Spent the full day amoungst a small group, the tour guide was enthusiastic and made the group laugh throughout the day. The experience overall was indescribable and I would highly recommend the full day tour. The elephants seemed happy overall and looked comfortable as they were free to roam. There was NO RIDING and I didn't see any evidence of mistreatment, and this was something I was looking for throughout the day. Thankyou for this amazing experience.

The best day I had in Chiang Mai, a must do!! I really was sceptical and didn't want to pay money into anything unethical. So I did quite a bit of research and the locals offered me some advice as well. This particular one isn't as popular because it is only 2 years old. Machete, who is the guide for the day picks you up from your hotel/hostel and boy what a crazy ride!!! 😂 If you get car sickness just prepare yourself because it is full on. Once we get there we are given traditional clothing and we sit down whilst Machete gives us some background info on the elephants before we meet them (which gives the stomach time to settle) We are then taken up to meet and feed the elephants. What incredible creatures they are, they seem happy and very well cared for. There was one female that wasn't feeling well and when I asked Machete, he explained what was wrong and seemed genuinely concerned for her. Throughout the day you go to a few different parts of the jungle all within ten minute walks of each other. We ate lunch near the waterfall with an older elephant just hanging around us hoping for some fruity snacks which of course we couldn't refuse her 😄 The mud bath was great fun and washing with the elephants in the waterfall afterwards was amazing! What I really noticed about the day is there was no rushing at all, there wasn't strict timing. Just completely relaxed the entire day, at the beginning Machete actually asked us if we had to be anywhere later and if not then we could take our time. It wouldn't have been half the day it was without such a fantastic and hilarious guide with a laugh I will remember forever 😂 (Machete) So please if you are wanting to see Elephants. Go here! A really genuine place with genuine people. I couldn't recommend it enough ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about our full day experience with the elephants and our guide at the Elephant Jungle Paradise Park! From feeding the elephants to walking around with them, to playing in the mud and bathing them, it was a memorable day. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable. We loved that the elephants were well cared for and all the handlers truly seemed to love these gentle giants. This is a must experience activity while in Chiang Mai.

This whole day was AMAZING!! Some highlights: - there were two baby elephants! - Starboy (our guide) was wonderful and fun - everyone working there clearly adores the elephants; the elephants are clearly happy, well taken care of and respected. We felt very positive supporting this establishment -small groups! We had lots of time to touch, feed, and connect with the elephants - there's a photographer there the whole time! And it's included in the ticket price. Which is great because you get muddy and dirty Overall, I don't know how this experience could have been better. Except possibly the windy drive up dirt roads to the sanctuary! But it was totally worth it. I'm still in awe that this day actually happened!

Did a half day tour. The elephants are adorable. Make sure to check the weather. We got a little unlucky with cold temps so the elephants didn’t want to do much with the bath and waterfall. Still a beautiful place and feeding the elephants was fantastic.

Absolutely incredible experience. Did the full day tour, you feed the elephants then play with them as they graze for more food. Have a delicious lunch yourself, then onto the mud bath with the elephants before washing off the elephants in the river. Then you can rinse off in the beautiful waterfalls on site. They have 2 beautiful baby elephants that are full of energy & a few adults. The guides were amazing Arbui is the nicest guy and speaks English you must meet star-boy he's hilarious. They take pictures for you throughout the day. Overall a once in a lifetime experience. Only neg is the distance to get there 1.30 hours, but well worth it. Must do it.

Loved it! Great experience and Machete our guide was awesome. Most importantly the care takers genuinely love the elephants and take good care of them. The drive up and down is very bumpy one and if you get car sick or motion sickness you better bring some Gravol with you.

Really cool experience! Be prepared for a long bumpy ride there though (people with motion sickness, take your medicine)! The location is way off the beaten path so that the elephants can live a life out in nature, instead of by human civilization. So I think it's worth the trip. You get to feed, take a mud bath (optional), and cool off/clean up in the river with the elephants. You can tell that they really care about the elephants here. Amazing experience!

