Good Serviced apartment in Chiang Mai, close to the bustling Nimanmahin road with all the restaurants and night life that offers. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Rooms available are: studio, one bedroom or 2 bedroom (although if you want to book a 2 bedroom you would need to call the hotel directly). All rooms have a seating area and a kitchenette, washing machine with outdoor drying space, TV in bedroom and lounge. Breakfast buffet is good and offers a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes. Large (and deep) swimming pool, fitness, sauna and steam rooms. Limited parking both outside and underground.

This is the 2nd time staying here. The 1st was before Covid. Kantary never make me disappiont. Even not many customers but service is still super impressive as well as breakfast. You will never see empty food trays, its always warm and ofilled up to make sure that it's there for customer even they come down almost ten. Room is big and utilitarian as there is the pantry/small kitchen. There are also pool, suana and gym. Location is great as you can walk to Nimman road. Staff is duper helpful, friendly and courteous! Overall I love this hotel and really recommend for price and what you will have from here. I will surely come back.

I really enjoy my stay here. Very cozy with everything you need and you can cook easy meal in your room. Breakfast is great with many choices. I only gave 4 stars because the location. I could hear airplane sound in my room. And since Chiang Mai is popular destination. It is a lot of flights and noise. Not suitable for light sleepers.

This is the place where you always feel as coming home. Any Kantary in Thailand guarantees the same quality and same great level of service. The price is nothing compared to what you get. Always happy to be back here.

Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, and the pool was a nice amenity to have with the hot Chiang Mai weather. The breakfast buffet rotates everyday and the dishes offered are quite delicious. Kantary Hills is also close to many malls, food stalls, and other stores, making it convenient to get what you need during your stay. We got 3 double suites and they were absolutely stunning. They were very spacious and had mostly everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable.

My preferred hotel in Chiang Mai for many years. Excellent location, very spacious rooms and elegant ambience. Very large selection at the breakfast buffet. Always friendly and courteous employees who always give their best, even with special requests.

Disappointed, charged extra when booking for our kids to stay (completely normal), get to the hotel and they want an extra $20/night for a fold out trundle bed. When questioning this the extra child cost when we booked originally is "for a towel and pillow" but does not cover an extra fold out bed, completely crazy! I've spent more than 300 nights total at this hotel and this is absolute nonsense, very poor service, very disappointed EDIT in response to your reply Your reply is nonsense lip service, if you genuinely cared you'd refund the ridiculous additional charges.

Nice hotel but be careful they charge on the laundry bags !!! I asked for iron and iron board but they say they dont have it. You need to ho to ironing room to do it your self. Nearby the airport

This is the place to stay every time I go to Chiang Mai. Unlike stuffy hotels, this is a bright and airy hotel where you can stay pleasantly. It's a better place because it's a little away from the noisy place of Nimman. I recommend it. Finally, the swimming pool is the best!! Upload a video of the swimming pool.

We stayed in a suit room for 7 nights. The breakfast area table staff is not set up and also is not. clean. Ask for coffee every day we have been waiting for 30 mins. Every station of food is messy. I'm really not happy so far.

The rooms are basic. It’s more of a guest house with cooking amenities in each room than a hotel. Nice restaurant in the main reception with quality food. The pool is amazing but the gym is small with not much weights and machine. Overall, a comfortable stay but nothing luxurious.

This is my fifth visit to Kantary Hill Chiangmai, location is unbeatable, very convenient but on the quiet side of Nimmanheimin area. It worth to pay more to book the one bedroom suite and I sent my request to face to swimming pool earlier, thank you for appointed a really nice room 4103 to us. It's been 4 years not coming to this hotel, some area is dated but everything is still up to our expectations. Shower is stable, strong and hot. Room is clean, gym and swimming pool is well maintained. Breakfast is still offering a good variety from Western, Thai and Japanese. It's a pity that we couldn't book for the room for the whole trip as they have event from other big organizations, but three nights is already a good revisit. 👍🏼

The room with mountain view is excellent. The service is very good and the buffet breakfast is awesome with lots of pastries, salad bar, and many other items.

