Visited on 28 July 2023 between 4.00pm to 4.30pm. The Sales Team (yes, the entire Sales Team on duty) were extremely professional, patient and friendly not only towards my Wife and I but to every customer that walked into the shop. I was introduced to each product enthusiastically without being too pushy. Ended up leaving with a few products that we liked. Very well done!!!

Wow! The customer service workers at Lush are the KINDEST, most attentive and friendly staff you can have. They pay close attention to your needs, are so complimentary to having a lovely experience in the store having you try samples, asking questions to satisfy your hair and body needs, and even give you in-shop treatments! They gave me free samples of some of the products I was interested in to take home with me. They are soooo sweet and professional! The products here I fully trust being that they are 100% plant-based, cruelty free, and using special plants with superpower health effects for your body. Simply amazing products. I especially LOVE the natural glitter bath bombs!!! Everything smells AMAZING at Lush!!

Visited this location on Christmas Eve 2022, the staff was amazingly friendly and quite helpful. Everyone was happy, smiling and wearing Christmas outfits! They even greeted my husband with the same warm welcome when he came searching for me. I’ll be back if I need anymore Lush products while in Chiangmai.

I had such a lovely experience at your store today with Kem! She was super sweet and friendly 💗 her product knowledge was amazing and she really put in effort in making sure I left with the right product for me! She was also kind enough to actually ask me which products I'd like samples for (love that I always get samples but haven't ever been asked before which ones I'd like) so that was a really nice touch! And she even threw in a sample for my boyfriend who was with me. Thanks Kem! It's hours later and I still smell like the popcorn spray you sprayed me with. You're awesome 🥰

Superb friendly customer service! Walked to the store for my first time in Chiangmai, greeted well and the best part, they walked me thru which bath bomb recommended best. Despite me having a budget, they didn't treat me differently! Even recommended places for me to visit while my stay at Chiangmai. Respect!
