortages are a thing, hopefully this doesn't happen too often.

We ordered two dozen of Krispy Kreme Finest made fresh donuts and were not disappointed. Also got their coffee box. Good sweets and a hot drink.

Krispy Kreme!! Come on that’s all I really need to say. There HOT NOW donuts are amazing! Whenever I am driving around with clients in the evening 5pm let’s say😉 and that sign is on. I stop in to grab us a half dozen or possibly a dozen. YUM! Now that I just wrote this review I want one 😂

This was my first time going there after I’ve worked Night Shift and stopped there around 6am for some custard filled donuts .Came home opened the box took one out and it was cold and hard like old stale donuts filled with white cream not custard as I ordered. I was outraged to the point were I instantly called to speak to a manager. I told him I’m bringing back the donuts the next morning and I want the correct order and fresh ones. Also gave him the name of the lady on the receipt. He took my name down and told me I would get my money back and donuts on the house. I went back the following morning and they gave me the donuts free, which I really didn’t care for anymore. But she was unable to give me a refund because only the Manager could and he wasn’t there. She said he’ll come at 7am. So I waited from 6-8am and he never showed up. When I ask the lady when is he really coming she got a nasty attitude with me and made it sound like I’m in the wrong. I’m filing a complaint at the BBBon this place. This place has lots of bad reviews and am surprised it’s still open. Personally I just want my money back and never go there again. They can keep the donats I can get fresher ones at Harris Teeter across the street from there.

I do love their donuts but everytime I go they are out of about half the donut menu it seems like. I did an order online and they misplaced it. The order had to be remade when I got there. They also charged me online and charged me again in store. I didn't realize until later, now I am going to go up there and explain what happened and hope they resolve the issue.

Placed an online order. 1 minute later a lady from the store called and said "they didn't have glazed donuts....wait no we do, come on in". Odd but ok. I pulled up to the store and they then informed that they in fact did not have donuts. At a donut store. This happens frequently when I go to this location. What a joke. Off to Dunkin

Got there and the machine was down, was told it would be about 30 min before I could get any glazed. I was not going to stay but it actually didn't take that amount of time. Which means I got extra fresh doughnuts!!!😍... Every one was very nice and attentive, except for one guy that left the counter and didn't tell anyone. But another lady told me she would be right with me and proceeded to tell him he needs to tell someone when he clocks out for a break. All and all, everything was fine. Hot fresh doughnuts, life is good. 😁

Who doesn’t love Krispy Kreme!? Stop by this location once or twice a month to bring in doughnuts for the office. Service is always fast despite the early AM rush hour and doughnuts are always fresh. Shout out to Amy who is often working the window. Consistently engaging and kind, she always delivers despite the rushed environment!!

Great experience at Krispy Kreme. Well, let's be honest... with donuts how can you have a bad experience!?! But for real, the two ladies who were working at the time my son and I visited were super kind. They talked to my son and joked around with him. He ordered an M&M donut and I had a chocolate custard filled donut. Both donuts were delish! We enjoyed our mother/son morning out at Krispy Kreme!

I recently placed an online order at Krispy Kreme, but when I visited their store at 119 N Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211, I noticed some issues 😞. There were bees 🐝 inside the display where they keep the freshly made donuts 😖. This was concerning, and it made me cancel my online order 🙅‍♂️. It's important for Krispy Kreme to address these cleanliness issues, such as flies and bees inside the store 🦟🐝. They should prioritize regular inspections and maintain a clean and organized environment. This feedback is meant to help them improve and provide a better experience for their customers.

I visited at around 6:30 pm last Wednesday. Only 2 employees were on duty, and the hot sign was on. I was the only customer inside the store and had to wait a little bit, but they were doing their best to get to me. The one-star review is for the "filled" donuts. You could say it's deceptive advertising to claim they were filled with anything. It was such a tiny amount; maybe 1/8 teaspoon if that. The ONLY way you would know they were "filled" was the hole made by the pump nozzle. I'm so disappointed in Krispy Kreme for this. Like so many other businesses these days, they've resorted to taking shortcuts with the quality of their products to avoid a smaller profit margin. They weren't fresh either, seemingly at least a day old. The classic glazed are smaller, and the hole is bigger, too. The pumpkin spice donuts were good though. They have a longer shelf life, so I might get those again while they're available and start looking at their competitors. 😓

The employees were rude as could be and the service was awful. I went in for a free dozen that I had received for my birthday just to be ran around and told I was wrong and could only get a single free doughnut. So I was super disappointed in the service and employees.

