Disgusting, will never order from here again. The order was prepared my the employees, I received only 25% of the order. The manager was of no help and blamed it on the delivery person.i only recently one small bag, however I ordered for 6 people..The order was not complete before leaving the store.See the photos. Salad, 3 tacos ...Ruben the manager is of no help.. I have reached out to the corporate office because this is unacceptable!!!!!!! Food on the receipt.

Would get ZERO stars if I could rate that. This the worst chipotle ever. Rudest employees. Didn’t have Queso Blanca on the line but another employee said there was some behind them. The girl serving refused to get it. SAVE YOUR TIME ! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

After numerous visits to this location with hope it would improve I’m finally losing that hope. Plenty of employees chatting with no customers in the store when I grabbed my mobile order. And still the order is not right. That’s my VEGGIE burrito bowl in the photo…and the CHICKEN I had to pick out of it. If it were a one time mistake I’d easily let it pass. But the only thing this location is consistent with is messing up the order and sadly, their rudeness (if they even acknowledge you at all).

Don't get Chipotle Doordash. Or if you do make sure you add any extra toppings bc you burrito will come back looking like this. This was a smoked brisket burrito. I also, order chips and queso; no drink Order came out to around $28. They can only give you a scoop of brisket. So you get a 1/4 or 1/3 of the size of the normal burrito and they charge the same 😡

Worst chipotle ever, DO NOT GO HERE if you value quality food or decent service. The staff is rude and disorganized - there is clearly a lack of management. The food always, no matter if you order in or order pick up is so bad, I cannot stress this enough. It’s worse when you order pick up or delivery, but still. I’ve thrown away food I’ve gotten from here twice, I will not be returning as it’s been a waste of money. To show you an example of how food comes when you pick it up, I took a picture of my tacos. Like I said, do not waste your time or money here.

i just received my food not even 30 minutes ago from my dasher and found a TWIST TIE IN MY FOOD!!! i was chewing and felt something weird in my mouth and spit out my food and saw this. i’m so upset. if i didn’t feel this in my mouth i could’ve swallowed it and who knows what could’ve happened from there. twist ties contain a thin strip of METAL and plastic which could’ve punctured me. i will NEVER be ordering from here EVER AGAIN. needs to shut DOWN never has anything to serve anyway

Worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. First time trying this location. Was first denied service because i forgot my mask in the car. Totally fine, i can understand that. After going back to the car putting my mask on, and then returning, the girl who initially told me that stopped what she was doing and walked away. It should also be mentioned that at least 3 employees were not wearing their masks correctly WHILE MAKING PEOPLES ORDERS!! Overall, they were just insanely rude, as the only kindness I was shown was one man holding the side door open for me because the front was boarded up. The food was alright apart from the fact that there was SO much gristle in the steak. Overall it was a horrible experience and I really do not recommend going here.

Just bought $43.00 worth of smooshed tacos 🌮 this is suppose to be 3 tacos and they are soggy and impossible to eat as intended. The gentleman was nice but he didn’t drain the corn and it made my tacos super soft. Also, no lettuce 🥬 and other key ingredients for a bowl which I and my husband originally went for so disgusted and should have went uptown better service and food supply is sufficient. Will never go back. Only a one star because I had to rate to type this review.

Trashiest Chipotle ever. Plywood on the door because there's no glass, a code on the bathroom doors to keep people out, and trashy loud people arguing with staff over the price of food. Staff was nice, but Chipotle, this restaurant is not up to your standards. No idea why there's a Chipotle in such an unsafe area.

do NOT go to this chipotle specifically unless you want to get cheated out of your money, we ordered two bowls and this is what we got. It looks like an employee got hungry and started eating my gfs chicken bowl. I paid 9 dollars for mine and I feel like I got a $7.25 portion

We came here on a Sunday at 8 pm when the closing hours stated 10pm. Electricity was out at home for 2 hours so we were looking for something semi healthy and quick. They were closed and cleaning at 8:05 with the doors locked. While we were looking for a new place to eat, there were easily 10 cars that had pulled up. I’m all for letting employees leave early especially if it was dead. But 2 hours and in 10 minutes over 10 cars?? Loss on the business and will not be returning to this location. Disappointing.

I know people personally who swear by this being the worst location as they can never seem to get the order right. That was NOT my case. My food was absolutely spot on aside from missing my chips… hence the 4 stars. All in all my whole order was bomb and I hope they get consistent so everyone gets what they paid for

DON’T DO IT. Chips were stale. The steak tasted old and hard. The place was also very dirty. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews before trying this location. Once I read them, I felt sick to my stomach. Never going there again. The employees weren’t rude but they just looked not interested. I also noticed that three employees saw how dirty the seating area was and decided to leave it.

I do not know why the reviews are like this BUT I never ever had a problem with this restaurant. I come here 3 times maybe 5 lol a week and love it. They are always nice to me & cool. Lobby can use a cleaning sometimes but I don’t fault them since they are always busy. Currently a line at the door.

If your stomach is rumbling and you have a hankering for Mexican grilled cuisine, go elsewhere, this is the worst Chipotle in the Charlotte metropolitan area. Food portions are inconsistent, some days you get a lot, some day you get baby portions. The dining area is consistently FILTHY! In addition, employees are wearing AirPods while working. There is also a significant amount of cross contamination. More than once, I witnessed an employee handle food, touch their person and then return to touching food. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

The food itself was what I would consider chipotle standard. Lower rating due to lack of urgency, and no communication while standing in line. Employees looked like they didn’t care at all. A good manager could turn this place around. Note to owner of this location; so much potential, good luck with finding key players for management. Also, take the door code off the bathroom.

I ordered my chicken bowl with XT Rice, XT Fajitas, XT Lettuce, Pinto Beans, Cheese, Queso Blanco, and Chicken. Only to get home and have a bowl full of rice, hardly no beans, no XT Lettuce and NO FAJITAS AT ALL...NONE! I make a trip back only to find out they were out BUT no one notified me of such during the on-line order or upon pick-up. This location is ALWAYS out of Fajitas around the same time. If the restaurant closes at 10pm it is NOT acceptable to keep running out by 5pm. There's no excuse for it!! Provide ENOUGH of what's needed for the entire day and STOP making the evening shift look bad. DO BETTER ALBEMARLE RD!!!! PLEASE

Great food and great service. They had a lot of employees there that day. Not sure if that's the norm but it was a whole lot of them. They got the lunch rush out in the very timely manner

So I’ve been going here for the past year and it was horrible for the longest time. Just management was so poor and the store was not taken care of. Tonight I went and I’m not sure what’s going or if there is new management but it was great! It was clean and the staff was very friendly! Hopefully this is the sign of permanent change

I was so excited when I first heard Chipotle was coming to this side of town, but I have to say this is the worst Chipotle (Albemarle Road) location that I’ve been to. The customer service and the food was horrible. I’m always at the Chic Fil-A in the same shopping area and have never seen many cars or people coming/leaving Chipotle which tells me you will not be getting fresh food. I live not 5 minutes away from the location, but would rather drive into Matthews if I’m ever in the mood for Chipotle. Can’t imagine the site staying opened much longer. Really sad because I had high hopes. If I could have given 0 starts I would
