The best thing about this hotel was leaving it. Very dirty and run down, mould and water damage in the bathroom, yellow water from the taps, bird poo all over the balcony. 1 star for the view

Good value (cheaper for me via online booking sites - about half what the hotel wanted to charge at the desk), clean and spacious room with mountain view and basic but varied breakfast. Quality shower and water pressure too. Wifi was very slow for me and desk staff didn't speak very good English, but would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice hotel not much do inside. Their elavator is from the 2nd fl. Breakfast is terrible so pls don't book. There are lots of eateries nearby. It's a simple hotel with no fuss. Only 1 lady speaks good English the rest nothing. They give cold breakfast service is bad too so avoid eating there. Wudnt recommend.

Breakfast offers great selection of Thai food and fresh vegetables. Room is nicer than outside atmosphere which is better. My room can see doi Suthep on the mountain. Cleaning is efficient and bed are comfy. Location is great as you can walk to One Nimman or maya or other areas. Cafe next to hotel offers 20% discount only on tea&coffee. Overall great stay.

Super basic hotel with almost no service. Lift lobby is located 2nd floor which means you need to lug your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Only 1 lift in building. Meaning if lift breaks down. Good luck. Location is decent and breakfast is exactly the same everyday. Rooms are big but basic. Many other choices at this price point.

Decent place for the price, but the included breakfast is a bit disappointing. The eggs and beans served cold. An omelette station could really kick this up a notch! Pro tip: if you like your eggs hot, double toast your bread and make a scrambled egg sandwich.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel for the price. I've read all the reviews, but I haven't had any problem with the wifi, been here 3 weeks, maybe they fixed it. Staff is amazing, rooms are clean and are large enough to fit many large bags and golf clubs. Bed is soft enough. Look out the window and see everyone in nimman walking by, because the location is prime! Never take a taxi to nightlife and restaurants. Odd # rooms have mountain view even# have city view. Value for money is outstanding 😁

Good things: - best location, so close to many places - breakfast is ok. But wouldn't recommend paying 150 baht for it. - 24 hours front - room cleaning is good. What i didn't like: - elevator on the 2nd floor, so every time in and out of the hotel have to walk up down the stairs - only 1 elevator. Some times have to wait for a bit - no soundproof at all. - no matter how gently i am to close the door, it will still make a slam sound

room is spacious and clean good location at the center of nimman with a lot of nice restaurants and cafe around with a walkable distance staff are polite, friendly and helpful breakfast is good as always good value for money lastly, my regular choice of stay in chiangmai

We were a group and booked 4 rooms for 5 nights. The service was poor. Breakfast was not properly prepared and served. They have very few staff and are not attentive. We won’t be staying again.
