Visited on a Sunday morning. Easy 15 minute motorbike ride from the night bazaar area. Easy parking for motorbike, not sure about car parking. Lots of people but did not feel overcrowded. The market is oriented for tourists, but the clothing and crafts sold here are of much higher quality than those at the night bazaar. There is a mix of sunny areas, shady areas, and AC shops. Good selection of food and drinks with a large seating area for eating. Live music to entertain you while eating. Highly recommend getting a hot espresso or Americano from the cart named “Street Coffee Crew”, located away from the main food area. Rich bold flavor, good coffee! And plenty of places to sit and rest in the shade. There's also an art gallery, featuring paintings and photographs by local artists. Very pleasant way to spend a few hours.

Very nice farmers market open on Saturday and Sundays from 6:30 am-1:00 pm. Lots of artisan crafts and clothing stalls. A large open-air food court area with many delicious options. And a nice market if you need a grocery store that accepts credit card tap pay. I enjoyed a nice Sunday morning walking around here. 🙂 Highly recommend a visit here!

It's a shopping paradise...for my wife. You can spend the whole day here and she will be happy except for when you ask her if it's time to go back to the hotel. There's so much to eat and drink for the guys. Best market I've been to in Chiang Mai.

Came on a Sunday and loved the vibe. The market sold a bit more premium items compared to the night market, a bit more pricey but better quality. Also have dozens of food stalls with a range of cuisines. However recommend to come early as by 1pm some food stalls have already sold out and started packing up. Handful of artists bulking in the area and seats available for you to enjoy. However quite a number of China livestreams sellers which makes some shops difficult to approach

Jai Jai Market unfolds its charm every Saturday and Sunday, boasting an array of adorable, albeit Bangkok-priced, handmade goods. The atmosphere exudes a laid-back vibe, enhanced by the backdrop of live soft music. Despite the cool weather, the bustling crowd presented a challenge; arriving at 8:30 a.m., parking proved elusive. 😅

We had a great Saturday here! 👍 1. A lot of people come to this place, and parking spaces are not so easy to find. 2. The goods sold in each small shop are more delicate, and they are all carefully designed by the shop owner, have their own style, and the price of the goods is fair. 3 fresh vegetables and fruits and special! There are seats in the deli area to sit and eat. 4. The number of toilets here is clean! 5. There are also supermarkets.. 6. The business hours really start to close around 1:00 pm! So please come early! We love it here! 👍💗

Was interested in seeing the Farmers market today at JingJai and it did not disappoint. The vendors were all very modern and trendy. They have a nice artistic flair in what they create. The food section is quite good as well, with a large selection to try and eat. Prices here are good for the quality you pay for. Definitely recommend people to come here

Have always liked this Sunday market and was glad to find that it's still running after the Covid 19 lockdowns. We visited in December 21 and found it to be quieter than normal but still plenty of stalls and things going on, in some ways we preferred it being less crowded. There have been a lot of improvements to the buildings since we were last here two years ago giving it a more open and airy feel. There is a great selection of stalls selling good quality and unusual clothing along with interesting hand crafted items. The fresh local produce and food stalls are worth a visit on their own. There are a number of coffee and refreshment carts about and the toilets are clean and well maintained. I recommend arriving earlier in the morning before all the great patisserie are sold out!

This charming market, open every Saturday and Sunday, is a must-visit. Filled with a variety of clothes and food stalls, all managed by locals of Chiang Mai, it’s a delightful experience. It’s even pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your dog along. I was thoroughly impressed! ♥️☺️

I really enjoyed spending the day at these markets. There is a wide variety of foods and organic produce. The place is huge but you can cover it in a few hours. It is well spaced out so you don’t feel like you are crowded even in narrow spaces. There are loads of hand woven clothes and are good quality which also comes with a slightly higher price tag than the ones seen in town. The toilets 🚽 are super clean and modern. The markets are on only on Saturday and Sunday but the established shops and restaurants are open during the week. A+ all around.

