Speechless. If you want someone to love you forever, take them here like my friends did. There's no way to accurately describe this experience. Perfect couples massage delightfully cuddled in between time in a stunning variety of baths. Locker rooms have everything you need, staff is pleasant and helpful, and you feel like you're in another calming, peaceful world under the regular world. A variety of temperature pools and saunas, and a few cold plunge options... I did it!! Lol Only because I could jump immediately into the warmth. Oh but don't shout in the cold plunge because there's a whisper only policy 😂 Oh and the outside waterfall... Like I said, speechless.

Incredible atmosphere and experience. The baths are beautiful, and the dim lighting and quiet make it super peaceful and relaxing. Good amount of options of pools, steam rooms and cold plunges. We also did the massage which was enjoyable, but honestly probably not worth the extra money. Locker room facilities were 10/10 for cleaning up after, blow dryers, tons of bath products and they set your swim suit off while you shower. Overall awesome experience!

This beautiful facility looks just like the photos and was very clean. It lacks, however, a level of customer service that I expected from a luxury spa with these prices. It was crowded, and very little choice was offered. I booked a 60-minute massage and was rushed there before enjoying any of the baths. Staff gave a speedy tour of the various baths, and I had to ask them to slow down or repeat what was said several times. My massage was mediocre at best. The therapist had no intuitive sense and could have been done by a robot. I'm certain she didn't provide 60 minutes, but with electronics banned, I couldn't verify. I was very disappointed.

Very nice experience! I got 60 minutes massage package. Massage was great, I asked to work on my shoulders and massage therapist did an amazing job. Bathes were really nice, the thing is with 60 minutes massage you have one an hour (maybe 10/15 minutes more), for bathes and it took me 40 minutes just to try them all out to see what I like more. I wish it was at least 1,5h after the massage. I really liked salted bath (especially the parts that you can listen music underwater), one that leads to outside and super warm one. Cold plunge was super fun. Steam rooms were not really hot, I think it was more of an essence rooms. There were water and tea around bathes areas, at the front and changing room. Showers, shampoo and conditioners, all types of hair care and styling products, Dyson blowdryers, mini brushes, nail file, and other essentials. Staff were welcoming and nice. It is pricy, but you get what you pay for. I was there at 8am so it was not too many people. I bet it get busy during the day, so keep that in mind!

I recently visited Aire Chicago for much needed relaxation and a rejuventing massage with a dear friend. Being that we were from out of town, the location was relatively easy to find. The ambiance was everything from the soothing music, pleasant aromas, and overall atmosphere. Upon entering the changing area, you're greeted by a friendly attendant who will show you to your locker. There is a robe and non-slip water socks already placed in the locker. Do not be afraid to ask the sizes of the robe & slippers before trying them on. They have plenty of different sizes to accommodate. All of the areas I visited inside of Aire seemed to be very clean and well maintained. The massages were nothing short of amazing. Being a massage therapist myself, I can say she hit ALL of the right spots. The massage therapists were very courteous and professional. Aire paid close attention to the little details. I say that because I was wondering how I would feel having to remove my wet bathing suit for the massage and then have to put it back on after the massage. To my surprise, my massage therapist placed my suit and my socks in a warmer during my massage. At the end of the massage, she slipped my wamed socks on me and handed me my warmed bathing suit. It felt phenomenal slipping back into it. I will say there are quite a few stairs in this establishment. They do have an elevator, but it is not easily accessible as you have to wait for someone with a key to escort you up and down. When reserving our appts online,  it was selected that due to the stairs my friend would need additional assistance. That request went completely unnoticed. Once we were ready to enter the bath area, we had to locate and wait for someone to escort her downstairs where the baths were located. This is a timed experience, and our time started after the quick tour. After being in the baths for 15 mins, we were called out of the baths for our massages. There was some confusion on their end, which slightly delayed us from being escorted to our massages. Meanwhile, we're standing there waiting as they try to figure it out. I admit I was a tad bit annoyed because this experience is a timed service. We could have been enjoying our time in the baths instead of waiting on the side. After waiting, they finally called us again for our massages and guess what they wanted us to go back upstairs for the massages, which meant we would need the elevator = More waiting. They finally moved our massages to a different room, which was downstairs on the same level as the baths. After the massages, we were led back to the bath area, where we enjoyed the rest of our time without any issues. They are very strict about keeping your voices down so not to interrupt anyone else in which I appreciate. Before leaving the bath area, be sure to use the free salt and give yourself a good body scrub. Upon checkout, we did bring up the issues we experienced with the elevator and was told that the elevator was for the bath use and did not apply to the massages. If we need an elevator to go up and down, you would think that all services would be made around the accommodations we requested. I would suggest that they pay closer attention to the special conditions requests when scheduling services in order to avoid unnecessary discrepancies. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Aire. They run specials at the beginning of the month, so be sure to sign up for their promotional emails.

