I have tried so many treatment modalities for arthritis and ensuing neck/shoulder pain, that I was skeptical, but I went to see Oscar At Cocoon and was just amazed with his knowledge, expertise and awareness. He pinpointed my shoulder pain before he even started the massage! He seems genuinely motivated by his clients relief by diminishing pain through deep tissue massage, as a medical doctor his knowledge of the interconnectedness of the body shows. Oscar’s was unlike other massages I’ve had. (You know the ones that just don’t quite hit the mark or don’t spend enough time on the problem area). He used techniques I hadn’t seen, that really targeted areas but best of all he didn’t stop until tension was released! His demeanour and professionalism we’re in keeping with the whole Cocoon atmosphere and it’s staff. I will recommend Oscar to everyone I care about… Great for general massage, but with sports injury, or chronic issues his specialization in pain management was remarkable.

Lovely!! I had a 60 min massage with Oscar and he did not disappoint. My previous massages were with Michelle (who is equally as fantastic) and she mentioned that Oscar had a repertoire of knowledge and would be a great therapist to assist with my headache issues. Upon check in, I once again heard how fabulous Oscar is. Oscar's reputation definitely preceded him and I am so glad I had the opportunity to receive his services. Great spa, great location! I had a relaxation massage and facial! I absolutely loved the products used during the facial and tips provided by the esthetician! The massage was pretty standard - the only downside was that there were no RMTs available.
