Booked the place due to its locationb beside night market. The problem was the room displayed and mentioned on Agoda is super inaccurate. Suppose to have a tub but it wasn't there. Lighting in rooms is quite bad. I would recommend just booking the normal rooms at cheaper rate just for convenience to the night market and to check room before confirming

The Wuhan China COVID 19 virus and it’s mutations have devastated this place. Certainly not worth making the trip down here unless just out of pity or curiosity.. Even the world famous Hard Rock Cafe is shut down and bottled up tighter than democracy in Hong Kong. This is current as December 2021 through January 2022

Hello! I recently visited the night market in Chiang Mai and I have to say it was an incredible experience. The market is huge, with over 1000 stalls selling everything from clothes and accessories to local souvenirs and crafts. I loved the variety of food options and the live music and street performances gave it a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The highlight for me was the quality and creativity of the textile products on offer. I bought some beautiful and unique scarves and dresses, all handmade by local artisans. It was definitely a unique and memorable shopping experience. In summary, if you're visiting Chiang Mai, don't miss the night market. With its lively atmosphere and wide variety of products, you're sure to find something you'll like. Plus, the handmade textile products are a gem you shouldn't miss

This night market operates daily and it is a good place to spend your evening on food and street shopping.

Very touristy, lots of shops selling the same souvenirs. Some good art stalls near the food courts.

Nice tourist location and nice atmosphere. Open from 5pm to midnight. Lots of market places, streetfood and food squares available where you can eat and drink quite cheap.

Worth every penny! The downside is the hotel can be a bit gloomy and dark at night, but it’s still the best choice ever! The room is very clean and super spacious. The water pressure for the shower is super good too! The aircond works very well! The staff is super friendly and helpful too! Keep in mind, the place is kinda old, so dont expect Shangri-La, Hilton type of vibe. Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay here coz it was beyond our expectations based on the front building.

Went during the yipeng and loy kratong festival and night markets had a buzzling crowd! Toilets are everywhere but has 3bhat fees to enter just bring your own tissues as they dont provide these. Food and water are everywhere too. We found out as well that the price at the entrance, although not that significant, is more expensive than when you go towards the end or the center. But guaranteed much much cheaper than buying in Bangkok

We were a group 10 who stayed at the hotel. The stay was pleasant but unfortunately the goodwill was spoilt by an incident. One of us who returned to the hotel after the room was cleaned was told that a coffee cup was broken. Despite assurance from us that she was not responsible, we were asked to pay for it. We paid under protest and felt sad that our feel good holiday was marred by being wrongly accused and management host not believing his guests

Perfect location. Located at the beginning of the main Night Bazaar strip.. surrounded by vendors, restaurants, tourist sites, and just steps away from the local mosque and halal markets. The hotel has a very reasonably priced massage parlor located off the lobby, which was super convenient (they took all of my money lol : ). Taxis, Tuk Tuks, and Red Trucks park right outside of the door of the hotel. Good service as well. The challenge was the water.. poor water pressure, we kept losing hot water, and we had a water leak on the bathroom which needed repair. Breakfast was the same every morning, but the eating space was comfortable. Telephone in the room didn't work. Beds were OK. Maybe 7 out of 10. Room was a good size. Overall, I'd give it a 7.5 or 8 out of 10.

I went back twice to the market. It’s lively, there’s great food and good place to buy little souvenirs, fashion jewelry etc.

The hotel is a pretty old building situated on the main road of Night Bazaar. Room is big and pretty clean. However, the condition of the room needs to be upgraded. Most important the stair or rather the step outside the bathroom can be dangerous.

We arrived on the Sunday evening just in time for this fabulous market! It was raining but that did not stop no one!! A lot of the usual Thai souvenirs but also some great/quirky one off items. A must do when visiting Chiang Mai!

Aptly named, this place is in the center of the Night Bazaar. With that in mind, you should expect to hear some of the hustle and bustle of the area as the rooms are not sound proof. Rooms are fairly large and the suites are huge with a really nice big fridge and seating area, as well as larger bathroom with tub. Some rooms have a view of the mountain, others don't. Don't set your sights on a view. This is just a convenient place to stay. Don't also base your decision to stay here on the free breakfast, which as others have noted, is an embarrassment. Sleep in and just spend a dollar on a good breakfast elsewhere.

Although it looks a bit shabby from the outside it's pretty decent inside. The location is excellent, located right in the Night Bazaar area. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice and fairly clean. Our main issue was how noisy it was. We had, at first, a room right next to a mosque, and the muezzin was incredibly loud. In addition the music from the night market was really loud at our room as well, and there were tons of street noises all night long. After our first night we switched to a room on the other side of the hotel, witch was better - noise wise - but had no windows. The included breakfast was a scheme as well. We got there at 9:00am, an hour before it closes, and there was nothing left to eat, not even bread! We tried to ask the restaurant employee if there is anything else to eat but she couldn't (or didn't try to) understand English. Other than that the hotel was okay, rooms were big and cozy and the service was fine. Still, our overall experience wasn't great, and therefore i would not recommend.

Where to start. Well, this is really an excellent market and the sellers are always willing to haggle. I would recommend checking up on prices online as sometimes you are getting the lowest price and the seller is not being greedy. It's fully packed on weekdays and not so busy on weekends due to the weekend markets on Saturday and Sunday. Good luck on your hunt for a bargain.

Fantastic sprawling market fit with a vast array of trinkets, foods and clothes. The Foodcourt is standout. It offers a great and broad array of Thai cuisine at seriously cheap prices. Absolutely delicious too. It's an easy one to walk to and spend ages getting lost in the long streets of markets. Would definitely recommend.

Had a good stay here in December 2020. Shower was hot. TV had enough channels in English. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was served to the room because there were so few guests, and they accommodated us as vegetarians with fruit, toast, salad and coffee, which was very nice.