Another fantastic stay at the Kantary Hills Hotel. This is my third visit—first time I was in town with a friend; second time with my son; and this time with the whole family. We’d booked two rooms, but the hotel very kindly moved us into a two-bedroom suite so we could all be together. I cannot recommend the Kantary Hills strongly enough. Excellent location. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi. We will be back. 🙏

This is a great hotel with a very nice view and just 10-15 min away from the airport. This hotel has several large rooms to conduct meetings. The washrooms are also great, nice and clean. There is hand push system for water with each commode. You can order halal food here as well.

Excellent service and clean rooms. After being in Thailand for 3 weeks at mediocre hotel, this was a blessing. This is one of the only hotels that has a microwave and full size fridge. Will stay again!

The rooms are super nice with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchenette. There is a laundry washer but no dryer and wash/fold service in the area is very reasonable. Breakfast is amazing with food that is good for people from all over the world.

Highly recommended place to stay! With very polite and attentive staff, well-maintained building and careful health measures, we feel pretty safe staying. We also enjoyed the open spacious dining hall as well as the breakfast selection of food, considering the fact that it must have been difficult for the business to stay on top of this covid situation. There are a number of large hotels located in popular and convenient locations. And there are rooms to choose from in various sizes with appliances like living in a condominium. Room rates vary according to room size and breakfast is varied and of good quality.

Room comes with small pantry. There are choices for breakfast i.e EU, US, Thai, Japanese and they have some new menu each day. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean location. Services are excellent. Its location is on Niman road convenient to visit the city. No worries about car parking.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay on test-and-go package with kantary hill chiangmai. Received great hospitality with counter staff name View. She help us do the check in and walk through and allow us to change room to the main wing after the first night. Not forgetting the uncle as bell boy, so helpful to help us carry our luggage even we can manage ourself. PCR is done in hotel by mobile car, need not go to the hospital. The rest of the hotel staff are so helpful. Super king size bed and comfy comforter, big studio room. However the rest of furniture are old. No shaving kit provided and toothbrush will only give upon request, no hassle abt it. Breakfast are standard international style. The location is close to the famous warm up club in chiangmai by walking.

I stayed in the apartment area. There is a small kitchen inside the room together with two pots, a microwave, and a set of plates and forks and knives. The breakfast is superb and one c n choose from Thai, Western, or Japanese breakfast. The hotel is located right at the tremdy Nimmam area and is close to everything.

Hotel is great but beds are Abit hard. Nice balcony and bathtub. Food from room service at night took 45 minutes or so to arrive and had to call twice for them to clear plates but to nothing happened till the following morning. It is good as an ASQ Hotel. Breakfast buffet was good too. Must get the bacons and eggs and pork ribs and pancakes.

It's convenient if you prefer city location where everything is accessible by foot. It's just not a 5-star luxury. Room is very spacious. Breakfast buffet is plenty. If you book online and need transportation from the airport, reserve a pick-up online. The price is pretty cheap and very convenient.

We stayed here for a week whilst exploring the area. The hotel is located in the student area of the city but the main walled part is only a mile walk away or a short journey on the hop on taxis. The rooms are spotless and well equipped and are restocked every day. The breakfast choice is huge catering for most tastes. The hotel will also organise trips if required. I would highly recommend this hotel

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious. However, the power went out on our first night around 1:30AM. Not sure when the power actually came back on, but my friend said she woke up at 3:00AM and the power was still out. The bedding was quite uncomfortable for me, but my friend liked it. Overall, I’m satisfied.

Great hotel. Totally valued for money. The room is really spacious and got everything you need (or can imagine). Everything is well maintained. Breakfast is decent, not the best in quality but variety enough. Gym is nice, new and spacious. Service was great, professional and attentive. Another recommended hotel for CM.