I visited this location Oct 15 around 9pm. Raspberry filled were sold out. I ordered 3 glazed and 3 chocolate sprinkled. Did not receive the 3 chocolate sprinkled but rather just 3 chocolate. After leaving the Krispy Kreme in Matthews NC because they didnt have raspberry filled this was highly upsetting… so 2 locations and both sold out! If its a popular donut, make more! And also dont give a substitute if you dont have it… Very disappointing visit!

When I walked in there were 4 workers in the back. They were chatting, one was showing the other their phone and obviously texting. When one finally came up to the counter after 4 minutes of watching then she was short and not very nice. Two doughnuts the original glazed was good but the raspberry filled was hard and chewy. I won't be going back to this location. They are better Krispy Kreme than these in the grocery store and almost $5 for 2 doughnuts is way to much.

I placed an online order at119 N Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211 for two dozen donuts(one dozen original glazed and one dozen chocolate glazed). When I got my order I only received the one dozen of chocolate glazed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this specific store unless you want to through your money down the drain by not getting part of your order.

Been here a few times that I can count one hand. Went there on a Sunday night to pick up my order. As soon as i walked into the lobby all the staff members just stared at me. No hello or how can I help you. It was hella weird interaction. When I eventually told them I was picking up. The lady staff member slowly walked over the counter and stared at the order. I proceeded to give my name and she still staring in confusion. She then yes this your order but. had to modify your order. I was like fine . gave me the order and I walked out. Other than that it was fine

Pre-ordered valentines donuts 5 days ago to be ready at 7:45 am. When I went to pick them up, and waited 30 minutes, they were out of the valentines donuts I ordered for my 8 yr olds class party. Manager shrugged his shoulders & said “busy day”. Just wanted people to know that pre-ordering does not guarantee you will get what you order. Very disappointed!

My faith in Krispy Kreme has been restored! The service, selection, and let's not forget- Hot Now!!! - was all on point at this location! Went in in a weekday evening just as the HN sign flipped on, so I was hopeful. Went in to order, was greeted by most of the staff and had the nicest young lady box is up 2 dozens of perfection. Don't hesitate stopping in here!

Awful experience. Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Ordered two chocolate iced donuts with sprinkles. Got to the window and they said they were out. The lady acted like she didn’t care. Most inattentive staff I’ve ever seen.

Great customer service. I was at the drive thru a few weeks ago and had a long wait for service. They apologized for the wait and didn't charge me for my order.

Took mom through the drive through. She has dementia now, so it was fun for her. Apple fritter is her favorite, but Krispy Kreme’s is more doughy than apple.

Generally, many people are waiting in line for drive thru, and Obviously for good reason!!! (Especially when the 🔥 HOT sign is on!) When we are over on this side of town, we stop by and pick ourselves up some awesome goodies!!! Normally we use the Krispy Kream on Pineville Matthew's Road, but this is a must stop and get a fresh hot donut( or a dozen or two lol) Never have had an issue, waiting in drive thru line moves quickly, and order is always correct, fresh, and ohhh sooo goood!!!

Great experience, the lady who helped us was so friendly, laughed, made the visit fun. Walked in and ordered and the hot n ready sign came on and she took our plain donuts back and gave us fresh ones!!! She was really a great worker!!!!

Went in to grab a "birthday box" of donuts (day after my birthday). After I told them what I wanted, they just sat there and started talking. One of the young ladies grabbed a box but seemed kind of confused on what she should do (i don't mean this in a negative way). So, finally, after a couple minutes or so, one of the workers finally started handling it. She *rung me up* made my box and the other young lady made one too. I'm not sure if she made it for me or for the gentleman that came in as I was leaving because as I got across the parking lot, he had come out of the building too & went to his car. They weren't rude but it was still a bit off putting that they couldn't put off their conversation until after I left. Or talked while working on my very simple order. Yes, if I had stood there much longer, I may have spoke up or just walked out. Likely, the latter because I'm not one to say much to people who have to handle my food, even if I can see them. Do better folks.

Krispy kreme donuts yum! Clean store with a great fresh assortment. Tried some fun flavors today, lemon, boston cream, choc glaze, maple. All good. Boston cream is not cream filled they use the sugar glaze and fill the inside. It's ok just not what I was expecting.

There is an older woman who works here that makes an angry face whenever I speak regardless of if I am just ordering or attempting to ask a question. Also the shakes are only not available when she is working. And she does not provide me with fresh donuts When I order original glaze. I’m not sure where the animosity has come from as I have never been rude to her or anyone that works in this Krispy Kreme but it makes my experience was donuts displeasurable
