An absolutely amazing experience! It's a very beautiful spa complex with very hospitable and nice staff. The massage was great - I think this was the first spa where the masseuse actually focused on the areas I indicated in the questionnaire they ask you to fill in before the treatment. I did aromatherapy massage and Thai herbal ball treatment and absolutely loved both!

Great spa place. Slightly overpriced for the kind of service you get. I’ve been here twice and tried the standard Thai massage and and the aroma therapy. Both have been for 1:30 hours and were professionally executed. While the massage itself was good, I felt a lack of features that make the aroma therapy pricing reasonable. The Thai massage is great and definitely recommended.

Update: Adjusted from 3 to 1 star. I did not have any neck pain coming in and I don’t normally have neck pain, now 1 week after this massage, I still have a very sore neck. Very bad. I’ve had three head, back & shoulder massages here with my partner in the past 10 days, and before Covid I’ve been here as well. First massage in the past 10 days from a man was mediocre at best, second from a lady was very good, and my last one from a man was the first time with a reservation but a terrible massage and the reason for two stars. Ambiance and location is nice and the staff is always friendly, it’s a real experience but unfortunately the therapists can be very hit or miss. My last one had no idea what he was doing, very unprofessional massage. Painful in a bad way and left feeling worse than I came despite giving feedback during the massage, telling him it was too much pressure in certain areas, and explicitly marking ‘avoid head area’ before the massage, I got a 10+ minute head massage.

Beautiful place, but massage was not nearly strong enough, despite asking for STRONG. Had the ‘travelers special’ but the masseuse wasn’t that skilled, basically just rubbing oil into my skin. I’ve had far better massages for far cheaper in CM. YMMV, depending on masseuse. Beautifully appointed though and friendly staff. Added a star as it was still a nice experience and still far cheaper than any spa outside of Thailand.

I got a massage almost every day while travelling in Thailand for a month. This is probably the most baller massage places I've been to to date in thailand. It's expensive AF compared to the other massage places, but it's worth it if you purchase the 4 hour packages. You get your own private room with a bath, washroom, personal care giver, a bunch of snacks after you're done and everything's pretty clean

We made the reservation through their website and everything went well and they confirmed the reservation by email. I had the 60-minute Thai massage and it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. When you finish, they invite you to a Ginger Tea and rice crackers, delicious. The massagist was very professional and friendly.

We went for the traditional Thai Massage and it was a truly amazing experience. While the massage is on the “pricier” side for Thailand standards, the whole atmosphere was definitely worth it. They provide you with complimentary tea before and after the massage, a foot scrub, a traditional Thai garment and listen to any preferences. The spa itself is also gorgeous and a very relaxing environment.

We absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Although it is on the pricier side when it comes to massages in the area, you definitely get what you pay for. My wife and I did their four hour honeymoon massage and enjoyed every minute of it.

I had a fantastic four hour treatment, steam room, scrub bath, massage and facial. The therapist was very professional, and very great. The spa is beautiful and the girl that works in the recovery room where they give you little snacks and a drink was very sweet and wonderful to talk to.

I had such an amazing experience here! I got the hot oil massage at a discount of 840 bhat which is much cheaper than many places and it was great! I had my own private room and a very experienced masseuse who was also really sweet! 10/10 recommend!

Bumped into this place by chance, walked in with my wife and saw that it looked like a beautiful, professional place, definitely not as cheap (in all the meaning of the word cheap) as many other parlours in town (where usually extra services are offered...). As it was fully booked for that day, we booked for today. We were received with a welcome drink and we chose our massage. Our choice was 30 min of Thai Massage and 60 of oil massage. Everything was outstanding, from the therapists, to the hygiene of the place. Ginger tea and a crispy snack was served after the massage. Absolutely worth paying a higher price, for the Thai standard, for such high quality service.

Fabulous location with breathtaking interior atmosphere. I had treatment with body scrub and aromatherapy oil massage. The whole process was very relieving, recommend this for people who would like to indulge themselves in a luxury spa.

Wasn't the greatest massage in Chiangmai. When we got there, the massage room was kind of a mess – there were still used underwear from previous customers in the trash bin, and the floor was dirty with footprints. Surprisingly, they didn't give us slippers, which was a first for us, considering all the massages we've had. Once the massage started, it wasn't very relaxing. The lights were on, and there was this annoying creaking noise from the old wooden floor. On the plus side, the masseuse was friendly and polite, so that was a redeeming factor. However the massage itself didn't live up to our expectations – the table was uncomfortable during neck massages, and it felt like they were just going through the massage by routines without focusing on the customers’ need.

