Excellent! My wife and I did not understand vaping but wanted to give it a try. The chap (Ash?) was really welcoming, approachable, no pressure, expert advice, answered all of our questions and was more interested in helping us than selling us stuff. Will always go back here for vape stuff and really recommend!

First time at this vape shop today, trying to quit smoking so thought I’d take the plunge into vaping and the shopkeeper floyd was more than helpful and a very friendly and welcoming guy. Very informative and explained everything I needed to know. Genuine guy just wanting to help people make the choice that is right for them and not trying to sell u the most expensive item. Only been using it for about 8 hours so far but I’ve not had a cigarette yet and will definitely be returning to this shop in the future. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spot on advice, was looking for a new vape, walked in and was told what I’d get from what device, lovely fella behind the counter. Even let me taste a couple juices. Will definitely be returning in future. Open till 9pm aswell which is unheard of. Cheers vaperizzo. Proper vape solutions.

My wife and myself brought her vape which wasn't working at the time so was gonna buy her a new one then Floyd came to assist us and was very honest and said we didn't need a knew vape just the filter part that wasn't working he could of easily made us buy a new one and we wouldn't have known any diff such a big thing honesty and u don't get thatanywhere these days along with top customer service from Floyd.would recommend any one has probs with vapes or needs help to visit here great customer service and a huge thanks to Floyd thanks mate!

Absolutely brilliant place. Was greeted by Floyd who I explained my situation too for quitting smoking and he was really helpful in pointing me in the right direction and was really informative. There’s such a good variety of stock and Floyd was so helpful when I came in to switch over from disposable vapes. He’s really knowledgeable about all of the products and is so patient when going through all the different options and flavours available. I will definitely be back to stock up on more juice flavours!
