    I feel like the drive thru staff needs some education on customer service, went through today and the young man just stuck the debit machine out the window and then handed me my coffee without saying a single word. It's like they don't realize they should be thanking customers, because without us they wouldn't be working. That has always been my work ethic in 20 + years in customer service.

    The man taking my order at the drive through was very rude. The tone was impatient from the first word and after taking only a few seconds to decide what I wanted to go with my coffee he told me to drive up with same impatient tone

    This branch in Mount Edward is one of the most clean and organized store I’ve ever visited. Customers are not so loud and the ambience is peaceful. The staffs are friendly and always smiling, they even asking how’s their customer’s day is going which made our day especially these two workers on the Pictures. I do recommend this store for their Coffee and Food as well as their great service which always fast! Keep the energy Mt. Edward team. Kudos! 🤩👍🏻

    App doesn't even work to complain. Got order wrong again!!!! Update .; now Sept 11th (2 weeks later) tried again cause I was stuck for lunch ...smh should have known better...still the worst Tim's in town

    Sadly, when I order dark roast, it's never as fresh tasting as other local Tim's. Slow drive thru service 90% of the time. And employees seem to have VIP parking (See photo)

    My husband and I went therefore lunch I was very upset with the place all the tables were dirty and the workers were talking to each other then worried about the costumes and the tables

    I had a negative review before but need to update. They’re been killing it lately my orders never messed up anymore. There’s one girl who works there.. I wish I knew her name. She has red hair and works early mornings. She is absolutely amazing. We get sausage breakfast wraps all the time, and she by far makes the best ones. And is by far the best employee there

    Half toasted bagel with an atrocious amount of cream cheese. Step up the game could’ve went to wendys across the street and got a single fry and would be more happy then this bagel.

    I got a dark roast at 8:30 pm and it was the worst dark roast i ever had .it was not even dark roast just a mix of black coffee and water when i told the them it was not dark roast they said no you don’t know it is dark raost . I dont know why they took that much money for that stuff which we didn’t want. Don’t go at mount edward road tim if you don’t want to ruin your day.

    The same good food, but at the time, there were missing several options (no croissants, for instance), missing something from the order (it was just a matter of ordering the missing item), and the coffee was not the one I ordered. Easy fix, but that was another thing to fix.
