Refined,
elegant,
tranquil.
The
experience
here
is
so
incredibly
restful.
Every
detail
is
very
tasteful
and
understated
which
gives
it
all
the
more
elegance.
I
love
checking
out
spas
everywhere
I
go
and
this
has
to
be
the
best
I've
encountered.
Not
only
was
the
massage
great
but
the
smallest
details
in
the
relaxation
and
thermal
oasis
areas
make
it
a
stunning
yet
peaceful
place.
The
music
is
just
the
right
volume,
the
temperature
everywhere
is
just
right,
there's
no
added
scents,
which
is
great
because
I
tend
to
sneeze
at
incense
and
scented
candles,
the
chairs
and
benches
are
actually
comfortable.
The
decor
is
minimal
and
very
zen.
The
relaxation
area
is
the
perfect
humidity
and
warmth
with
low-lighting
-
a
wonderful
low-sensory
environment.
The
floor
has
a
small
lit
water
feature,
with
bubbling
water
here
and
there
(it's
actually
dimmer
than
the
photos
on
the
site
show).
It's
like
you
get
to
step
into
your
own
little
elegant
tent
in
the
middle
of
a
stream.
This
is
the
first
relaxation
area
that
I
actually
wanted
to
keep
hanging
out
in.
For
the
massage,
it
was
wonderful
and
a
level
of
skill
you'd
expect
for
this
price.
The
massage
table
seemed
larger
than
usual
and
quite
comfortable.
I
often
find
the
head
rest/face
rest
to
be
a
bit
uncomfortable
but
not
this
time.
There's
a
little
stand
with
drawers
for
you
to
place
your
clothes
and
other
items,
rather
than
just
a
chair
and
wall
hooks.
There's
also
a
mirror
in
the
massage
room
so
you
can
be
sure
you
are
adjusted
again
after
the
treatment.
(All
too
often
a
mirror
is
missing
in
the
rooms.)
After
the
massage,
the
therapist
asked
if
I
had
seen
the
Thermal
Oasis.
I
said
I
had
not
and
she
lit
up
and
asked
if
she
could
show
me,
that
it
was
her
favorite
place.
When
the
staff
is
that
genuinely
excited
about
something
they
see
everyday,
it's
a
pretty
good
sign.
I'll
definitely
be
back
and
can't
wait
to
spend
time
in
a
little
relaxation
pod
and
the
oasis
area.
