What a warm, friendly welcome on arrival Saturday evening. Served quickly & staff went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is the place to get a decent risotto, cooked perfectly, well seasoned & tastes divine, so hats off to the chef that cooked it. Recommended to friends & family. Can't wait to go back & try something else

From the moment you walk the Cozy Club you get a nice feeling. Beautiful decor and well set out. Attentive sincere staff and service with good chat and professionalism. Food quality is excellent, well presented and very fresh. Excellent ingredients and extremely tasty. Drinks were reasonably priced and cocktails were excellent. Overall Value for money reasonable for the quality you receive. Could not fault the whole Evening dinner experience.

We came here mid week for lunch & it didn't disappoint. Great helpful, polite friendly service. Lovely decor & everything was clean & tidy. Our meals were all cooked to perfection & tasted fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble & we would definitely return.

Beautifully decorated and lovely furniture. We had a family Sunday lunch here and enjoyed the experience. Service was quick and efficient. Nothing special about the food. Would come here again with friends for the atmosphere.

Went here on Saturday for a quick pint, decor is great as you might expect. Ordered two pints and got a 3/4 full glass in each. Didn't mention it as it took a long time to get served and for the drinks to arrive. Nice lady served us though

Went on a Tuesday lunchtime and looked forward to trying latest addition to our Chester Hospitality scene. Beautiful decor. Slight wait to be seated….. and then it all went wrong. The young waiter gave us menu’s and then instantly forgot we were there. No drink order taken no food order taken. Waited for 20 minutes then upped and left. Couldn’t even vent my frustration as no one acknowledged us! “All fur coat and no knickers” comes to mind. Unlikely to try again without a huge improvement

Thought we would try here whilst at the Christmas markets and we have found a little gem 💎 the place is amazing staff were all so so friendly and the food was out of this world would highly recommend we will be visiting again soon 5⭐️

Beautifully decorated and unusual bar and restaurant hidden in the heart of chester. We were originally drawn in with the decor and swing music and decided to stop for cocktails. However, shortly after, we were so impressed with the service and drinks that we asked to be seated for food. The meals and service didn't disappoint either. The salmon teriyaki noodles and salmon fish cakes were both excellent and so flavoursome. I would thoroughly recommend the cosy club.

Came for brunch for my birthday yesterday and had a lovely time. Although the rostis have changed and are tiny now, and the gluten free bread isn’t as good as it was when I went to Cosy Club in Bath, the wonderful service from Olivia and Paige more than made up for it. Even when it got really quite busy they were very efficient, friendly and super helpful. I’m only leaving a review as I feel they both deserved a mention.

Visited here twice over the last couple of months. Can rate it as OK. Cocktail selection is really good but service is confusing. The first visit I went to the bar and was told to go and sit and someone would take my order. That's great, but the second time we waited at the table for a long time and eventually flagged a waiter who told us to go to the bar....while they took orders from a table next to us. Confusing and staff a little sniffy about it!

It's a lovely place but I feel its better for hot and cold drinks. Meals always take very long to come out. We waited an hour for our meal today. Very pleasant staff. Did not really enjoy the meal . I think we were far to hungry to enjoy it. The staff were kind enough to allow us a 25% discount off our meal due to the extended wait. That was kind but I have been several times now and the wait time for meals are very long. We will be back but hopefully the food wait time improves

Very busy and noisy. Inital service was quite quick food was delicious. Service after main course was poor. We waited a long time 30 minutes+ for someone to clear the table and we weren't offered a sweet - just asked if we wanted the bill! We waited 20 minutes and still no bill. We had to ask someone else for the bill as we had to be out to get our seats at a concert.

We only recently discovered this brilliant place. We had a special meal there after a civil partnership in the family, and were treated so well, with complimentary prosecco when we arrived. The decor is beautiful, William Morris inspired. Great view of the street below. Top marks for accessibility, with a lift up to the restaurant for those who can't manage the stairs, a nice accessible toilet. But best of all was the service. The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. Service was prompt but we never felt rushed. We were there from 11am until 5.30 pm. Who could ask for more?

So, visiting Chester for a few days and needed a breakfast booster ready for my adventures of the day. So after walking around an hour I decided to visit the little place called Cozy Club. Having a butchers breakfast with the promise of some treacle cured pork belly was inviting for me. It was like a cheeky come hither and see kinda thing. Anywho after getting a nice plate of breakfast with the treacle pork belly, I was absolutely satisfied the price at first did concern me a little as is pricer than the other places I seen but sorry the pork belly and the general flavours of the usual meats were just tasty and flavoursome. So if you're a visitor like me and in need of a breaky kick start for your day cosy clubs butchers breakfast is the way forward.

Ambience is amazing and the place is very spacious. Reservations might be needed for large groups or else you should be fine. Has a good selection of beers and the staff is super friendly. A few tables are located outside, given that the weather is good.

Really nice eatery, excellent service. Our server Olivia was both efficient and super helpful and friendly. Sorry I didn’t have any cash to leave a tip. We had breakfast here and I’d go so far as to say it’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in Chester!! The ‘Butcher’s Breakfast’, delicious!! We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed a very pleasant brunch here a few weeks ago. The staff are really friendly, and the food quality is fantastic value for money, incredibly flavourful, and good portion sizes. This was our 2nd visit, and each time, the food has been top tier, so they have consistency in the bag. Well worth taking the time to visit.

Yummy food, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere and decor inside.

Myself and a friend dined in this evening. The atmosphere and service was great. The food was disappointing for the price and I had to send my main course back. I was happy to pay full price for my replacement but I wish I had listened to a personal recommendation….. order the lamb, anything else is absolutely not worth the money. I won’t be returning until I hear things have improved.

Booked a table for dinner very easily online. Greeted and shown to our table which was in the perfect spot. The food was exceptional as was the service throughout the evening. Two members of Staff that really deserve a special mention were Libby who served at our table. She was very efficient, patient and attentive and Alex the barman. He brought our wine to the table and waited until we tasted it to make sure we were happy. Also, his cocktail making skills are 100%. The atmosphere was amazing. We met some lovely people and had a fantastic night. We will definitely return soon.
