Be aware: half of the rooms face a city bypass road in front of the hotel and are noisy despite double windows. Ear plugs are definitely recommended. Ask for a room facing the mountain, I'm sure they are quiet. I will not book a room here again unless it's mountain facing. Some rooms have connecting doors which let you participate in the family's life next door, their quarrels with their unruly kids who can't shut up or communicate without shouting. I was too lazy to look for another hotel last night, but I will definitely not spend another night here. The good: rooms are spacious. Good bed. Free parking.

Let's start by saying, we are happy with the cleanliness of the rooms, however we sorted of expecting it situated in the wooded area when called premier & resort. We did not get that vibe but the car noise instead because it's located by the main, heavy and congested traffic road. Hotel doesn't have a lots of parking spaces and we were so fortunate to have picked the last parking spot. We would probably find something else if visiting the Chiang Mai city.

The night previous I stayed in a wooden hut with a mattress on the floor and honestly that was far comfier than the beds in this hotel. They also charged us 400 thb for a dirty towel that would have cleaned in the wash and made us miss our cooking class. The location is on the side of a main road and no where near the main town or the airport. I'd hugely recommend not staying here, although cheap, once you add the changes and the cost of the taxis, your far better to pay slightly more and stay in the old town.

A place to sleep if you like very hard beds, pool offsite and no breakfast as advertised. Rooms tired. Balconies tatty. 1 pillow. 1 sachet of coffee. No information, B2 app crashes, wifi weak, and you can hear everything between rooms and corridor. 1st stay: leak/flood. Only fixed after we asked to move rooms. 2nd stay: cockroach, broken kettle caused burn to hand, black mould in fridge. 3rd stay: satisfactory room with free gecko. Staff very nice. Our thanks to them.

All in all, the hotel is just for stay. No meals, also the swimming pool is really shocking. It’s green in it, mossy. The price comes with the quality. You can stay here for your very last choices. I stay in Dec 2023. The restaurant is closed, so meals were not included to my hotel facilities:(. But, the room is clean tho 🤩. The staff is also friendly apart from the receptionist ladies that seemed to be a but boastful

It's a 3 Star, possibly a 4 star if the price of 550 baht rocks your boat. Clean, comfy beds, nice bathroom, air conditioning. I liked the balcony with slide glass doors. Not truly located within walking distance of attractions. But, if you have a car or, mtrcy, location is good. There are restaurants nearby. I'd stay again

Good location - obviously staying here so you can get to the airport easily but I don’t think the rooms have been refurbed since 1995. Still fine for a night.

Just for sleep.,, nothing much to explore. Bypass side hotel located. For 500 meters to convenience store and flea market. Offsite swimming pool attached with cafe.

Spacy and clean enough. The service is very nice. One thing is my room's door is making loud noise when opening or closing.

We booked a presidential suite at the same day and we ended up making a mistake and booked it for Chiang mai and not Pai. They didn't agree to cancel our booking and they fully charged us for the room that we booked literally 2 Minutes before. The worst place I've ever heard of

Not a bad option for a budget stay. Clean room and basic toiletries provided. There's a massage place and cafe connected next door, otherwise you'll need to have transport to get around to attractions. High floor is quiet with a good view of the mountains. The place could use some updates and renovation. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is a bit old but it's clean the rooms have good beds staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is outside in an odd location and is more for kids. But for the price you pay great value and close to the airport.

Great hotel, great views, pool is not on the facility, it is located in close proximity. The coffee shop located adjacent is a little expensive. Concierge can arrange for motorbike on rent. Located close to the airport. Ambience is relaxed and comfortable. Housekeeping and reception staff are pleasant and friendly. Room is well maintained. Feels like home.
