    Toms personal training has really made a difference. It is targeted to what I am trying to do I have lost 2 stone in weight and more importantly changed my nutrition to a new normal weight for me. His warm up regime has stopped me gaining injuries in training and has gently introduced me to weighs as someone that has not done it before. I highly recommend him, his personable quietly challenging style helps you achieve your goals.

    I started training with Tom in May 2018 and I would strongly say Tom is an excellent trainer. Tom always made sure I was doing the exercises correctly, that I was being challenged and always kept it interesting. Tom was so keen to regularly review my Nutrition Plan and guided me to make the necessary changes in it and within few weeks, I was able to see the difference. Synergy isn't a traditional gym with just weights and equipments, it's a wonderful platform to set your fitness journey and see visible results. Worth the money spent! Would definitely recommend to start your fitness journey with Tom @ Synergy!

    Training with Tom has been one of the best decisions I've made and I would recommend it to anyone. Tom is an excellent trainer, enthusiastic, encouraging, fun and motivated. The sessions push you to work harder and smash your targets, they are tailored to your ability so no matter where you're at with your fitness journey you can join in and enjoy working out. Working with Tom and others at Synergy has enabled me to reach goals I never thought I'd be able to, increase my overall fitness and create a way of healthy living which is sustainable for life. Love it!

    Tom is really open to listening to my goals, and he tailors sessions to help me achieve them. Some trainers assume you just want to lose weight, but I’m far more strength and skills focused - I want to age well and stay strong and mobile. My strength and mobility has improved during the time I’ve been Toms client. He really does know his stuff and is a lovely person too!

    I have been seeing Tom for a couple of years now and have always found the sessions to be fun while still being a testing workout. A lot of the work has been on repairing several long-term injuries and the mobility issues that have come from those. Tom's knowledge and willingness to combine a variety of excercise styles has really improved my shoulder mobility and the strengthening that has taken place means I can sleep on that shoulder without being woken up in pain which I greatly appreciate. If you have any long term issues I'd really recommend Tom as he has a unique take on health and fitness and is more interested in getting the right result for you rather than just ticking through a generic workout like other trainers I have used in the past.

    Tom is a great trainer, with tons of knowledge. I really appreciate how easily he has been able to adapt the exercises (and mobility work) to my currently rather knackered body (back, knees and so on). Not just avoiding the problems but helping me improve them as part of my goals. In truth I was very sceptical about PT before, but 3 months in and I would highly recommend Tom.

    Tom's extensive training and experience, coupled with his friendly manner make for a training session you know will be right for you. Even within a group, he adapts the training to suit the individual, ensuring safety and trust. The training space is excellent and very well equipped to suit all levels. Tom is very quick to identify problem areas and works to improve ability and strength with patience and encouragement, without ever denting your confidence. Highly recommended.

    Tom is an excellent PT with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He creates tailored plans and adapts them over time to help you achieve your goals. Always achieving great results. Aside from individual PT sessions he runs groups sessions where he has established a great community spirit.

    All the trainers are so friendly and it makes working out such a fun experience. Every member of the team is super dedicated to helping you reach your goal no matter what it is! Equipment is brilliant and diverse, sessions are never boring! 12/10 would recommend.

    Tom is a fantastic personal trainer, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He takes everything into account when planning training, including things like your diet, job and lifestyle, to ensure that session are tailored to you as an individual. He's encouraging, friendly, professional, ridiculously fit, and will push you to your limit, (not beyond it, thankfully!) and will then work with you on expanding those limits. Thanks to him I'm over 25 pounds lighter, the healthiest I've ever been, and have much better attitudes towards fitness and food. Call him if (like me) you find gyms dull and appreciate having someone fun there to hearten and spur you on.

    I have been training with Tom for just under a year and he is an excellent PT. We have worked on maintaining my social life and balancing weekends out while consistently losing weight which was my aim. Every session with Tom is different and enjoyable, and he has also given me a training plan to focus on when I go to the gym. I am so happy with my results so far and excited to see it continue!
