Saturday I went to Technocom to buy a cable to connect my Sony A77 camera to my computer so I can download my photos. They got the cable but when I came home the cable did not fit my old computer that only has USB-ports. So on Monday I was back to Technocom with the cable in original packing and receipt. I explained the problem and then they gave me back the money. And then they found another solution to solve the problem. They have the cardreader for my memorycard in the camera so I bought that. Very good service, great people that speaks good English and they have a lot of stuff for computers and cameras!

Got a very good deal on some PC parts with through their LAZADA online store (10.10). Shipped within 3 days to Bangkok, and everything arrived in excellent condition!

Found the shop by accident. It's on the ground floor at the back of the car park. Here I found the printer I was looking for. After paying I saw another one. Everything was kindly rewritten and explained. The prices there are quite normal. I'm very satisfied. .with product and customer service. Thanks to the team. By the way for previous comments: I only have repairs carried out by the original service. There are problems there too.. -;)

We agreed on a repair for a large printer but did not start the repair after more than a week. I bought also another printer at a higher price than online price to support the shop.
