Couldn't find you on trip advisor , so this way. The guesthouse is clean, the rooms are totally ok , the shower contains hot water. But it's the staff , who makes this guesthouse great. Thx to max and his team. Was a great stay.

This was such a wonderful hotel experience. AC, WIFI, homey rooms, and excellent blankets. Not to mention a pool! The staff is absolutely wonderful and so friendly and helpful. From the hotel, you can get anywhere! It's right in the city and where all the action is. Definitely a fantastic stay in Chaing Mai.

Absolutely amazing! Super friendly, talkative and including staff, always ready for a chat or to help you with whatever you need. We got help ordering trips and even got discounts! Rooms are nice sized, ac is good, pool is super nice and cool. Great place, so happy we stayed as long as we did - truly wish we had more days to spend in Chiang Mai at this guesthouse.

Super location, right in the center of Chiang Mai. A playful dog and some friendly cats walking around. The 5 stars are because of the people working there. Max, the owner is one of the most helpful people I've met. He's always there, day and night. Perfect stay for a group of friends!

Very aggressive French owner, threatened my girlfriend’s life because she slipped over and let out a mildly noisy yelp at 10.30pm. I don’t know very good French but he kept repeating something that sounded like ‘Sally Arahb’ over and over again and forced us to leave. Can only recommend staying here if there is no room under the local bridge. Would give no stars if possible.

I stayed there for 4 nights with my girlfriend. The place is somehow designed like a party hotel, but is quiet. We found it a really nice place to stay in, with a fantastic location, a swimming pool, useful amenities (a place where you can do your laundry yourself if you want, free bottles of water all day long etc.) and a nice and laid-back atmosphere. The owner of the place has a strong personality (and likes disserting about life, techno music and cocktails) that you may or may not like: personally, we found that thanks to him we felt like being at a friend's place. As said another comment, one of the drawbacks of the place is that you could prefer stay there than actually go visit the city ...

Great location near the night markets. Very quiet in spite of its central location. Great staff always willing to offer advice and arrange services. Pool is on the small side but clean and refreshing.

We stayed for 5 nights! Best decision I made booking this place. The staff is fantastic, Max and his team run a great establishment. Fun atmospher with lots of places to lounge around and meet other guests. The entire experience made us feel like we were staying with extended family.

Love the guesthouse ;) Been here for two years in a row... absolutely love it!! ;) The owners and the staff are great. You can arange everything with them - I recommend that. Find the offer (trip tours...) at the agencies and book with the Lost ;) 5 star*

I never leave reviews but honestly I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The hotel owner woke us up early with his fist bashing on the door and screamed in my face (no exaggeration, it scared me so much) because we stayed up slightly late on New Year's. I completely understand that we were loud (and we apologised) but that is NO WAY to treat a person. Disgusted. Don't stay here if you want to have a good time in Chiang Mai. The owner's behaviour is aggressive and unprofessional. On top of this, people off the street can just wander in and out of the hotel of their own accord and the first night we stayed there, a creepy guy wandered in and watched us for a while before leaving. The owner explained that he had punched the creepy guy in the face the week before. Like seriously.....

Really good location and cheap price for rooms. The customer service is great too. Could use a small fridge in the room or maybe some tissues and an extra pillow each but otherwise you get what you pay for I guess. But in this case it was definitely worth it. The swimming pool isn't tiles even though it looks like it. It's a material that looks like tiles haha. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around and it's really close to all the markets which is great and the bed was fine plus they can organise any tour you want! Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai. Thanks for having us!

Great basic setup near everything. It looks like a party house, but I've been here a few nights and it's been chill, actually rather quiet and everyone working here has been very nice. Bed is a little hard but for the price, it's worth it.

We directly came to this newly opened place without booking beforehand - end of September. Sometimes in low season you have to call for reception, because the desk is not occupied all the time in later hours. But the very friendly staff arrives shortly after. rooms are clean and comfortable and well equiped (tv, ac, fan, water, boiler and instant coffee). The staff helped us planning our stay without pursuing to book anything. The guesthouse is very central but it's a bit down a side alley (half way to twin hostel) so there's practically no traffic noise.

This place truly lives up to my motto, "we are all friends, we just havent met yet". A hidden gem amongst dozens of hostels in Chiang Mai, Max and staff were friendly and hospitable as if i were visiting family. I felt at home and at times spent more time hanging out with Max while he DJ by the pool and the other guests than exploring the city. Highly recommended, we will be back again.

Great guesthouse in a perfect location. Staff was friendly, rooms were small but clean and comfortable, had a mini-fridge and safe. We loved our stay here.
