The entire yard is lined with cars, and there aren’t enough spaces, it’s impossible to turn around. The audibility is such that you can hear the full conversation of your neighbors without raised tones. If the windows face the chord side, that's all. Endless road noise, dust - you can hear trains and Aeroexpresses. Landscape attached. On the plus side, there are playgrounds and shops within walking distance. But there is still an unreal wind all the time.
