Wasn't my intention to eat vegan food. I drove to the downtown looking for good sea food restaurant but realized that all restaurants along the shoreline are closed for the winter. I stepped into this food Hall due to lack of options. But man I was glad that I tried this Stir It Up Vegan place. I 100% enjoyed the crispy tofu burger and the split bean soup made it to another level. For my short two days stay in town, I have attempted to come back for the second time but the building was closed. 100% recommended regardless if you are vegan.

Ridiculous extreme THE BEST ever…. Mooless Mac burger… please if you are in the area and hungry this is a must. It’s a healthy version of a Big Mac… I’ve attached the menu and photo of hard working staff. I can’t thank you enough for making such amazing food!!!

Would give 6 stars. Every dish was delicious and super fresh. Loved the meatball sub and smoky tofu sandwich, not to mention specials like chikn and waffles and the breakfast burrito. Everything is packed with protein and plenty wholesome but never skimps on flavour. Nearly everything is available gluten-free too, which really impressed me.

This little spot is the real deal. The food is top notch and locally sourced whenever possible. Everything is super flavorful and saucy delicious. I haven't had one thing from here that I didn't like. And I tried everything on the menu. Great food, great people.

An ABSOLUTE must eat here!! Fresh and SO delicious! The MOOless Mac is exceptional. Amazing service, friendly and kind staff. As a dairy free gluten free person travelling; this meal WAS amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would definitely give it 10 stars!! The fish and chips completely knock it out of the park. My husband made a mistake and ordered the fish and chips thinking it’s real fish. The mistake turned out to be such pleasant surprise. It’s is the most amazing tofu dish I’ve had. I look forward to ordering it again. Keep it up!

Stir it Up is amazing! So happy to have found this vegan lunch spot while in PEI. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Mooless Mac burger (what flavors!). My only regret is not having enough time to try everything on the menu...

Holy smokes this place is so good. The mooless Mac was really close to a real big Mac with no animal products. Kombucha was on point. Hard place to find unless you know where to look. 11/10

Probably the best casual vegan eatery you will find in all of PEI. Simple pub style food, for a reasonable price which is served with a smile. Really all you could want, but be flexible, some things will sell out at busier times. Lots of drink options available in the wider market. Go get it!

Fully vegan menu inside Founders Hall. The buffalo "chicken" sandwich was great, and everything else I saw people getting looked amazing too.

We’ve learned to be self sufficient on holiday so finding a little gem like Stir it UP is always welcome. And what a find; great choice of tasty and fresh, local food and friendly, helpful team dishing up in a great location. Highly recommended

We loveeee this restaurant! They are consistently delicious my parents eat there every time they are visiting Charlottown. The buffalo wrap is amazing ✨

I have had a lot of vegan food visiting from out west and this was up to snuff. Even better than a lot of what I've had in bigger cities. Absolutely phenomenal even for those who don't normally eat vegan.

Enjoyed their incredible Buffalo Chick’un Ceasar Wrap! I didn’t know vegan could taste so good! Amazing food, amazing service!