One of the best markets in CM. Always come here for breakfast and coffee with relaxing live band, then go on shopping with local artist's handicrafts, clothes, decors. Price is neither cheap or costly, but shops and chic and better detailed than those in walking streets or night bazaar. Everytime I got excited to shop here, so no time to take any photos of the shopping area at all .... usually no plastic in this place, so bring your shopping bags or baskets to be green. Love this place.

Beautiful and vibrant morning market. Newly opened and also a newly opened tops green market. The fresh produce at the green market is amazing and cheap. Food, snack and drinks are all over the place and they are all delicious locally made. Get the ice cream in the back with the honey comb, don’t skip on the fried chicken and thai sweets. Go early, best the crowds and heat.

A nice place to visit during winter as its cool jn the shades, but likely too hot in summer april. lots of local and street food thats clean, many coffee trailers so go there to get your coffee fix. local handy craft, bags, clothes for woman, and musician to liven up the place. Must visit before noon or they starts to close shop, bought eggs, veggie, honey etc here from the farmers.

This is a great market. It is in a upscale area. The items are all nice and fairly priced. There are lots of booths and tables with ceramics, jewelry, purses, art work, etc, a section with lots of clothes, a big covered area with fresh vegetables and prepared foods. There are also shops you can enter that sell clothes, coffee, teas. There is a very nice Tops market. Food trucks with coffee, ice cream and other items are also parked around. It is not as busy early but gets busy closer to lunch time. We took a grab even though we have a car, so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking.

11/Nov I liked this market compared to other market held in the old city coz it's well organized and the entire market layout is spacious. One does not feel crowded, cramped and squeezed even though there is a lot of people. This market sells a lot of things ie clothes, plenty of handicraft, fresh food and food court is available. All the stores are well arrange and most of all clean. There's plenty to see if you are not plan to buy things. Majority of the stores close after lunch, less people, better to go in the morning. I used Bolt (e-hailing) going there, save myself going through the traffic and parking. There also Grab e-hailing available.

Amazing market with lots of good food options! Recommend to come early in the morning before the sun gets too high in the sky and it gets warm. Lots of Thai food to try in the food hall. Had saver different Thai dishes and they were all excellent! Shops along the market streets sell a lot of clothes & other Knick knacks for a reasonable price. But note that prices have risen in recent years (probably as the place becomes more touristy). Came on a Sunday morning and it was relatively crowded, but not so bad that it was off putting.

Heard about this place for a while and totally beyond expectations. The market is very organized with zones, mood and tones. There food, fresh, ready to eat, clothing, accessory, antique, household, cafe truck, playground and even a green supermarket! Live music is performed in different sections with proper seating area. All booths seem to be preselected with quality product for up market while the price is modest, totally not touristic.

This is our favorite market in all of Chiang Mai, period! We return at least once a week! It has a farmer market section that we like to go to shop for our produce for the week (since we like cooking a chunk of our meals at home) as well as a big selection of food stands that has some truly delicious food both savory and sweet! There is also a Tops market (general grocery store open all week) at the center and a LOT of vendors selling beautiful clothes and homemade crafted items (especially on the weekend). This is perfect if you are looking to bring a gift back home or shop for your wardrobe

This market is dope! Wont be as cheap but no that higher either. Comfortable. Great concept: the cart / trolley is another level of dope! Toilet is super clean. Its the WEEKEND MARKET, take note of the operation schedule.

I suppose that it is a quiet new market place. Mostly vintage or artisan products you can find. Also fresh veggies and fruits are available in the farmers market. it's a good Sunday activity. Please come as early as you can.

Visited JJ Market on 21st Jan'24. It's Sunday!!! Couldn't find any parking and we found a car wash! 😂 So we decided to have a car wash and the staff told us to pick it up after 3 hours, which is great! That's plenty of time for us to look around. So just happened to know JJ Market was having Coffee Week, we had the chance to try many different Coffee from different stalls. The atmosphere is good, there are many different Items to browse, especially those handcrafted Items. We had some good time over there!

