Lovely small riverside park frequented by locals.

You have a nice view of the bridge. In the evening you can marvel at the play of colors. The stone benches are ok but don't really invite you to stay for a long time. You will meet many anglers there who cast their rods there in the evening. The spot is ok to take a photo. But there are much better places in Chiang Mai to rest or stay longer.

We walk past this strip of river front regularly, it's pretty, but by no means a go to destination. Not unless your interested in joining a few of the locals, fishing. I noticed that there are photos of the baptist church across the road from this park, now that is definitely a place worth avoiding.

It's not a park for picnic. Just a grassy small area with an artwork and beautiful scenery by Ping River.

A nice little park

Not much of a "park", a few benches on a strip of grass or dirt (depends on the season) with a busy road behind and the usually dirt brown Ping river in front. No shade beyond a few small trees.

It's cool and quiet near the river, great for escaping the heat. I stopped by to rest while riding my bike.
