Rock climbing centre

😐 The gym itself is nice, clean and looks good. However, it is quite a small area and some of it was closed as well to reset some routes. All in all nothing negative to say but 380 baht for a day pass is quite expensive for what you get in my opinion. People often mention routes, good, small, bouldering, friendly, great, climbing, problems, staff,

Awesome little gym, routes are nicely set and there's a good variety of them up to V6 (agree with other comments that they are a bit on the harder side but it's just numbers anyway). Also nice selection of campus boards and other training paraphernalia that climbers love ;)

It's nice to have a bouldering gym around but I found that overpriced, I mean it's the same price as the one I used to go to in Belgium for 1/6 of the size, no air-conditioning...

I had a great experience climbing at this small bouldering gym. The guy who was working that day was hilarious and very supportive and made me feel so welcome. He was also willing to share beta and get on the wall after we chatted about one of the problems. They recently expanded the gym, and you should find plenty of problems here. As a tall guy, I could definitely tell the problems were set for shorter people, which made them a bit more challenging. Would definitely come back and climb again if I ever come back to Chiang Mai.

Nice gym, plenty of fun problems from V1-V8, the grading is harder than I'm used to in north America but it might also be because it's outdoor so no AC. No sign up fee, but I imagine the day passes are a bit pricey for locals, I paid 380 baht. You can pay by card but the system is pretty slow, also you need to bring your passport/ID for the sign up form.

Love this gym! The staff are friendly and helpful. Good boulder, a good training area, and good vibes there! Your pass is 10% off at the cafe in the same area. The gym has a water cooler station, please bring your water bottles

Outdoor bouldering. Small but challenging route to climb(Seem harder than other place). The route setters are professional. Nice atmosphere. Located near the local (made to order) restaurant, cafe and bike place. Amazing vibe. Great and friendly instructor(or assistant) who can guide you if needed.

It's a good gym but nothing amazing. The price is a bit expensive for what you get but also it's not ridiculous. The holds are quality and the sets are perfect for all Levels. They had a bit of equipment to train with and a small top rope set up. To be fair I am used to big gyms with everything a climber could ask for, from this perspective it's A DAMN GOOD GYM for the size.

Quite small place to go bouldering but very nice! Apparently it will get bigger soon. V grades, lots of crazy routes, quite difficult (I climb 6C/7A in France)

The staff were super kind, and invited me to climb with them, offering beta (only upon request ;) ). The facility is great for training as well: two fingerboards, weights, rings and a campus board with multiple hold types. I've enjoyed the setting as well. Thank you!

Had a blast here. Super welcoming and friendly staff. Creative route setting. Clean grippy holds. Good mats to land on. Not the biggest wall but they make the most of the space. It’s scheduled for expansion too.

Small but great! Much better than what you would expect in a small town like Chiang Mai. We loved it ✌️

Awesome, high-quality bouldering gym and training center nestled in a corner of Wildside CNX. You can spend a pretty terrific afternoon with a great cup of coffee at the on-campus cafe, a delicious Thai meal at the local restaurant and a serious (or totally chill) bouldering session.

A little climbing gym at 15/20 min of Chiang Mai old town depending from where you're starting. A few light overhangs walls and a few vertical walls. Campunsing board & gullich pan to train after your sesh Some of the routes are dyno but the whole rest can be done in static. Some of the route setters are doing good things, this gym is chill, the vibe was great. The staff let us put our music playlist, felt like home

Fairly small but enough to keep you busy! Enjoyed the routes

This is a pretty good climbing gym. Not as big as I thought it was going to be. Two smallish walls with a mixture of slab and some moderate overhang. A small training area with campus and finger boards. There is a good range of problems from V0-V6+. Although the setting is notably harder than anything I'm used to from the UK or Europe. Some of the V3/4s were extremely physical and felt comparable to a 5/6 back home, but this is probably more accurate to what you would find outdoors. The problems themselves were fun and well set, with good quality holds. Vibe here was great, very chill in the evening and a good mix of locals and backpackers alike. I'm only deducting one star because the price is high for such a small gym that is open air with no AC. I would pay the same to climb at home in an indoor gym 5x the size with everything a climber could want, but when there is not much choice here I think this is worth your time. Would recommend.

It’s a solid climbing gym, really friendly and helpful staff. I feel it’s a little on the expensive side, otherwise would be 5 star

Fantastic! So happy we came. Such therapy for weary travelers or to tone your Pad Thai belly. Cool folks. Airy & clean. Covid-conscious. Fun routes. Small climbing area but lots of routes to choose from. Music. Food & drink. Secure spots to stash your stuff. Very reasonable rates. We'll be back! 🙏🏻

well equipped, clean, and friendly, helpful owner :) however the walls are small so you may have to wait slightly longer between routes.

Small "outdoor" gym with easy to intermediate level problems up to about V5/V6. Problems felt a little harder than I'm used to for gym climbing, but fun nonetheless. Since it's outside, bring plenty of water and dress appropriately!
