    Amazing service, beautiful suits. The manager and his staff, especially Justin, are calm, cool and collected when we walked into a store full of eager semi-formal and prom shoppers (with moms just like me). Attention to detail and very knowledgeable. He loves his suit and he looks great. Thank you Moores Charlottetown!

    Very pleasant and courteous customer service. They are always helpful and will make sure you get that which you are looking for to make your event most memorable. They go above and beyond for their customers, and the best place to shop for every occasion guaranteed.

    Awful customer service. The saleswomen (Caucasian, ginger hair, tall) didn’t introduce herself, was very unenthusiastic, didn’t explain anything or ask us any questions about what we need, went away for 5 minutes to chat with another customer, answered all of our concerns extremely briefly, and overall felt like she was forced to help us. However she felt enthusiastic and cheerful when chatting with other customers while we were literally next to her waiting. Don’t know if this is some form of prejudice or just plain bad service, but would not come again.

    We had a wonderful experience at the Charlottetown store renting a suit for my son’s grade 9 semi formal dance. All of the staff were warm and friendly, but on each occasion we were looked after by Juan, whom I cannot praise highly enough. He completely understood how meaningful the experience of being fitted for a first suit for a first formal event is in a young man’s life, and was able to answer all questions, give advice in choosing accessories and have alternate options in place. Professional, courteous, kind and very, very helpful.

    Great place to renew your wardrobe. But the real 5 star here is the service. It's easily one of the best service I've seen. Sadly my memory don't allow me remember the attendant name, but he was superb. Attention, posture, knew what to offer and when to stop offering, amazing small talk. I wish I could give an extra star because of him.

    Price disclosure by ambush: The salesperson showed me a pair of dress pants. I asked how much. He said $79. He didn't mention that hemming would cost extra, even though the pants would clearly require hemming. When he rang up the bill, it included a $15 fee for "pant plain bottom" (I don't know what that is) and $10 for "creaset pants" (I don't know what that it). I don't like to be ambushed at the cash register. I am now a former customer of Moores Clothing for Men - David, Stratford PEI Additional comment, 11 Feb 2023: Thank you Moores for responding to my feedback.     We were able to drop off a set of rentals suits all mixed up and not in order and they were very kind and quick to receive them. Great customer service, the new staff was getting trained a little bit but the manager was very respectful to the new staff and us as the customer while teaching them. It was good to see, and all the staff were dressed very professionally

    Rental experience was subpar. The employee I was dealing with was whistling the entire time and he was aloof and pompous - at one point bragging to his colleague about not needing to use the measuring tape some days. That’s cool but it’s like a mechanic bragging about not using a wrench - it’s perhaps the most important tool used every time by the most experienced tailors. Beware of their “return the day-after-event or you face a $20/day late fee” policy. For catering to the event business, next day returns is not always feasible - almost predatory - and the final annoying step of the process. In terms of rental quality, I was fighting with my tuxedo shirt buttons fitting loosely in the button holes and coming undone all day which was annoying and I eventually just used the regular buttons. I recommend Dow’s in Chtown or Caseley’s Bridal in Ktown for any suit / rental needs
