They seem understaffed. They have a huge collection of shirts and shorts for men. Wide variety of collection for kids and women as well. I loved the socks they have for men the cartoon ones.

Can’t sit inside the fitting room as a husband to look at the clothes your wife wants to buy... instead I have to sit outside the general fitting area outside the entrance where all the lady’s wait in line for the fitting really bad!!! H&M male and female should be the same give the good example

I informed them of a T-Shirt that was damaged. They removed it in front of me. But they just pretended to. Next day it was there hanging again. I guess they consider it's too minor of a damage, just care about the money; unacceptable to me.

Discrimination for checking in when entering this shop. The Thai couple infront were not required to sign in. However I was chased after and asked to signin along with the temp check & squirt of alcohol. What I object to is the dual standards! Not the process. What next dual pricing @ H&M??

Only Asian sizes. If you are a large L or even XL no jackets or anything with long sleeves, impossible to find sadly. XXL dont even bother

Staff unfriendly! Got chased away from my seat from a worker. Apparently all customer have to stand and wait outside while a friend is in the dressing room. Bunch of people standing waiting outside the dressing room. Unfriendly & Unhelpful. Treat your PAYING customers better ffs!

Kinda negative experience. The dressing room was full. I agreed to buy items without trying. I was promised a 14day refund period. Tried to return 4 out of 12 items I bought (no underwear or earrings etc) staff said they do not take back sale items. Like why the confused messaging. I appreciate I am not Thai, so some language barrier but as always Google translate was used so not sure what happened.

Benz is the best manager ever! He really goes out of his way to help customers. Thanks so much! There are many other great staff members on the floor too, all polite and friendly.
