Terrible communal. Very strange concept. Four apartments with an attempt to stylize different eras, in the end, the implementation is terrible. There is a feeling that gathered in the trash all the stuff and laid out in the rooms. The bathroom is a box in the corner. Everywhere cheap repair, the wires go through the walls of the room are below the level of the sidewalk, in the window watching the exhaust pipes of parked cars. At night there was a constant rumble from the street. Due to the fact that the room is semi-basement in the room is damp. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, don't fall for the Central location, the hotel is terrible.

Very small hotel - 4 rooms corresponding to 4 periods of Russian history over the last 100 or so years. Awesome. The welcome is very warm, an excellent experience

Excellent location - between Chisty and Myasnitskaya! and lovingly restored furnishings: here you will find original parquet flooring, oak doors, bricks in the masonry with marks and a sideboard returned from immigration. There is no need to count on the usual hotel level - this is a place to stay from the era. Very friendly staff, even a mini excursion is possible, where you will learn about the history of the place and furnishings, in this history - the fate of people and the country. Everything for convenience (without any special pretensions) is there: kitchen, washing machine, ironing board, etc. A good opportunity to revive the habit of getting to know your neighbors :)

Here you can stop and explore the sights of Moscow. Everything is nearby. 😉 Rooms in the style of the last century.

An interesting tiny hotel in a large apartment, a former communal apartment. The lack of soundproofing is a bit annoying. Breakfast in a nearby cafe is passable. It is better, however, to book without breakfast. A big plus of this hotel is its excellent location next to Chistoprudny Boulevard.

Absolutely amazing. Great location, near metro and many restaurants. The hostess is great. Every room is designed differently to remence an era of soviet union. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, tea and candy. Great experience

I really liked it, it had its own atmosphere, the girl even gave us a tour of the rooms. Thank you very much.

The name of the hotel speaks for itself: here you instantly immerse yourself in another era, without denying yourself basic modern amenities. An unusually atmospheric place, steeped in history, where every little detail and interior detail is given special attention. We stayed for a couple of nights in the Mayakovskaya room: wonderful decoration, comfortable bed, good bathroom, cleanliness, quiet at night. The apartment has a small shared kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, stove and all necessary utensils. Breakfast until 12.00 at the nearby Shokoladnitsa (with coupons), delicious and very filling (any set from the breakfast menu). The location couldn’t be better: it’s about half an hour at a leisurely pace to Red Square, Leningradsky Station is also half an hour’s walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. All issues are promptly resolved via WhatsApp, upon check-in an interesting excursion from Serafima) Overall, ideal for a few days for lovers of unusual places with a soul. I would love to come back, to a different room for a change :) From the wishes: it would be nice to install a lamp above the mirror in the bathroom; It’s also better to set up motion sensors in the corridor (the lights sometimes take a long time to turn on).

It's very atmospheric and cool here! Starting from the yard and the entrance to the entrance. You don’t need to expect all the modern “goodies” of a Radisson, Lotte or Marriott from this hotel, this is much cooler! An ideal option for those who love the history of their country and the history of Moscow. Hardly suitable for business travelers, ideal for tourists. Great location, helpful staff, great breakfast in the chocolate bar next door!

Wonderful stylized rooms. You should read the information about the hotel in advance so that there are no surprises. Friends booked for us, they wanted to surprise us 🤭 it worked out. We lived in a “museum with amenities.” Room - "Mayakovsky era". The literary theme is very close, so I liked it. The girl Seraphim told the history of the building and immersed us in the eras of different rooms. It turned out to be a very exciting journey through the century. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is close enough. Upon arrival I was especially pleased with the cleanliness, special thanks for that. I wish only prosperity and good guests to your hotel
