    Now this Is what a good shaken espresso is supposed to look like no this beverage is not from 103rd cause they don’t make it filled to the top as it should be they always give me a half filled cup this beverage is from Burbank! I recommend going to Burbank instead to get ur moneys worth 103rd acts like the oat milk is coming out of their paycheck and don’t want to fill it up like this so no longer would be going to 103rd for coffee 👎

    The only reason why I gave it one star is because they don’t have sweet and low plz have for me i will be there everyday because im only like 4 minutes walk .....

    it one of the worse experience..bad service..dis respectful..raisest manager..fat short woman...was screaming at us and thretening us to leave or will call the police for us..and using F. words..she was un polite...she sold us coffee at 9.50 pm them closing the place and start very ugly and bad languge...its real bad and hope the starbucks managment deal with that and stop discremination we took video on phone and ready to show the public about this ugly act.

    I just left the drive thru and the person that took my order takes my order and I get to the window and she charges me less than usual so I mention if she has 2 drinks for me and she looks at me horribly and says she couldn’t hear me but never did she repeat my order or let me know it was hard to hear me! So she gives me attitude because I want my second drink mind you it’s a pumpkin spice which today is the day they came out!! She gives them to me with out the cinnamon and with an attitude hey if you hate your job you shouldn’t be at Starbucks!

    This is the third time I come here and order some coffee. I don’t like adding my card to the app to reload, so I usually have the person at the window scan my app, reload my exact total to my app, swipe my card then scan my app again—a process that takes literally a minute everywhere else I go. For some reason the workers here are always lost and confused. It took them, I exaggerate not, over 25 mins to charge my card and had to void my transaction and start over all three times I came here. The coffee is also always watered down by the time they finally hand it to me.

    Wednesday afternoon September 27, 2023, the manager is rude, mouthy, loud and disrespectful to others while I was sitting there. There was no reason to be that way when you can accomplish the same result nicely. She should be ashamed of herself and Starbucks management should be ashamed to hire someone like that.

    Starbucks as whole is so behind on getting in products, most locations don't have what you want but it's not the employees fault. This is my favorite location!! I wish I could swap the workers here with ones by work on the Northside. Keep up the great work 103rd & Harlem!!!!

    It's a Starbucks , they are almost identical in every way , this is the place I first got to try the S'mores coffee drink... It was awesome , and a banana pecan loaf bread slice was delicious

    Very unprofessional staff out there,always make Bad taste beverage plus that they refuse to scan if I pay first,once I asked one if the employee to change my order because she added something I don’t like , she got mad !!!

    As a student, I have found Starbucks to be an excellent place to study and work on assignments. The coffee is always delicious, and there is a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Whether I'm in the mood for a classic espresso-based drink or something a bit sweeter, there's always something on the menu that hits the spot. In addition to the great coffee, I appreciate the quiet and comfortable atmosphere at Starbucks. It's the perfect place to hunker down and focus on my studies, and the convenient locations make it easy to find a Starbucks close by. I am also trying to win a Starbucks lifetime card, which would be an amazing prize. Overall, I have had a great experience at Starbucks and consider it a close to my heart place

    I usually have good service but on 8/23/22 it sucked i ordered a vanilla sweetcream cold brew with cold foam i got no foam nor does it taste like they put any creamer in it. Its bitter.

    I want to give recognition to Christian, one of the baristas at this location. I met him once, and every time I come in to order coffee he greets me using my name. At first I thought I was special, but I was there the other day, and he also remembered the person in front of me by name too. It's a nice touch, and it made that other person feel good too, which led to a nice interaction. Kudos to Christian.

    This is a good Starbucks. Drive thru has been surprisingly quick and always friendly. This location is 2.2 miles from my house and there are technically 2 closer to my home but sometimes I'll still go to this one because the service has been so fast!

    I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. Drank some. Mixed it up. Drank some more. Mixed it again. The whole time I’m thinking… where’s the espresso taste? Finally after drinking about half I’m pretty positive it’s just caramel and milk 😅 now I’m more tired and trying to add my own coffee to it at home.

    Great service I only have one Downfall with Starbucks that I love my mango dragon fruit but they seem like to run out of breakfast a lot especially Spanish rap and the mini egg whites for them to run out so much how small This product they should keep a little more on hand people now days are eating breakfast all through the day it's not just in the morning each time I go to any Starbucks they always have to say let me check and see what we have it should never be like that
