It's
been
a
while
since
my
visit.
I
went
to
the
salon
a
total
of
2
times
for
a
women's
short
haircut.
Interior:
The
salon
is
large
and
spacious,
everything
was
very
clean,
not
even
dust
on
the
wall
shelves.
Everything
is
very
neat,
clear
and
the
chairs
are
height
adjustable
(not
available
everywhere)
Easy
to
reach
by
phone
to
get
an
appointment,
also
relatively
promptly.
Overall,
I
found
the
staff
to
be
friendly
and
there
seems
to
be
a
pleasant,
relaxed
atmosphere,
including
among
colleagues,
which
is
pleasant
for
me
as
a
customer.
In
terms
of
price,
the
salon
is
in
the
middle
range,
it's
good
that
the
prices
are
flat-rate;
I
wasn't
charged
extra
for
styling
products.
As
a
customer,
you
won't
experience
any
unpleasant
surprises
at
the
checkout.
But
most
importantly:
Cut/quality/work
method
My
cut
is
short,
but
not
necessarily
easy
or
quick
to
make,
as
it
is
an
asymmetrical
cut,
with
an
all-round
undercut
that
has
to
be
done
with
a
machine
and
also
with
a
shape!
I
value
that.
I
was
in
the
salon
twice,
with
two
different
colleagues.
What
bothers
me
personally
is
that
as
a
customer
you
are
taken
directly
to
the
sink
and
the
customer
conversation
takes
place
while
you
are
washing.
This
seems
to
be
a
new
"trend"
to
save
time,
because
many
hairdressers
are
doing
it
that
way
now.
Unfortunately,
I
don't
think
that's
helpful
at
all,
because
previously
there
was
only
a
short
conversation
with
advice,
during
which
the
hairdresser
was
able
to
examine
the
hair,
its
structure
and
the
natural
fall
when
it
was
dry,
which
of
course
leads
to
better
advice
because
the
hairdresser
then
can
take
the
hair
structure
into
account.
If
you
wash
it
immediately,
it
will
affect
the
quality
of
the
cut.
Despite
the
friendly
hairdressers,
as
a
customer
I
feel
like
I'm
"clocked
in",
i.e.
washing,
talking,
cutting,
drying,
straightening,
final
styling
was
done
within
around
30
minutes
both
times...
Not
a
reasonable
amount
of
time
for
my
cut.
Accordingly,
the
result
was
not
100%
optimal.
During
the
first
visit,
the
colleague
there
really
tried
very
hard
to
do
justice
to
my
wishes
and,
at
my
request,
shortened
even
more
in
some
places
because
it
was
still
too
long
for
me.
Just
a
few
days
later,
at
home,
while
doing
my
own
styling
habits,
I
noticed
that
there
was
still
one
area
that
bothered
me,
where
my
hair
was
still
too
long.
A
quick
call
and
I
was
able
to
come
and
have
it
repaired
the
next
day.
It
was
done
in
just
a
few
minutes
and
I
didn't
even
have
to
pay
anything
for
it.
Very
nice
service,
which
is
no
longer
a
given
these
days.
On
the
second
visit,
another
colleague,
small
talk
was
very
limited
and
found
it
difficult
to
start
a
conversation
with
the
lady.
She
did
the
cut
with
the
shape
first
class,
but
I
wasn't
really
happy
with
the
rest
of
the
cut.
At
the
back
of
the
head
they
were
cut
and
styled
so
that
the
hair
lay
diagonally,
to
the
side,
but
I
didn't
want
it
that
way
and
it
wasn't
even
agreed
upon.
I
really
like
my
hair
fringed
and
cheeky
cut,
so
I
asked
if
it
could
be
styled
a
little
further.
But
the
answer
was:
"the
hair
is
already
layered."
Hmm,
in
0815
style.
The
lady
didn't
do
the
thinning
anymore
-
probably
for
time
reasons.
I
had
the
impression
that
her
thoughts
were
already
on
the
next
customer
appointment
because
my
30
minutes
were
up...
Since
I
didn't
want
to
strain
her
patience
unnecessarily,
I
didn't
say
anything
more
about
it.
Conclusion:
I
think
the
salon
has
very
capable
hairdressers,
but
since
the
time
slots
seem
to
be
very
tight,
they
can't
offer
equivalent
quality.
For
one
customer
the
cut
is
finished
in
15
minutes,
for
others
-
like
me
-
it
just
takes
more
time.
At
the
second
appointment
I
also
said
on
the
phone
to
please
allow
a
little
more
time
because
my
cut
was
a
little
more
complicated.
The
advice
is
m.m.n.
too
short
and
not
really
customer-oriented.