A very lovely place with full of cute, sophisticated and unique craft stalls. Very suitable for tourists who want to buy unique gifts because most of the goods here are handmade. But because of “handmade” so the prices are quite high.

The market is bursting with local goodies. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and all sorts of organic products are up for grabs. You can literally taste the difference in quality. Plus, there are plenty of vendors selling handmade crafts and unique souvenirs. What I love about Jing Jai Market is the laid-back atmosphere. It's not overly crowded, and you can take your time browsing without feeling rushed. The friendly vendors are always ready to chat and share their stories, adding a personal touch to the experience.

A must-visit local market in Chiangmai, where ones can enjoy shopping local products and cafe hopping. The village itself opens daily, but during weekend it is much more lively with local farmers market, cloth and souvenir vendors and live music from morning until 2 pm. We recommend dropping by Goods Goods, which combines a shopping area and cafe in a much needed air conditioned area.

Vibrant and artsy weekend market but packed with tourists and Chinese live streamers. There are lots of linen and batik wear, accessories, small trinkets etc, many handmade. Lots of cafes and food options too, with an organic supermarket and farmers market.

Local weekend markets with music, arts craft, souvenir, food, apparels. Anything you want to find you can find it here with so many creative art from the local artist, this is a weekend market not to be missed when you are here in Chiangmai. Weather might be hot in the morning but you can spend the whole morning here because they are just so many things you can see and buy.

Find some local products and food here. Love the way of local. First, Sip the dipping coffee ☕️ He makes by heart not to be hurry. Then, many local food to have for breakfast but you have to find seats. That's nore fun. Finally shopping time, many northern local clothing styles. Fabulous and 😻

I love this rustic weekend market. Live music, great vibes, good food, fresh produce, and you can enjoy a bit of shopping. Maybe i take 1/2 a star out because parking can be hard to find sometimes especially during long weekends.

Gotta be one of my best weekend market experience. What a vibe! Love the live music, food truck, local fare, organic vegetables, art and craft as well as the art gallery. Come early (8am-ish..), bring your own reusable bag and sunglass. There's plenty of local clothing stalls but no fitting rooms available.

  • 5/5 Vicky T. 7 months ago on Google
Loved the vibes atmosphere and food. Coffee was so good. The roast pork and fried chicken wings was my favourite. . There are ATM machines if need to withdraw but most stalls have a QR payment. A great place for both young and old.

Great Sunday Farmers and Handicrafts and clothes markets. Recently renovated and the huge complex is well designed and very clean and nicely gardens. Lots of food , fresh produces, Handicrafts and handmade clothing . A must visit for locals and visitors. Get there before 10am. Only negative is major lack of parking.

Nice farmer market with cheap local food and fresh farm product. Clothe and gift are craft so price is quite high. Just disappoint because of Top's supermarket large area is blocking the local behind. My last visit 2 year ago is amazing without supermarket.

One and only organic farmers market in Chaing Mai! Lots of fresh veggies, a very big food court with tons of treats, and a huge selection of handmade gifts. A band was playing retro American music by the food court. Lovely atmosphere.

I'm a full time traveler. This farmers markets is one of the best organic and interesting food markets I've ever been to. There are SUCH interesting and delicious food options to choose from, the majority of which are served in banana leaf bowls, then recycled. I ate algae salad, rosella salad, green chili paste, pomelo salad, rice roll with chives and many more delightful things such as fermented rice milk, edamame milk, young fern, etc. 10/10.

  • 5/5 inhwa p. 1 year ago on Google
There are many unique, cute, and high-quality products, so it's good to look around. The sun is strong, so it is recommended that you bring a hat and sunglasses. The front gate of the market is very crowded with many cars, so if you take a taxi, it is better to get off at the back gate or near the market and walk. The peaceful atmosphere and live music heard everywhere made me happy.
