Kind and patient staffs. The doctor was honestly and thoroughly explained information of the ultherapy to me. During the treatment they always pay attention to my pain but there almost not feel any pain at all !! It's my second time doing the ultherapy here. I highly recommend this clinic. That's the best ever service and staffs.

I have done a lot of researches and comparisons on aesthetic clinics in Chiang Mai, and this one is the most satisfying to me! I did Ultherapy treatment, the machine they used is genuine. The doctor's techniques are very professional and skilled, and her attitude is very sincere. The assistants are also very gentle and friendly. It is considered to be one of my most enjoyable aesthetic experiences!

This is really stunning clinic. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness exhibited by both the doctor and the staff is truly exceptional. I’ve come twice for three different treatments - lip filler, underarm botox, and lip botox - and will gladly come back for more. The doctor really takes her time with you, really goes over your concerns and wants and the limits of what can be done as well as the negative consequences of certain procedures, and during the actual procedure she and the staff put in SO much effort into making sure you’re as calm and comfortable as you can be, it’s actually quire admirable. At every point this clinic truly makes you feel as though they genuinely care about your comfort, safety, and desires. This was especially the case for me when it came to their follow-up procedures - they frequently followed up with me on LINE after my appointments and they were always extremely responsive to my messages and attentive to my concerns. I've been living in Chiang Mai on and off for a few months here and there and have always had skin issues which really escalated during the hotter period here in April along with my stress with work. I know Thailand has the reputation for skin clinics and quick treatments, but I never know which ones are reputable enough as my skin is very sensitive from past damage from aesthetic clinic back home and I am wary. Anyway, reading up and checking out reviews carefully I decided to call Mi-A clinic for a consult. Today 8 months later, my skin (i'm in my early 40s) is much better. Doctor treated my pigmentation with laser, and I tried 2 types of injections (MADE and one other) for tackling my acne breakout. Both resolved my issues tremendously and my skin is much clearer now. Doctor King is extremely patient to listen, along with clinic assistant Opal, they both speak and understand English well and could address my concerns. The other clinic assistants were all very nice, gentle and patient. Never once was there any hardsell of their services or pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Extremely professional and the clinic is big and clean, with reasonable prices. They are my go-to clinic now as and when I am back to the city. My skin may not be super model perfect now, but it's a long long way better than before. I guess for those who battle skin problems, will understand the feeling.

The Doctor was able to help me in a very difficult situation , as a bad thread lift had left my skin very damaged and scarred. She took a long time discussing my situation , and her concern for my situation was quite evident. Under her assessment and treatment my skin recovered considerably, and she was able to take away some visible I'll effects thru her technique, where many other clinics had told me nothing could be done. Just wow! I have had problems with acne so went to this clinic. I am suspicious of these clinics but i should not have been at all! All of ladies treated me so well, all the time they asked me if everything is okay, they were so polite and kind. They gave me 3,5 hours of their time to do their best and also they supposed to close at 8:30pm and we finished the treatement at 9:30pm, so they were with me overtime. They explained me everything and gave so many advices and recommendations (even for the best pad thai in Chiang Mai haha). It was worth every single penny and i can recommend this clinic to everyone who wants the best treatement. The doctor also asks about your other problems to solve each detail that may cause your acne. I would go there again and again, even just to see and talk with ladies 😹🫶

This review is long overdue. I was visiting Chiang Mai and came here in November for laser hair removal. Some areas were a touch up and others were first time for the area. I live in North America and knew I'd only be able to visit once. Do not hesitant to come here! I am hairy everywhere and asked for almost my whole body to get done. I was there close to closing and they still took their time and were so patient with me. I think 3 or 4 of them shaved me. Oh my god. Never have I had that happen. I've had nurses complain about me asking for help shaving my neck when I had laser done in North America. It was painless and the lasers worked great! I didn't have to shave certain areas for two months! Wish I could go back here soon. Excellent customer service and products. Next time I am in Chiang Mai, I will return here for laser and probably more!

I went to Min-A clinic for Botox and ended up coming back for EmShape and Mesotherapy as well. They are very easy to get in touch with (I had multiple conversations over the chat feature on google maps) and flexible with scheduling. The staff are wonderful and the physician on-site is knowledgeable and attentive. I felt very well taken care of here and highly recommend!