THIS WAS AN AMAZING AND INCREDIBLE DAY!!!!! The only reason I cannot give this a fifth star is because of the ride to their beautiful sanctuary. IT WAS AN INCREDIBLY LONG RIDE..........and we were crammed into the back of a open safari like jeep, sitting on a hard surface, seated sideways and across from each other. For an hour and a half drive, VERY WINDY and VERY BUMPY.......I did not feel this was adequate and to be honest did not even feel like it was safe. Had there been an accident we would have been seriously injured or died. I expected to go in an air-conditioned van or something. I am no princess either, but this was rough and had I known, I could have taken something for the nausea. I felt so nations by the time we arrived and was miserable. I tell you this so you can make an informed decision. But, upon our arrival (which felt like a million years) everything was AWESOME!! Our guide-darn I am forgetting his name-was fun/funny and personable......always getting everyone involved and rubbing mud on people. The elephants seemed happy and they were treated well. There was no riding. We made a point to sort through SO MANY sanctuaries to ensure we were supporting a place where they treated the elephants with love and respect. The food was yummy and THE INTERACTION with the babies was amazing. Our group was about ten. For the first part of our experiences (the feeding) there were like 6 or 7 elephants we were able to interact with. For the rest of the time there were three or four, one of which again was the baby. They were nice in taking photos. I loved the mud bathing. Wish there were more pics in the mud with these amazing creatures. It was a very nice day and we could not wipe the smiles off of our faces.........until the ride back.........hopefully they get more adequate transport and pick up at the beginning of the ultra bumpy last 20 minutes of the ride in a jeep if necessary.

This was one of the most magical experiences of my life! The elephants are well taken care of and are cared for by Thai people who have raised them well. They are well behaved! After feeding them, giving them a mud bath, and washing them off in the waterfall, I felt like I was on cloud nine. Such a professional team who provided a meaningful experience my friends and I will always remember. Thank you Elephant Jungle Paradise Park!

(Translated by Google) A bigger (bumpy) journey to the park is necessary. However, this is fully compensated. Meals are already taken care of. It is a spectacular and eventful experience with the elephants. We had the impression that the elephants were looked after very well and kept appropriately. For example, no animal riding is allowed here! The elephants can move freely and withdraw at any time.

Big scam dont go there ! Made a reservation a month ago and today no one came to take us at our hôtel. After multiple call a man propose us nearly the same amount for the all day tour for just the half. Say it's our fault even after showing the confirmation... No sorry or excuse... A broken dream for seeing elephant... 😔

(Translated by Google) Great experience! Exceptional! We took the afternoon formula. The driver arrived on time and we left for 1 hour and 20 minutes of dirt tracks a little digs but the SUV passes without having the impression of doing the cross. Besides the beautiful setting in the jungle, on arrival you will take full eyes! we had 3 elephants waiting for us and a baby (we were a group of 6). First experience, you will feed them ears of corn and learn to open their mouths for you to place the spike. You will have time to do a lot of photos, caresses, etc ... If you have a little luck you can also enjoy the kisses of the elephant with his trunk! Then direction, the mud bath in which you will harvest the mud necessary for the elephant to remove parasites from his skin. It is you who will spread the mud on the elephants and your hihihi comrades. Then direction, the waterfall where you will wash with the elephants to remove the mud. The meal will be finally served to you and you will return to your hotel with memories full of the head and for your life! (Original) Superbe expérience ! Exceptionnel !

Really enjoyed this park! There were 9 people in our tour group and 5 elephants, so getting a photo by yourself is no problem. Machete was our guide/driver and he was pretty cool. Just be warned the drive up and back down the mountain is an experience all by itself! There is a 3 month old baby elephant as well. He was a very playful little guy! I did the 1 day tour and paid 2400baht. I would definitely recommend going to Jungle Paradise Park.
