    This place need's to be investigated, and OSHA needs to come here. You don't make employee's use ECOLAB pesticides after closing. With no protection and clearly violating OSHA/EEOC laws. (See the can in the picture.) Management take's advantage of their best employee's, making them stay hours after their shift is over, telling them if they leave they will be written up, because the assistant manager want's to go outside and talk on the phone and smoke, while customers are walking into the store, so "prep" isn't done in a timely manner. Then management like's to overstep personal boundaries by telling employee's they can't answer the phone after the employee's shift is over, and even going so far as to take an employee's phone to argue with someone, and when asked to return the phone to the employee, turned verbally violent. Totally unprofessional. As a company you don't get to hold people/employee's hostage, or intimidate them through threat's of "write-up's". People that behave this way should not be in management position's.

    This review isn’t about the service. The service was great. This review is solely about the manager/lead and how she spoke to the staff. It was rude and belittling. I feel bad for how these young women were spoken to this morning while there was a full line in the drive thur!

    RELATED TO THIS LOCATION ONLY. I VISIT AT 1-2 TIMES A WEEK. NO MATTER THE DAY, IT HAS TO BE THE SLOWEST LOCATION EVER. 90% OF THE TIME THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED. AND EVEN WHEN THEY'RE NOT UNDERSTAFFED, THEY ARE SLOW. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY A COFFEE/ BREAKFAST LOCATION WOULD NOT ENSURE ADEQUATE STAFF AND SERVICE KNOWING IT'S AN AM SPOT. FRUSTRATING AS HELL!

    This place is the most unobliging Dunkin' Donuts, that I have ever been to. I mentioned before that I'd be steering clear of this place. Well, wife had other plans and since we were close, she figured we'd go there. Speed was up from their usual glacial speed and order was accurate, amazing upgrades from past visits. Don't expect senior discounts as they ain't giving away squat. My usual recommendation to steer clear of this place, holds. A not very customer friendly place.

    This store is the ABSOLUTE WORST. A bunch of terrible ATTITUDES and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you don’t want your job please find another one. One of the employees name Crystal is disrespectful and nasty. She will talk about you in front of with your children in the car. Just because you close the window doesn’t mean someone can’t hear you. I have had many issues and I will never return but today was the worst service experience. I’m sorry but a lot of them need to be fired and hired people that want to work and deal with people. I have 3 businesses and I love to buy donuts for my business and children. Do not go to this location!!!!

    Monday 645am June 8 No wraps then no sausage then they can't put the ice in my coffee that I asked for. No words st the drivethrough when I get to the window. Hands me my coffee, and rushes back to her phone. Might as well save your money and don't bother opening. Terrible experience.

    The service is horrible and the management is rude. I was sold a stale donut and told I could not get my money back and the window slammed in my face. I will never patronize this business again. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate them.

    Inconsistent delivery. I always order the same thing and the coffee is different every time. Either too much creamer or sugar or it’s lukewarm. I always get a different person and they all seem more interested in anything else but giving you the coffee you paid for & ordered 15 minutes ago.

    Went to dd at 7 PM and they said they were not able to make any of my drinks due to the fact they cleaned the espresso machine at 7 and refuse to use it after 7 however they dont even close till 10pm

    I just went to get ice cream for my daughters and I could bearly hear the lady through the intercom. Anyways I go to order and she just seemed to have a really bad attitude. I pulled off after the huffing and puffing she gave me while I was ordering. I felt like I was an inconvenience!

    I never post reviews, so sick of this place, the last 4 times I've been here there's some excuse why they don't want to serve me. Once they said they didn't serve ice cream until 12:30, it was 12:15, so I said I would be back, came back at 12:45 and was told the same thing! I pointed that out, they said the ice cream was too frozen to serve. I come back another day, 3:00 order a banana split, I'm told "the machine is down", what machine is needed for a banana split?? I point that out and get "I mean our freezers are too warm, we can't serve ice cream". 4 attempts to give this place money, every time an excuse to avoid serving me.

    Today I went to go get some donuts for my son and I was struggling to operate the tablet order and the cashier completely ignores me as I try to talk to him he kinda just looks away I don’t know what’s wrong with him but it just seems like he was being racist towards me cause he would take a black woman’s order in a heart beat and just keep ignoring me as if I wasn’t even there. This place sucks when it comes to customer service and racist towards Hispanics

    I go every morning and of those 7 mornings they always have to make mistakes in my coffee And in the afternoon I go for a blash cappuccino And they also come up with excuses that they don't have to prepare it, I think the staff is very bad, there are few of the people who are there who take care of you well

    No dairy free icecream options, sometimes their baskin area is closed. Every time I would come for a coffee with no dairy they would make it with dairy and are very rude whenever I ask them about it. If I order something through the drive through they forget things. It’s gotten to the point where I just stop coming to this location for coffee. Also their inside is never open when I come.

    The iced coffees were made very well. Yet upon our arrival whoever took our order had a bad attitude. Once we arrived to the window she looked as if we were bothering her and didn't want to be there. Horrible service from the staff most of the time.

    I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. ( and their selection of donuts). They recently added some egg based hot food that is loaded with protein and quite reasonably priced. This location always has well trained, kind, service oriented young men and women working. Looks like a training ground for future leaders.

