Kardiologie! Mein Sohn ist dort in Behandlung, manche Schwestern sind freundlich. Bei den Ärzten kommt es darauf an, wer einen behandelt. Beim letzten Termin wurde er von einem Arzt zurecht gewiesen, er sollte deutlich sprechen, was ihm nach einem Schlaganfall leider nicht möglich ist! Unverschämt so eine Vorgehensweise.

I had an appointment with Dr. Christoph. After registering, I was called by an extremely unfriendly nurse and was asked to have an ECG and blood pressure taken. I constantly had to explain to her my symptoms that were written in front of her on the doctor's note. She didn't listen either time. Only stupid and mushy answers came from her. Afterwards I was allowed to have a cardiac ultrasound, which the nurse also did. It's incomprehensible to me, something a doctor should do. This ultrasound was so rough and painful that two days later I now have bruises on my ribs that hurt. The doctor wasn't particularly interested. It's more like mass processing. Didn't look at the ultrasound, didn't read the letter properly. So I don't really know what to think about it. But he made it clear to me that I was overweight. I wouldn't recommend any here. And just don't bring up the C topic. Nobody wants to hear that here, the looks were clear.

Concerns the cardiology outpatient department. Overall very chaotic, far too many patients. Doctors change often. The next one doesn't know what the previous one did. But the worst thing, the one sister at reception. Impossible, arrogant behavior. Even to your own staff. Old people are sometimes treated in an impossible way if they don't understand something straight away. I've been there many times, but not anymore. Overall good team except for that one impossible person. The other sisters try very hard despite the stress. Overall therefore not recommended.

Ich bewerte die dort ansässige Orthopädie. Selbst der eine Stern ist nicht verdient. Trotz Röntgenbild wurde die selbst für Laien und mich sichtbare Verschiebung eines Gelenks nicht erkannt. Ich holte mir mehrere andere Meinungen ein, auch von einem anderen Arzt, die bestätigten, dass ich eingerenkt werden musste. Die Praxis wirkte auf mich wie zu DDR Zeiten und der Arzt überheblich. I've never experienced anything like this before and I can happily do without it.

Ich war am 01. 12. 20 zur Untersuchung bestellt. Scheinbar hat das Corona auch hier "Spuren" hinterlassen. Die Schwestern, außer der Anmeldung, laut, herrisch und unfreundlich. Da kann auch die nette Art der Ärztin, Frau Dr. Cioranu ausgleichend und polarisierend wirken. Ich suche mir auf alle Fälle eine andere Ambulance, wo man nicht zum Spielball frustrierter Mitarbeiter wird.

It was my first time at the Chemnitz Heart Center and I was impressed by the nice nurses (reception, long-term ECG, stress ECG -> big praise!). It's all the sadder that an empathic, opinionated and apparently socially incompetent doctor destroys this impression. Dr. Dänschel asked me strange questions, only to then make stupid comments and question the competence of my family doctor when I kindly pointed out that it was all on the referral. Overall, he seems to think his patients are stupid, makes some car comparisons for the heart and gives the impression that he really enjoys correcting other people. He reacts bluntly to specific questions because the questions are not precise enough for him. When I commented that I wasn't a doctor and unfortunately couldn't put it better, he became defiant and asked whether he should explain it or not. But at that point I had had enough and left the conversation saying that I would look for another doctor. I didn't say any more words because I was afraid that my frustration would be taken out on the next patient. Normally I only write doctor reviews if it was very positive, because a negative experience can also be my fault and everyone has a bad moment now and then. Since the practice is very noisy, I have heard several times that he treats other patients in the same way. How an adult can put up with this is a mystery to me.

No new patients admitted despite emergency referral. Nice sister who tried hard. We should urgently revise the website - it says you can get an appointment quickly. Ridiculous, sad, unbelievable - that about cardiology.

Concerns Cardiology, Leipziger Str. 137a. I was there on May 16th to get an appointment, Dr. Cioranu took the time and addressed my problem immediately. Great great. The sisters were also very nice, all I can say is, thank you, thank you, thank you and a big compliment, you don't find it everywhere. Thank you again to the entire team.

Orthopädie Absolut inkompetente Behandlung. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass einem zugehört und man verstanden wird. Mit den Worten "Na dann Hose aus" und einer Handbewegung Richtung Liege wurde ich aufgefordert mich hinzulegen. Die Assistenz saß im Hintergrund und war scheinbar sehr belustigt über meine Antworten auf vom Arzt gestellte rhetorische Fragen. Und obwohl Herr Doktor weder etwas gut- noch etwas bösartiges ausschließen konnte sollen 3 Monate bis zum nächsten Termin vergehen? Wer also ernstgenommen werden will und sich nicht schikanieren lassen möchte, sucht sich lieber eine andere Praxis.

Also ich war letzten Mittwoch als Schmerzpatient in der Orthopädie und war sehr zufrieden mit den Schwestern und der Behandlung durch den Arzt, halbe Stunde Wartezeit ist ja nun wirklich zu ertragen, das gleiche eine Woche später zur Auswertung Röntgen, ich muss 5 Sterne geben

Beim vereinbaren eines Termins telefonisch wurde man direkt vollgemeckert und angepampt obwohl man nicht mal etqas fürkann. Teilweise sehr unfreundliche Personal und null Einsicht bzw Rücksicht

Sehr unfreundliche Schwester wollte nur ein Termin zur Kontrolle Beipass OP, aber mir wurde nur gesagt das es keinen gibt und legte einfach auf es ist nicht empfehlenswert hier zu dieser Einrichtung zu gehen. Meusel

I don't understand the bad reviews, I was completely satisfied, the nurses were nice and the doctor was very, very nice. The only thing I noticed was that it was very stressful, there were a lot of people there and you have to accept waiting times despite having an appointment, but otherwise everything was great

Chest Pain Clinic - Rarely have you laughed so much! I went to the hospital twice because of chest pain on the advice of my doctor and was referred to the emergency room at the hospital both times. So I can't say anything about medical treatment.

Ich war heute zur Blutabnahme dort und hatte zwei freundliche und kompetente Azubis die mich von meiner Phobie abgelenkt haben. Die Schwester und der Arzt waren beide einfach so freundlich.

Very bad practice team. My mother had an appointment on May 9th, 2023. Even though she is a high-risk patient, she was not taken on that day. She wasn't given a new appointment until August, even though she's been going there forever.
