I have been there from last 5 years ,best place ever,staff is very helpful and professional

Mall food court burger place with a burger comparable to McDonald’s but not in a good way. Ketchup and mustard on a burger is a bad sign. The meat wasn’t the best. The food was mediocre. It’s cheap and that’s the only good thing. Would not recommend. Reevaluating in light of response of owner. It wasn’t the best but it was not one star bad.

5 stars for a burger joint? Absolutely! When you have kids and leave with happy bellies, it’s all worth it! From their Big Bacon Burger to their Poutine, it was all delicious! Top it off with a super friendly staff and it makes your experience all better!

Perfect lunch spot if you’re craving a good burger! The crispy fries were great as well. You could tell everything was fresh.

Great food and a good variety of dining options however be aware menu online is out of date and the prices are a bit higher now but still inline with other burger joints

Atmosphere *3* BC it's a mall food court -But it was indeed a "big burger" and it tasted GREAT! Pleasant capable staff as well!

Best grilled chicken burger I have ever had. I added bacon, lettuce, and tomato to a very fresh chicken breast. If it was possible, the only thing that would improve it would be to have a multigrain bun.

Amazing burger! Ordered the 'Burger Love' promo burger and it was excellent, they should have something like it on the menu all the time. I ordered their crispy fries, which again were really good. Big Burger is located in a really nice building with other traders selling local products. We went upstairs looking out to the water, I was getting great local beer from one of the other vendors before and during our meal. Parked right outside for free. All in all, a great experience.

Food is fine but customer service isn’t. If you’re going to eat here make sure they got your order right because their “policy is to not give out refunds”. The worker put an extra fries on our order and didn’t give us a receipt so we didn’t realize til it was already cooked and they told us it was too late for a refund. I understand that it’s not possible for a small business to give out refunds in all circumstances but they should be giving out refunds for employee error.. I come here quite often but will not be returning after today that was ridiculous..
