I had ordered Khao Soi for 80 baht (expensive) and the cook put the lime onions etc in the Khao Soi, everywhere else in CM (that I've been to) puts them on a small side dish so you can add to taste. The KS was light on chicken and heavy on vegetables, unlike other KS places in CM. I use KS as a comparision as it's a local delicacy and I cam name 4 places in the area which have cheaper and better KS, Lucky Too, Grazie, Nan's Kitchen and Sompetch. If you think I'm being grumpy, go ahead but please try out these other places as well. Just because the name says the best local Thai kitchen doesn't make it so but please feel free to make up your own minds. I for one, will not come back, I paid 170 Baht for a KS (which wasn't the best) and a large Chang when I can get cheaper and better within a couple of minutes walk. Upto you......
