Gorgeous
environment,
excellent
food,
great
service.
The
gardens
and
infrastructure
here
are
meticulously
maintained,
with
lots
of
lush
greenery
and
mist,
many
interesting
little
spots
to
eat
hidden
around
on
several
levels.
The
inside
of
the
restaurant
has
beautiful,
massive
wood
furnishings,
and
outside
are
a
huge
variety
of
settings
to
enjoy
your
meal.
It
would
be
a
great
place
for
a
long
romantic
dinner,
or
a
quick
lunch,
or
anything
in
between.
The
food
was
especially
good,
the
piece
of
chicken
in
my
Kau
Soi
was
larger
than
any
I've
had,
and
the
bowls
and
utensils
are
beautiful
hand
made
ceramic.
The
pastries
and
desserts
looked
delicious,
a
perfect
way
to
destroy
my
diet,
so
I
passed
on
those...
It's
a
little
more
expensive
than
lunch
in
town,
but
their
water
bill
alone
must
be
massive,
not
to
mention
that
everything
has
to
be
driven
up
the
hill
a
long
way
from
town.
Also,
the
gardens
are
really
spectacular,
no
"dead
spots,"
with
lots
of
great
pottery
and
fountains,
orchids
everywhere
and
many
delightful
surprises
all
in
a
forested
mountain
setting,
none
of
which
comes
cheap.
I
found
the
service
to
be
exceptional
-
they
must
have
read
earlier
reviews
and
done
some
upgrading.
