I love It's Fashion Metro! Definitely my go to spot for nice fits without breaking your pockets. Got my earrings and my shoes here (years ago)

Bordering Plaza Midwood. Parking is easy, plentiful, Handicapped Accessible. (QwikTrip, Portofino Italian Restaurant Eastway , Tommy's Pub, new Laundromat, , Chef Store, Eastway Paint and Decorating Store, VisArt, Atlantic Farmer's Market, El Potrero (clothing), Sally Beauty Supply, Catos, Payless Shoe Store, Pizza Hut, Family Dollar, Nail Trix, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Ann's Beauty, SmartWheels/SmartWay, Extra Space Storage, McDonalds, are all across the street in the EASTWAY CROSSING Shopping Center) ..all in eclectic East Charlotte . . . .

There is something for everyone in this shopping center. The price point is (⭐⭐) because there is a little bit of everything in here.

Some really awesome shops in here. This strip embodies the diversity, uniqueness, and feel of the neighborhood. Unlike most of the sad development to the west ...

This place has been here forever but the shoppers are up to date! Great place to go...Ross is the best store ever! Clothes and food in one trip.Worth it!

I would go help coming back from a clinic app. It a good place to stop for lunch. I love the teriyaki flavor sandwich. Calm atmosphere.

Food Lion is always clean and it was nice to find a package of Salisbury steak that only contained two-so many meats are packaged for big fans and I only cook for one!There's a lot of us singles out there!

Not quite the hidden gem it used to be but still a treasure. (Atlantic Market). Always something different or interesting and decent prices on produce seafood and meat. Yesterday: fresh daikon, clams, and yellow dragon fruit available. Huge selection of fish sauces, dried mushrooms and pepper sauces. Store was an old Winn Dixie could use some sprucing but I'll take the savings.

Good Store to find different species of Seafood, and many International foods.

We shop out here a lot I like Churches Chicken try a large side of Fried Okra Mainly Food Lion out here on Eastway is much better than the Noda store on the Plaza which is always Crowded now

Showmars Restaurant, lunch pick up. Getting into their parking lot is a little tricky. Food quickly prepared and excellent.

A nice place to shop at I will shop there a few more times.

Subway .didn't speak didn't say may I take your order so I left and went to Jersey Mike's which was a better atmosphere .

This Food Lion is my go-to place. Super super clean and wide ailes easy access and tons of parking.

Went to Rainbow to buy a Christmas gift. The salesperson was extremely helpful.

The parking lot is always dark. Poor lighting. While I was there apparently a fily, including a grandfather we're arrested for shoplifting. What a surprised!! The people at the stores are cool and helpful. I just don't think the owner of the mall doesn't care about security.

Food Lion is still a great place to shop. Lots of foods to choose from ready to eat.

Lots of interesting stores have been added. I visited a record store and bookstore while I was there.

Something for all the needs of the family. Food Lion allows the family to go grocery shopping while on an outing that may call for someone to also pick up clothes for school (so to speak). There is a Ross, It's Metro clothing store, Rainbow fashions for ladies and Hibbet Sports for the entire family when it comes to streetcar as well as athletic gear for shoes and clothes. There is a Subway, Church's Chicken, and Showmars for eatery options nearby. There is also a Latin restaurant, women's shoe store, and a nail salon in this shopping area. Everything is conveniently located as well as a Papa John's Pizza near the entrance.

Subway customer service was horrible! Usually it’s good. One started my order and moved on to finish an order in front of me (cool). Second female (Carrot Top)claim she was dealing with a Door Dash order…NOT!!!! and skipped me as well and went to the person behind me. The“Champ” on her t-shirt (Lazy One)should’ve finished my order had an attitude the entire time and did not acknowledge me at all nor looked at me.She went to the third person. I spoke to the manager Drew whom have known for some years and never had to anything negative about his workers and store. All I wanted something to eat, I waited patiently until it was my turned. What happen to smiling faces and positive attitudes. If Customer Service is like this, I will not be returning. I’m so upset that I’m can’t eat my food.

Went to the Ross store. It was okay I didn't find a lot of what I was looking for but I did find a couple of things I was looking for.

The Chef Store is an excellent resource for purchasing culinary needs unfortunately like everywhere else the supply and demand is lacking but the staff is helpful and will options that can be used as a substitute.

A lot of places have come and gone from this shopping center, and there are still some empty store fronts...BUT, there are also some amazing local stores there. Corporate America is taking over Plaza Midwood, and many of the stores and restaurants that made Plaza a great place to shop and dine have moved away because the rent is now sky-high. Several of them have relocated to Eastway Square. You can find anything you need, from unique videos (I know, but seriously, you don't know what you're missing!) from Visart to delicious vegan food to so many other things! It's anchored on one end by the Chef Store, which is a great place to shop for bulk items. I believe there's also a Family Dollar, but I think most other spots are local or small chain. If you need a warm pretzel or gas, there's a QT, and I think the fast-food option is McDonald's. If that's not your jam and you don't want to try delicious vegan drinks and eats from Eastside Local, pop across the street to Church's or Showmar's.