Very good experience at Fah Lanna Old Town. We didn't try the massage, but we went for herbal steam as well as royal bath. The tea & snack after the treatment were delicious. Very relaxing experience overall and attentive staff. The staff even surprised me with a cake and candle as it was my birthday :') thank you guys! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic setting and ambience around the spa, enjoyed an hour's Thai message. The masseuse was first class, Pivar, extremely polite and carried out an extensive massage. Would certainly recommend this Spa to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Such a beautiful spa! Everything start to finish was wonderful. My husband and I both booked three hour massage packages and they were great. First time doing the Thai herbal ball treatment and I loved it! The staff are so kind and attentive too!

This was my favourite spa location in Chiang Mai. The setting is authentic and tranquil and the service went above and beyond. All the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming and the the quality of the massage was fantastic. I would love to visit again.

Had such a lovely experience at Fah Lanna. The place is beautiful; you can feel the peaceful resort-like ambience from the moment you step in. The welcome drink (iced plum drink) and post-massage drink (ginger tea) was a nice touch to the overall experience. I liked that we were given our own time to just enjoy the ginger tea at the end of the massage. Felt rejuvenated and at peace. The massage itself was amazing - my masseuse had great skills, found all the right sore spots and applied just the right amount of strength. She was also very observant! Was feeling rather warm at the start of the massage, and even though I did not say it, she noticed it when she massaged my warm neck (I suppose) and checked on me. She very quickly helped to adjust the air conditioning after to make me feel more comfortable, which I really appreciate. For those visiting, I recommend to make a reservation on their website and purchase their vouchers through Klook (make use of the platform vouchers to get a further discount).

I no longer want to go to other massage shops on the street. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were welcoming and kind. As for the massage, it was superb! My masseuse knew exactly what she was doing, applying firm and strong pressure as I wanted but also being gentle and caring. The head, facial and neck massage in the last 10 minutes blew my mind! I'm already thinking about trying the facial and head massages separately next time if they have. Now, after the massage, all my muscles feel so relaxed, like they've been completely rejuvenated

Best Thai massage I've ever had. I've spent quite a lot of time in Thailand and have tried expensive places and cheap ones and this one is the best. For starters the setting is absolutely beautiful, the tea before and after are such a treat. And the lady who looked after my massage was amazing (strong pressure), excellent. Will be back!

Everyone was incredibly kind. Beautiful spa! The aromatic herbal steam takes the experience to the next level. Both my friend and I had the natural glow package, and we are both glowing! ✨

We got the three hour pamper package, body scrub, massage and facial. I’ve had some serious back, leg and foot injuries but in the induction you can indicate what you want to concentrate on, what you want them to be delicate of or what you want to avoid altogether. They were really respectful and quite gentle during the whole process. You can choose what scrub you want and what oil, I really liked the tamarind and the inthanon oil. At the start you’re given tea and a cold wash cloth, underwear, a wrap to wear and you’re able to have a shower to wash the scrub off. The scrub made my whole body feel so soft. They’re quite thorough, the scrub is like an exfoliant but smells so lovely. I think the tamarind is a bit rougher than the apricot, but I liked the roughness because I felt like it did a more thorough job. The massage was great, like I said earlier as long as you indicate where you have sensitive areas they’re really good at highlighting and supporting the body. The facial was lovely, they give you a head massage to start before wrapping your hair so it doesn’t get any treatment in it. They have a part where they’ll put a deep moisturising lotion on and will need it to be on there for 15min, so they’ll leave and come back while it’s working. I have sensitive skin, which again you can let them know but there’s options for all skin types- oily, dry, normal, psoriasis or acne and they’ll adjust the treatment to suit. To finish, we were given mango sticky rice, crackers and ginger tea which were all really delicious and a nice way to end the session. Totally luxurious but if you’re wanting a real spa pamper session, I’d love to do this again.

This spa is very good at cultivating a sense of peaceful isolation despite being located in the city. My treatment included the Refreshing Spa Package and a manicure. The Spa package included a Thai massage and an aromatherapy oil massage. The Thai massage eased the tension in my body especially in my neck, but the aromatherapy oil massage was my favorite since it was the most relaxing. The manicure I got turned out really well, very pretty, but the polish started chipping and falling off after one week. I’m not sure if this is normal or not since I don’t usually get manicures but I still enjoyed the week of having nice nails. The staff was really kind and friendly and the ambiance of this place was incredible. I recommend. (one of the complimentary refreshments pictured)

Wonderful experience. Very relaxed afterwards. We had the Siam massage with an hour's foot massage and an hour's Thai massage. Really lovely experience, environment is beautiful and relaxing. A cool towel and welcome drink provided on arrival. Clothing proceed, a foot bath then massage began. I was so relaxed I think i fell asleep twice!! At the end you change back and are provided a tea and cookie and on your way! For the price it's an exceptional experience.