    Placed a mobile order 5 mins before arriving. Drive thru design is backwards for the lot layout, waited over 20 mins, they had the wrong order pulled up and the window then gave me a completely room temperature coffee. Complete waste of time, do not go here. There is a QT next door that will save you half an hour and has a better menu.

    This Dunkin needs to be shut down and either people be trained properly or the building needs to be turned into something more useful. The employees here are non welcoming. And i see why there’s never any business. I’ve given this place multiple chances and out out 5 I’ve only had one successful visit which was 2 original glazed donuts which really doesn’t take much common sense but hey im giving them the benefit of the doubt. I go in on 09/13/2023 and ask for 2 coffees made the SAME exact way. Pause before then at the intercom she gave me tude. Fast forward back to receiving the coffee, 2 of the supposedly same coffee one of them tasted totally different. I specially said “Can i have 2 Org ice coffees large. 3 creams 1 pump on liquid cane Whipped cream Add Carmel. First mistake no whipped Second one coffee tasted like Water when both were asked to be made the same. Please hire people common sense. Joy. And good attitude. Never going here again. Stay away

    Definitely two times super bad experiences in this place, I asked for a coffee without sugar and they didn't care and they always put sugar in it, don't visit this place if you are diabetic because they don't care and they give you sugar in your coffee

    Ordered a brown sugar oat latte on app husband went to pick it said it was discontinued so changed it to caramel craze and it is completely disgusting. Didn’t give me my donut and just threw bagel bites in bag with receipt which I think is disgusting.

    Every single time I order a new featured coffee flavor, they're out. I even decided to go every single day for a two week period because surely they get a truck at some point within those two weeks. Nope. Out every single day for two weeks. Stopped today to get something different, but also a new flavor. Out of stock. Someone needs to teach this location about projecting sales for certain items so ample amounts can be ordered instead of constantly being out of stuff.

    7/25 6:45pm i use the self kiosk to place my order and i had a tmobile tuesday qr code wanted to scan it but wasn't allowed. So i asked and there were 3 ladies at the counter weren't friendly especially the heavyset lady i assume she was the manager. I told her i wanted to pay but the message kept popping up on my phone and i had the tmobile tuesday offer expiring today wanted to do the right thing and she told me i can have it for free. Won't be coming back to this location just horrible workers there want to work but not give excellent service

    I went there to buy breakfast today, as the line on the drive thru was long, I decided to go inside. It was awful. They were busy taking care of the customers who were in their cars, while I was standing in front of the register waiting for them to look at me. Probably they need to pay more attention to the customers who go in.

    One of the worst Dunkin’s in the city. Stopped by this morning to get some breakfast. Dunkin has a bunch of freebies on the app which I decided to use. I pull up to the drive thru and ask the lady if I can use both of my coupons on one transaction or if I need to create two separate orders. She acted as if she had no clue what I was asking her. I proceeded to order and as always they’re out of something. Nonetheless, I order a sandwhich and a muffin with two coffees. I get up to the window and have her scan my rewards so that i can use the coupons. She had no idea what she was doing. I activated the offers and she still said they weren’t on there. So I show her the app on my phone and ask what do you want me to do cause they are clearly on here and have not been used. She gets an attitude and says hold on. She grabs whom I assume is the manager who also has no idea what he’s doing. This location has terrible customer service and half the time the food and drinks are made incorrectly. They really need a whole new staff.

    I waited in line in my car for 10 minutes while the same car sat at the speaker so I parked and got out of my car and went inside to place my order in the lobby and they told me they were not taking any more orders in the lobby... I told her I had just been sitting in line for over 10 minutes with the first car never moving and she said I'm sorry but I'm not going to be able to help you anytime soon... I do not know what is going on in this country but customer service is a thing of the past

    I have been to this location about 3 times. The food is sub par, I am not impressed by their drink selection and you always have a ridiculous wait after ordering. You have to remind the staff to fill your order after waiting forever.

    First off, please excuse my grammar mistakes. I was very disappointed in one of my favorite Dunkin’ shops today. I had been to this particular store on multiple occasions and have never had a problem. Today, however, I ordered my drink on the mobile app, like I normally do. I go through the drive through and pick up my order and once I’ve already made it back on the main road, I tasted my coffee and it was not what I ordered. I look to see what the sticker said it was, that they normally put in the cup, but there was no sticker. I go back and the employee asked me what it was suppose to be and went to “remake” my drink. After about 3 mins of waiting for what I thought was a simple drink order, the employee returns with a drink. I proceed to pull out of line and before I make it out of the parking lot, I taste my new drink. It, again, was not what I ordered. It had a sticker on this cup which said “DoorDash Delivery” and that it, to say the least, was not mine. I went back through the drive through, yet again, and told the employee. She, once again, took it back and “remade” my drink. I tasted the 3rd drink before I left the window. It was for the forth time wrong but I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I’m hesitant to go back now.

    Ordered wraps and looks like they are frozen cause the only warm part was the wrapping but cold cheese, egg and bacon. Now I don't want to order wraps anymore just thinking about this experience. I asked for unsweetened tea with splenda, I got no splenda at all so I ended without breakfast after waiting in line for way to long.

    I come here for the icecream they honestly make it worth it one scoop is perfect not small. They are well mannered and willing to go over the flavors and are patient the workers here are really mannered and so patient. This is one of the best services I have had at a drive through where they were patient as I figured out what my child wanted
