My
husband
and
son
(3
years
old)
made
an
appointment
with
a
dermatologist.
They
were
late
for
the
appointment,
although
they
left
in
advance
(they
got
lost
in
the
center
of
Moscow),
however,
when
they
finally
got
to
the
clinic,
they
immediately
charged
them
for
the
appointment
(for
a
second,
2200
rubles),
forced
them
to
fill
out
a
bunch
of
papers,
and
made
copies
of
all
the
documents
and
were
told
to
wait.
Only
half
an
hour
later
the
administrator
decided
to
ask
the
doctor
whether
she
would
even
accept
latecomers,
to
which
the
doctor
rudely,
with
irritation,
and
quite
loudly
(just
so
that
all
patients
could
hear)
replied
that
she
would
see
everyone
strictly
on
time
(which,
in
general,
then,
absolutely
fair,
although
the
behavior
of
the
doctor
of
an
expensive
paid
clinic,
her
irritation
and
rudeness
towards
patients,
even
if
they
were
late,
causes
great
bewilderment).
The
administrator,
without
even
apologizing,
tried
to
invite
my
husband
to
wait
another
hour,
but
my
husband,
naturally,
refused,
since
it
was
time
for
the
child
to
have
dinner
and
sleep.
The
question
arose
about
a
refund.
The
clinic
workers
did
not
want
to
do
this;
everyone
suggested
that
we
come
for
an
appointment
on
another
day.
But
the
mood
and
impression
of
the
clinic
and
the
doctor
were
spoiled,
and
the
husband
refused.
As
a
result,
he
filled
out
a
bunch
more
paperwork
for
a
refund,
and
the
money
was
sent
back
to
his
card.
The
result:
the
administrator
is
incompetent,
the
doctor
considers
himself
a
star
and
behaves
rudely,
time
wasted,
results
are
zero.
I
do
not
relieve
my
husband
of
responsibility
for
being
late.
But
all
these
papers,
waiting,
rudeness,
refunds
-
nothing
would
have
happened
if
he
had
immediately
been
told
that
the
doctor
would
not
accept
them.
And
there
would
be
no
questions
for
the
clinic.
But...
what
happened
was
what
happened.