My boyfriend got us the couples package for our anniversary. We saw numerous videos and ads online, and thought it would be a super relaxing clean space. The aesthetic gets a 10/10. The rooms are all super dark, and it is very quiet. The massage gets a 2/10. Both my boyfriend and I agreed this is an accurate grade. It was more so them rubbing oil on our skin than a massage. They let us go to the baths for about 30 minutes, made us take our swimsuits off for the "massage", and then put our wet suits and slippers back on for the rest of our time. It was a nice, different experience, but we would never go back and if we did we would skip the massage. It was also super busy, we tried to move around to the baths that lacked occupants but there was a time where there was about 10 people in each pool. For whats advertised, you do not get a calm intimate experience. If you are weary on trying it out, I would say do not do it if you are expecting a relaxing place, but if you want to see the aesthetic go for it because it is beautiful. We did not stay our full time. All in all, way to pricey and crowded.

Wow, what an incredible experience. The staff was very kind and it was beautiful. We just did the ultimate baths package and I was so relaxed after I felt like I could fall asleep. If I had to say something I didn’t like, it’s probably that even the tepid bath felt a bit warm, but you’ll adjust to the temperature. The jets in the thousand jet bath are also very vigorous and you’ll probably get splashed in the face and hair. All of the jets don’t seem to run at once, at first the ones along the back wall were running, then later the front and back ones on the right half of the pool. That said we really enjoyed our visit and didn’t find it too crowded at all. A wonderful, peaceful little getaway.

Absolutely the most relaxing, amazing experience!! The massage was incredible my massage therapist really listened to what I wanted to focus on and the exfoliation did a great job! Spent hours relaxing the in saunas, warm baths, jet bath, and even made it to the cold plunge pools a few times. Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend!!

An incredible experience! I did the 90 minute all bath treatment and it was so nice to be able to choose what I wanted to do. I love the salt scrub, the cold plunges and the floating tank with the underwater meditative music. Great for group, great for solo time and great for a date! Would love to inquire if they have a membership because it was so beneficial for my body, mind and skin.

Aire was amazing! The massage was fabulous. We enjoyed every bath experience. Our appointment was at night so perfect for viewing the sky at the swim out pool. Highly recommend. The locker room attendants were great as well as the rest of the staff. Worth the whole trip and I will be back.

If you’re looking for a unique and relaxing experience this is the place. I’ve been here twice and both times were great. The staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful. There is many different thermal and saunas to experience during visit. I’ve gotten the combination package of body scrub and message. The body scrub is nice but the message was superior. It’s a great combo to add to your thermal water experience. Water shoes, robes, lockers, and bathing amenities are provided. The bathroom amenities are beyond there are products for you to use after you shower like a Dyson blower dryer. There’s also valley parking for $20.

This is a pricey experience but so worth it for a special treat! I’ve been a few times and always love the soak experience. Today was my first time getting a massage, which I had heard mixed things about, but I had an amazing experience! My massage therapist, Marie, was incredible. She managed to make the massage feel both rejuvenating - deep pressure and worked on some chronic issues - while still being extremely relaxing. 10/10 would book a massage again!

Aire was exceptional. The only downside is that you are required to wear slippers which feel like wearing neoprene wet socks. Outside of that tactile negative, the baths were a very fun experience. They have a variety of pools and saunas to explore- each with a different intention (some for relaxation, some for muscle release, etc). My personal favorite was the Dead Sea pool where you can float and listen to music underwater- very cool! As a couple, this is a romantic and unique date idea. I would also be back solo for a more meditative experience. All you need to bring is a swimsuit and an ID. The locker room facilities are mid, but the locker room staff is exceptional. The locker rooms are clean but there could be more changing rooms. they have nice hair dryers and curly hair products. Overall, it is worth the splurge and would highly recommend!

Booked the ultimate couples bath experience with my girlfriend and enjoyed every single moment of it. They gave us two face masks, exfoliating cream, and even a fruit juice to enjoy while we toured the facility. Our favorite bath to use was the one that splits between indoor and outdoor. A cool breeze from the air outside with the warm water was perfect. The service was amazing and the ambience was sublime. I definitely would recommend this place others.

