Very bad customer service, they simply ignore messages and the pool is still closed for maintenance and this so called resort is located in the middle of nowhere ......

Good experience. Clean and well priced accommodation. Room (deluxe premier) was quiet at night. Will stay again next time in Chiangmai.

The desk staff deleted my email booking then they talk me to give the email booking. Lucky we have save the booking number. My partner found my email booking in trash email. because they said they are full double bed they cant provide. They gave us 2 single bed. We got a cheap price on agoda. We book superior double bed. They said it is full and on vacation people book a lot. Then they should call and check with us if they cant give the room like booking. They ask us to add money and upgrade the room. They said because we book on agent agoda then we should contract agoda. They dont do anything with that. We derived far from city to get a room with 2single bed for a couple. Very disappointed Never come back again. Dont recommend anyone to come here.

Location sucks! There’s nothing to do for miles and miles, and you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. Our toilet was broken, it kept automatically flushing every 45 minutes or so. PS: note that a lot of the reviews on this property seem to be bots.

Very local accom, does not provide tooth brush. Hot water avail at reception. Highly recommended for a cost effective room. Location is bad but for its cost, use taxi to go everywhere else. We drove around so this is a good place to park and sleep.

the wifi is fake, the wifi is actually garbage. This is absurd. the mcdonald’s is so far away The tap shoots water at me. I can hear the people from the next room, very loudly. The shower water is so slow. I hear sounds at night. Guys don’t come to this place, Its not worth it. There is absolutely nothing around here. Guys im saving your money, don’t come here
