Super nice weather outside today so decided to go visit Thai Pad and eat outside their truck. Food is still awesome. Hubby ordered Pad Thai. I always order Kao Soi but this time I ordered spicy curry with meat (#6 I think) it came with either white jasmine or brown rice and a piece of crispy spring rolls. Remind me to order extra rice next time!!! It was amazing! They are also offering mango sticky rice which I sooo sooo missed eating so decided to give it a try. And I made the right choice, it was great! Worth the try! 😋😋 As usual Sue and her hubby are super nice which is a bonus. Highly highly recommended.

Yesterday, after working all day on a reno- we arrived very tired and hungry! around 3pm at Pad Thai for some of the very addictive spring rolls . Remembering we always ask for soup, when there is none, Sue said she wasn't too busy at that moment, so offered to make us some with what she had. Wow- a real revival that bowl of hot soup was for us! Thx Sue- you gave us back our lives yesterday! We really appreciated your thoughtfulness:-)

One of the best Thai food in Charlottetown highly recommended for vegetarians and vegan she cooks really awesome food with lots of love. If you are looking for something tasty like Indian street food this is the best option.@nidhis_special_dish

We were cruising on the confederation trail cycling and stumbled across this spot. Incredible pad thai, hospitality and a great location! Highly recommend.

Decent Padthai, decent amount for the price served with excellent customer service! I ordered Spicy Padthai , lady who took the order came down every 10 minutes to check if I was handling the spice and offered soft drinks and water !

The food was very good. Their spring roll was amazing. The cashew chicken was very good. The mango rice was very nice as well. Give it a go. Not a whole lot of competition in the Thai food Worthing trying. This is one worth checking out.

Couldn't be happier with our meals. They recommend that you call in advance and they will tell you exactly when your food will be ready. Our number was 12 min and it was ready and very good!

Food was excellent - Pad Thai as well as another spicy curry dish with noodles were both delicious. The people running it were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for some fresh authentic Thai food. * Update: this is now one of our favorite places :) The people are so nice, and the food is absolutely delicious every time. Will miss it over the winter months!

A food truck which is very popular and enjoys many returning customers on PEI. The owner is very friendly and polite. She is admirable for her insistence in preparing the green curry with vegetables and natural herbs. We have #2 green curry for our dinner. The photo shows that the owner is generous in providing food. The taste of the sauce is so good that I even finish the remaining sauce in the bowl. The sticky rice with mango is also a "must try." The sticky rice is not as dry and hard as that offered by conventional Thai restaurants. It is soft and light. When you pour coconut milk onto the sticky rice, the texture will become attractive. The owner is also generous in providing quality mango. (Indeed the owner is so hospitable that she gives us three extra boxes of sticky rice with mango when she knows that we are visitors. However, we don't want to take advantage of the owner. We put money back into the tips box. Thanks very much the owner for her hospitality! It is worthwhile mentioning that the mango supplied by a Chinese grocery store (see photo) is good). The red curry ordered by my friends is also fantastically cooked. The beef and the potatoes are nicely cooked. This food truck should not be ignored when one visits PEI.

I couldn't wait for this place to open this year for the pad thai as it was so good previously... I'm not sure what happened but my pad thai tonight was not good and not like previous times I've had it there.

My favourite place for a quick delicious Thai meal. The staff are so lovely and sweet. The food is fabulous and fresh.

Best Thai in Charlottetown. The prices are on par with other restaurants, but the quality of food and portions are significantly better.
