The Saint Peters Road Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Tim Hortons is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Someone should be teaching the staff proper etiquette… using the bathroom (stalls) when a male staff member walked in and started cleaning, didn’t knock to see if there was anyone in there and then after I made it apparent there was, in fact, someone using the washroom, he continued to sweep all around my door and even in to my stall! Even as I got out and washed my hands he stayed in and stood right behind me. A little unnerving and disrespectful to be honest.

One of, if not the worst Tim’s on the island. Gets order wrong every time and they dont care. If you want to go through the drive thru a couple times until they get your oder right this is the place for you!

Staff has no manners how to deal with customers.Always Have to wait so long for order .They never care about the customer.Now ii always deny to visit here

Have been really going down hill with their service, seems like every time they take your order it's wrong. Nice staff but not very organized it seems.

Fast food is fast food but the quality of the food here seemed well above average.

The tables are never clean. The service is caterers to to the drive through than inside service. There is also more staff at the drive through. Service is very slow at the counter for customer service.

Tim Hortons is as always a great place to grab and go with coffee, breakfast sandwiches and a few sticky buns. 😊👌

Waited at the counter for 8 minutes, 7 workers turned and looked at me but ignored me. I guess it's drivethru only now. I won't go back! Sandwiches usually look like they were assembled by Stevie Wonder 😡

The coffee tastes super burnt and is really dark compared to what I normally get. Either calibration is off, they are changing the times to do less work so the coffee sits and burns or they didn't remove the filter right after brewing so coffee just drips. (Used to work here) its not that hard to make a good coffee it's really gone down hill the last year in a lot of the locations . The people just don't care.

Today I had horrible experience. I ordered a chicken wrap and coffee for takeout and left. When I started eating my wrap I felt the chicken was rubbery and when I checked it was actually uncooked and looked terrible and they didn’t even grill my wrap properly it was all cold. I Also wanna mention how they never mix the sugar in the coffee. Never seen such bad service. Tim Hortons should take some actions about it.

Worst experience. I brought potato wedges today and in that there is a long hair and it was fried inside the pototo. I can show picture as well. It is not acceptable moreover staff. They did not listen the order properly.

Doesn't look like advertised picture of ice capp with whipped topping and drizzle- so disappointed pumpkin spice ice capp -NEVER AGAIN!

The cashier needs to be more accurate with the amount of change given I try to make it easy with giving a dime or quarter over the amount owning just so I don’t get a mit full of change but they alway shorting me when change is given they need to slow down at the window and give correct change if I wanna give a tip I will …and again December 8 the change given was incorrect,..Jan 12 placed a order of $4.30 value and gave the lady $10.30 she proceeded to give me the wrong change twice and both were less than $6.00 need to be more accurate when dealing with change given

Great place to spend time with friends. They close late. 11pm. Great service. Clean and amazing staff.
