My daughter who has been riding for 5 years came here only to go back to being lead. She is way past this stage I feel they just wanted to make money and not actually teach any riding. She saw several different teachers who all gave different advice on riding. We booked an hours lesson only to discover 20 mins of the hour involves brushing the horse every time ! And one on one lessons had another two lessons going on in the school at the same time I wouldn’t call this one on one then. When I asked the owner she said “and “ and said go else where then. She’s very rude and sharp with the parents and the children. They are never on time and all in all the experience with this yard was not nice and my daughter learnt nothing by going here. Would not recommend !!!!

Absolutely amazing stables. Beautiful location and fantastic grounds.Extremely friendly and professional. Wonderful instructors who are full of knowledge and experience. Owners couldn't be more lovely. Cater for all ranges of ability. Made to feel very welcome. Very tidy and clean stables. Offer livery too.

Amazing place with great people. Took my daughter for a pony ride and although scared at first Holly Bush Stables were patient and made her felt at ease. She can’t wait to go back. 😍

My daughter and I have been coming to these stables for over 8 years - it is a brilliant place - friendly, welcoming and professional with great instructors, regardless of whether you are a beginner or experienced rider. My daughter has special needs and benefits hugely from her interactions with the ponies.

Had my daughter's birthday party here for her and a few friends. They all had a fantastic time, grooming, riding, playing games. Kate is entertaining and great at building confidence. Thoroughly lovely stables(and ponies!)

Brilliant family run stables, myself and daughter love going there, my daughter does riding lessons and goes to the pony clubs and it's her favourite thing to do, Kate who runs it is so lovely and professional

This is a fabulous stables - I am constantly recommending it to friends. Kate is an amazing teacher and really focuses on confidence building and making riding enjoyable - exactly what it should be. My riding has improved so much with Kate's tuition and the stables is such a welcoming place. And, most importantly the horses are all so brilliant - such great personalities! I really really look forward to my riding lesson every week. Thank you Kate!

A warm and friendly stables surrounded by beautiful countryside for hacks. Staff are genuinely lovely and go out there way to put you at ease whilst being very knowledgeable and catering for your level of experience. You also have the opportunity to groom and tack up the horses which enhances the whole experience. Thoroughly recommend whether you are an adult or child.

Brilliant and friendly stables in a lovely location. My daughter loves coming for lessons, and has learnt far more in a few individual sessions here than in group classes elsewhere (for the same price). Also highly recommend the pony birthday parties.

My experience at holly bush is amazing! They have perfectly calm horses,caring staff(do not shout or go to fast) love that it is one-to-one lessons and that you get to groom, tack-up, ride, and then lead them into the field sometimes. Also I love that once you've been riding there for quite a bit of time your allows to help mucking out etc. I have only been riding there for about a month and I am in love with it and it is so cheap. Anyway the first lesson I had there I fell off and they taught me "focus on the positive stuff and not on unpositive. Cookie taught me to trust him and now I am doing great!
