The nicest place I’ve ever stayed on a budget. I absolutely loved this hostel. Such an adorable outdoor seating patio (with eclectic outlets!) and the room was exactly like the pictures! 💕will be back.

This place is a hidden gem in CM. Run by a genuinely lovely family consisting of Pen, Joe and their cat, the atmosphere is more like a traditional Thai house rather than a hostel. The location is very quiet and peaceful, it's perfect for relaxing. Also they have a nice workspace with views of Doi Suthep and wifi is fast and stable. As for sleeping, dorm is ok, toilets/showers could be better. Also, they sell drinks close to 7-11 prices, and Pen sometimes cooks very nice Khao Soi and Pad Thai.

Nice place to stay. Would’ve had it a bit cheaper but it was a quiet area. Good wifi. Loved sitting on the chairs on the second floor

The hosts here are lovely and the food is excellent. Giving a 4 only because we didn't get the best sleep due to noise and a hard bed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The pad thai is a must try!

Run by a local family + small ginger kitty :) Thanks to them my stay in Chiang Mai was really nice :) Good localization, spacious and comfortable bunk bed + tasty breakfast :) There's other food options (dinner, supper) if it's needed :) Sometimes free bananas :)

One of the best stays, the place is very clean and accommodating. It has a lovely terrace where you can relax at the end of the day and chat with the other folks there. The owners are supper friendly and relaxed. Loved the place!

Owner is lovely. Very good price. Instant coffee and banana as a free breakfast. The bed is a little hard, the pillow was good. Small safes outside of the dorm. My bed was right beside the window where young loud jerks screamed past 2am. I can't fault the place for the fellow travellers, but try to get a bed that's far away from the outside table area.

Place is clean and silent. Owners family is very friendly - they even invited us for their New Year’s Eve family dinner, as well as for new year Buddhist celebrations. There is a small shop with snacks and delicious house wine inside a hotel. Breakfast can be ordered for 77B. Hotel offers bikes for rent.

Owners were very nice and friendly. Pretty accommodating as well. Booked very last minute for a night only but they stayed till late for me to check-in. Great for those wanting to stay on a budget

Located at the southwest corner of the old town, the hostel is more of a guesthouse run by a old couple. It’s better to call before check in to make sure they are at the property. I waited for an hour for them to come back from grocery shopping. And they came back because another couple waiting to check in actually found their number on facebook. Dorm room is air-conditioned and clean. Bathroom is basic but clean that does the job. For $6 per night, I think there are better options in terms of location. However if you are the type of person who prefers quietness. This guesthouse is awesome as it is located in an alley. There is a cafe nearby with 6 corgis that you can go play with without even ordering drinks.

Such a lovely stay. The lounge is spacious with 2 floors. Toilets and showers are clean. Towels provided. Free wifi and there's even a mini shop for breakfast. Elderly couple are so sweet as well

I am having a really lovely stay for 3 nights. It's very peaceful and green, the place is renovated and the private bedroom feels quite luxurious :) for this price I feel like I couldn't find a better option. The staff is also very polite and friendly. I recommend!!
