US Fail Service....all the reviews are true and correct ! We have been sitting in the dock waiting for them to even start unloading 8 of their dang pallets. It's now 3 hrs past appointment time and no red light to even start unloading us. This place is your typical lazy southern don't want to work place and yet demand more pay to do less work. Can't stand lazy workers down here and it never fails from Georgia to North Carolina We get held up the longest. I sure miss the days when employees were held accountable for time and being productive and moving with a purpose. This place is horrible and doesn't care about your time or even their own time unless it's time for their break or lunch break or to punch the clock to go home. SHAME ON YOU...... US FAILURE SERVICE !!!

Last time i deliver anything there. Another trucker not delivering goods to this place. There's no reason to keep a truck for 8 hours. You have appointments and should need no more than 2 hours maximum. Truckers need to stand united on this. I can't hold their business up and no business should be able to hold mines. The 1 star is for the ease of backing into the dock.

I would give 5, but they don't have overnight parking, and I only give 5 stars to companies that have overnight parking, so its 4.5โญ๏ธ I checked in at 5 am for a 7am appointment and got a door at 6:15am. At 8:00 am I got my papers. I guess my lumper was prepaid, and it was dry van. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ I wish the same people who leave bad reviews would do the same with good companies because it's not fun reading all the bad reviews and thinking it's always like that.

Y'all were right slow go very slow! Arrived at 05:00 am 4 a 05:30 am apt. Sent to staging area til 06:30 am 4 a door assignment. Started unloading at 08:15 am. Finished unloading at noon. Brought me the bills at 15:00. If u made a lot of deliveries to us foods as a truck driver you'd go broke! Another 10 hours donated to the cause. Good luck and God speed!

The Management needs to look into getting rid of Capstone. They are the reason why I've been here over 7 hrs and still not unloaded. Only 6 pallets of meat. My company is charging detention to US FOODS because of Capstone. Really Management, is it really worth having a company here that is costing YOU money

About 7 trucks parked outside the gate its a small area. When you arrive check in with guard shack. They let you in at 430am. Easy backing. Unloaded me in 2 hours

Everything went good yesterday. Arrived with a load of rice at 0915. Appointment was at 1000. In a door at 1000. Started unloading right away. Had paper work in hand at 1130. Guard was a young black guy. I found him to be real nice. Having run a reefer for seven years in the past. I'm not a fan of any grocery warehouse. But if they all went like this one did, I would be. One thing that might be helpful is you have never been there. I was going south and almost missed the driveway. Watch for the little bus stop sign and a pebble coated trash can right there on it's corner. That's where you turn in. Included a view of the drive. This is what to look for. That's where you turn. Good luck to all who enter here!

Nice people! It's better to check in closer to your appointment time to not run down your clock. I had an appointment for 10:00, but I showed up at 08:40 and didn't get a dock till 10:40 anyway. Lots of room for maneuvering and there's a restroom by door #10, according to the paper given by the guard. Check in with the guard at the entrance, take a left at the turn, and park in the middle row. Fill out the front and back of the sheet that the guard gave you. Remember to put your phone number at the top where it's indicated. The office is at door #52, but all you're going to do is put your bills and that paper you filled out in the box beside the door. Wait in your truck for the call. It's a lumper service (Capstone), but they only took an hour to unload me and send the link to pay. Once you pay, they'll come out to give you the bills. My broker was being difficult and didn't want to pay the lumper fee, but none of the receiver or lumper employees came to bother me for the additional 4 hours I spent in the dock because of my broker. The staff was very kind and patient, even when I had to play messenger for my broker. All in all, I had a great experience with this receiver.

Not sure what all the positive reviews are about. Arrived 0830 for 1000 appointment. 1300 still waiting for bills. Just 3 pallets coming off. And they were trying to convince me to pay lumper fee for somebody else's load by saying it was mine. Making me late for the next stop.

Not sure what all the negative reviews were about. I arrived an hour early for my appointment. They had me at dock 30 minutes before my appointment and unloaded with signed paperwork to leave 1.5 hours later. Less than 2 hours from entering the gate to leaving the gate.

I understand that all the US Foods are not but majority of them are terrible on delivery times. Management needs to start doing better on timing. I donโ€™t understand why they give me a door sitting here for hrs when they know theyโ€™re not really to unload.

the sad part is that no amount of bad reviews will make them change their business model and if youโ€™re not a US FOODS employee, you and anything about you doesnโ€™t matter to them. Been here all day was supposed to be a simple in and out. Lunch is supposed to be from 11-12 but for someone reason my unloaded is out for lunch at 1pm when I clearly saw him chatting in the break room. Enough said.