The facility is really nice but the customer service is non existent and I found several staff members upstairs to be unwilling to do anything to make me happy with a unique request that could have easily been done. The unwillingness and lack of care is emblematic of a cattle to the slaughter feel of being processed upon arrival. They love their policies and rules more than being the least bit flexible to make the customer happy. 0/10 and I will not return and will encourage anyone I know to not come here.

I can’t recommend this place enough! If you are into high end spa experiences, book an appointment. Kevin was my massage therapist & Israel was our guide. Both men took very good care of us. The young lady in the changing room was so kind & attentive. I’ll be returning again for sure (minus the person that I came here with)

What a beautiful place! Went here for a day of relaxation and was not disappointed. The staff is on point, the sauna was perfect. Marie (so sweet) gave me one of the best massages I have had in a long time. I will be back with a group of girlfriends for post Holiday release. The only thing I would ask is to perhaps arrange for quiet in the quiet area and maybe set aside a room for ladies who are there to celebrate something or chat. All in all a positive experience, a cut above, worth it and I will be back.

Didn’t take photos inside the spa as I felt that was an invasion of peoples privacy, however, the spa itself was nice. I wouldn’t say I was wowed. It was a little over crowded for a Saturday at 3pm. People did not follow the “silence” rules and that took away from the experience. The locker room was insanely hot which made getting ready after the spa unpleasant. They offered a face mask and a scrub with out booking and it was a self serve kinda deal. I broke out on my face from the sheet face mask as it was so thick and it was so warm in the spa itself. Opportunity for bacteria. I would have liked a normal temp bath, everything was pretty warm minus the cold plunges.

I was impressed with the amount of different spas there's to offer in this bath house. We were greeted with the valet service at the front of the spa which I think is so worth it as you will spend 2+ hr here. As you walk in, you're greeted by well polite staff who will explain to you every step of the progress to get ready and enjoy the full spa experience. You're offered a free juice during the spa experience as refreshment. There's also hydration stations with free water and tea at different area of the spa. Prior to the spa experience, it's recommended that you do a salt exfoliation before and after. I enjoyed the exfoliation as it makes me feel even more clean and ready. My favorite one is the steam room with the cold plunge. It has a smell of peppermint in the room which makes you feel refreshed. My other favorite one is the power jet jacuzzi. My boyfriend's favorite were the cold plunges and the steam rooms. They also offer different unique experiences that includes wine bath and massages. It wasn't a cheap experience but it was worth the splurge and relaxation once in a While where you can completely detach from the outside world physically and mentally and just focus on yourself.

Let me start by saying this, ambiance - 10/10. Everything else- I was HIGHLY disappointed by. Maybe it’s that I have had very similar experiences with even more amenities in Vegas at half the cost, but everything about this place was not worth the money. First of all- we were greeted by someone who seemed very angry to be working. She did not welcome us. She was frustrated when I couldn’t show my ID fast enough, either way, I gave her benefit of doubt and moved on. We were guided into a large locker room where we were all cramped on one side of the lockers. They did not space us out at all. Which again, fine but was just strange since there were tons of available lockers. The floor was sopping wet and there were socking wet robes and towels thrown all over the locker room. Once we got into the pool area (which is completely stunning), I was disappointed to see that there were tons of people in the pools. Based on the way the website reads, the photos they promote and things you see on social media- this looks like a place where there would be no more than 10-15 people per time slot. I was VERY wrong. The pools were completely crowded. There was no space for privacy and there were groups of people who were so loud and acting like they were in a pool on a cruise ship, you simply couldn’t relax. The outdoor pool space, while beautiful- I never was able to enjoy as there was no where to stand in the overcrowded pool. The time limit you are given is perfect though. And the steam rooms were fabulous. Once time to get out and shower though, I was once again disappointed in how filthy the showers were. There was hair all over the walls, wet wash clothes still in shower stalls and so much water leading to the shower area, I’m surprised no one fell. Getting dressed was also somewhat difficult as there were so many people all crammed in one locker room area that it was just difficult to do anything since so many people were on top of each other. The last thing I was upset about, though it was rectified, was that our experience came with an aloe shot. As we left- we were never given this so I asked at checkout about it. I was told they were out but they could give me a juice. How does a place that has a certain amount of availability and know their max capacity run out of something? All and all, this experience was just not worth the cost. I would pay maybe $75 tops for this but would never recommend anyone spend that type of money on this. Save your money, got to Vegas and check out the spas at Caesars and/or Resorts World
