    I went there today ordered a wrap and after that another customer order the girl was serving her name was Hassan she informed that customer that his order is ready i was waiting there before him she made my wrap and keep it there without informing me. Zero customer service she doesn’t know how to do customer service this happened with me before as well but i ignored it. today what happened is made me so embarrassed that’s why i am leaving review about her. I hope next time we will be served properly. she is doing this mostly with Indian’s she is treating people well who belongs to other nationality than India.

    Very bad customer service ... staff named pavneet was on drive thru... my bagel that I ordered with herb nd garlic hardly has naything on it.:( never happened from anywhere else before

    THREE TIMES I HAVE EMAILED AND THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE WE GET? NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND SERVICE VIA DELIVERY AND Customer service email IS NO DIFFERENT AT ALL. I DIDNT HEAR BACK All OF THE TIMES, THIS IS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE GET FROM TIM HORTONS WHO DONT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY US BACK. You reply us that you want to make it right and go to the link for help, i TRIED THAT THREE TIMES ALREADY, you guys dont respond!! You all just leave a reply but never care for your customers. I have been going back and forth for 3-4 days now, and no one has heard me! If you check my app i place order quite frequently from Tim Hortons and if they are willing to lose a customer after all then no problem. Day before yesterday , i ordered from Tim Hortons which was Croissant, hashbrown, and coffee. When someone orders maybe they are hungry or at work or anything else, we are supposed to get right order what we pay for. And when at work, we expect to get right thing. Once in a while i ignore because it has happened twice before and i ignored it but this time i am furious. If people working don’t know how to read order and put those items then what to say. I am paying for wrong order and they didnt even tasted good at all. The bagel worst quality. And I didn’t even order one. I am not willing to waste my money. We all work hard to earn and if we spend we expect the right thing atleast. I understand sometimes things can be out of stock, but it doesnt mean to change the whole order, instead of talking to customer if they want replacement or refund. This is a third time happened with me, and this time i am not willing to stay quiet because today i was so hungry and the whole day i had to stay like that because of all this. I am willing to take it higher and in public because i have all pictures and proof of orders i placed and what i got. Please explain the following, is it even remotely close to what I ordered? This is very very very frustrating. I got headache for staying hungry.

    I visited Tim Hortons at 1 am and received exceptional service from Harman. She went out of her way to ensure our order was perfect, which is rare for any Tims. Harman's friendliness and dedication were remarkable and needs recognition . I highly recommend visiting when Harman is on duty for an excellent experience!

    I came here today around 9:30-9:45 and ordered steeped tea and it was too cold then we asked them to make a new and fresh one, again they gave the same tea and the girl just heated it up. When we asked to make fresh they said machine is not working today. First of all if the machine is broken how come she even gave me cold tea and the second thing is they should have refused to take orders for the things they can’t provide to the customers. It was very disappointing, moreover if they are working in customer service field they should have some manners and gratitude toward customers, that i have never seen in the workers at this location. Every single time we get disappointment but this location is has 0 improvement in customer service

    Friendly staff, quick service, and a decent amount of seating. Not too many people dining in, so space to sit down and enjoy your purchase. Overall it is the same Time products you'll find anywhere else. We went to try the new specialty donuts- a lot of them have a nostalgic betty-crocker type icing now. I liked the layout of this location, and it is easy to access from both streets it sits on the corner of.

    I was there with my friend last Wednesday. The lobby was very dirty. Floors with a lot of used napkins and food on the floor, and the serving tables (I had to wipe ours with a paper towel and hand sanitizer). Definitely, not a healthy place to stay and eat. Sadly, a lot of seniors go there and don't complain. Me and my friend ordered drinks only...by the way the cashier saw us standing around for a while and didn't take our order until I asked her which of the boxes was open....... Once we got our drinks we went to sit down. After a while, the place emptied out and a girl came up to us and asked us to lift our legs so she could sweep under the table. She looked at us as if we were the ones making a mess, when in fact the restaurant had been dirty since we arrived. I apologize, I meant to leave a review for Tim Hortons located at University Avenue, razon why I changed the rating.

    I and my wife love TimH, esp TeaDD. My wife know the opening and closing time of each TimH in Charlottetown. Today, before her night shift, we stopped by TH at 435 University Avenue, Charlottetown intended to buying 2x TDD large for me and her covering her late night shift. First at all, we stop at the ordering console, nobody contact or atleast tried to contact, we stay and talk "Hello, hello" 2 or 3 time into the console before a lady comeup with very hastle voice. I asked for the TeaDD order, she just said "I don't have it" and hung up we ended up confusing ourselft for another minute until realized that we were ghosted ?!?? What services attitude is that, she can just said we're closing and everything finished, we can understand. Plus on my wife said It's not the first time this TimH branch giving bad attitude to her or her friend.

    Tim Hortons has some of the best baked sweets and even some better coffee. Their ice caps are to die for and there's no better place to get a nice cold drink and even if you're looking for a nice breakfast item their Farmers wraps are for everyone. Tim Hortons really knows how to put out good food and make people happy and all doing this with very good prices. And the atmosphere of some Hortons one can't find any other every Canadian knows and when they go into the Tim Hortons it's going to feel like home and home is somewhere where they can just start their morning and not have any problems about their day it's important is always been a Canadian staple and always will be till the end of time.

    Poor customer service went to this location and had a medium ice cap and i gave them 4usd and there employee yukta refused to gave me rest of the money back she said we use to charge usd doller equivalent to Canadian doller first time i heard this thing and when i told her to let me know how much does 4 usd in cad she said calculate on your phone its not my job

    Worst customer service i was there on 5 July around 11:30 pm i order blackberry yuzy with less ice and there was lady gave me cup full of ice. Moreover she closed the window so quick i was there knocking the window she saw me that i was there and just ignored me 3 times then i honk and then she came back i told her I ordered it with less ice she told she forgot it and i am the only one at drive thru. I saw her getting angry bcz i told her to make again and next time she made was so worst in taste. Very poor customer service I don’t know on what she was angry Suggestion not to go there at night

    It would be great when you go through and you get your order right out of 10 times it may be right 3 times and then you got too go back to fixes it so when this happens you should get your money back.
