Last night my bike broke down and I managed to push my bike to Kame hostel and leave it there for the night. I went back the next morning and the receptionist and the young man working there helped me phone a mechanic to come to the hostel and fixed my bike. I asked if I could leave my bike and the money for the repair with them as I needed to go run some errands. They had no problem helping me even if we struggled with the communication. They phoned me later to say the bike was fixed. I went to pick it up and the young boy explained what was wrong. This is what I love about Thailand. People go out of their way to help you even if they don’t know you or can’t speak your language. I love Thailand