Do NOT show up before 430am! They will NOT let you threw the gate before 430am. They have parking for about 5 trucks, could get a few more in their but noone knows how to park these days.

First off, guard shack ladies were very nice, no issues. Yes slow unload but I never expected anything different. Most food warehouses are slow. Overall, I would come back

Stay away from this place at all cost. They get very busy & do not care about drivers hours. Had a pre booked load 2hrs away & lost it because they took so long to unload. appt 9am got here at 8:15am. I got a dock at 11am didnโ€™t unload until 1:46pm. I am still in the dock waiting on paperwork as I type this review it is now 2:30pm still waiting on paperwork.

Appointment for 6am, showed up at 5:15am... parked on lot, walked bills to mailbox. Had a door by 5:40... 5 hrs later, I've still got a red light on the dock and no bills... paid Capstone at 7:45am, still waiting on the paperwork... this place needs better management.

drivers and trucking companies dispatchers, if you want to avoid a big headache do not pick up or deliver on this company. very rude staff, unprofessional, takes from 5-10 hours to load and unload trucks over 4 hours to get BOL. do not waste your time. ask questions and verify before taking any type of loads from this site

Attention drivers, Wait for you BOLs at least 7 hours or more. Capstone right here probably gets our BOLs on PLUTO planet cz it takes forever.

Forgot to leave a review but I was here last week. I was in and out within an hour and had 20 pallets. Like people said before there is no need to show up extra early because they are only going to take you close to your appointment. I had a great experience here and would come back if I had to.

SLOW! Whether youโ€™re on time or not, itโ€™s slow. 745a-1145a was my time spent. Appt. was at 8am Guard gives you a form to fill out, then you park in the middle of the facility, take the form to either the Dry Van door or Reefer door. Dry Van drop off your form In the mailbox (door 52) and you wait for them to give you a door Make sure you have wire cutters for your seal, if not, the shop to the right has cutters but theyโ€™re dull. Once youโ€™re done HOPEFULLY the light turns green and they bring you your bill. I had to pay the lumper fee online and it took them an extra hour and a half to clear me, give me the green light and give me my bill. I had to go in twice and ask someone.

Idiots. This US FOODS has 0 respect for drivers and their time. Checked in at 7:45am for 1000am apt. got the door at 11:30am, and at 2 pm, green light turned red. Paid $329 for 12 pallets. Got bills at 4pm. Lost my next load. I'll make sure I'll NEVER come to this place again.

These guys get ROCK STAR STATUS! I, through my own head up my butt, arrived a full 24 hours early fully expecting to be told to come back tomorrow. Nope, I had to wait a while but 3 hours after arrival,,,,, a full day early, get to drive out unloaded. Excellent people to deal with on the refrigerated fresh produce side, I don't understand 2.5 stars.

They say first impressions are everything. The dock workers at this facility were super quick in unloading us this morning and therefore, get 5-stars. However, here's the downside to this facility, the lady at the guard gate is the epitome of a 2022 attitude - rude, nasty, and unprofessional. Therefore, she gets a negative review.

These reviews need a negative star option. Got here at 5:30 for 6 a.m. appointment it is 9:30 still in the door just got lumpers fee for $279 and that was just for 9 pallets. Still here waiting on bills so basically I paid them as of now $70 an hour for them to take what was theirs and people wonder why prices are sky-high because of Mafia style type unloading services....1030 update still in door waiting for bills...

After 4:30am is when they allow trucks to come in. There is overnight parking but only two spots are available. The mailbox number they give you is the dock number the mailbox is next too. Took an hour and 40 mins for them to call me back for a door. Three hours for them to unload me. Piece of advice to the place, it would be very helpful to label on each mailbox their numbers. There were truckers walking around confused to which mailboxes to put there bills in.

Oh lord. The other reviews here got me scared before I came but I was surprised it took them about 2 hours and 30 minutes to unload and give me my paperwork. Thank you guys for a good work. I know they have a lot of reviews that are negative, so I wanted to leave one positive delivery there today, 11/3/2023. Arrived at 6:46 a.m. for 8:00 appointment. Was put on a door by 7:42. Empty by 10:36 paper work in hand. Delivered on the freezer side. Capstone Lumper service fee is high. $447.50 for full truck load.
