This is such a great all around place to go. They are great for families and for couples. They have sidewalk seating, indoor seating, and garden seating in the shade. They have fantastic food. Their salads are big enough for me to share with my husband if we aren't super hungry. I spent almost 2 hours reading a book outside here. They also have a lot of great salads that you can buy and bring home with you. The coffee is Intelligentsia. One note.. the courtyard seating is NOT accessible. There is a way in from the sidewalk that does not require stairs.. ask about it!

I love this gem , has different sitting areas. Including the backyard. So cozy and relaxing outdoors. One the best spot for a good coffee. They use inteligencia coffee , really good prices by the way for the size and quality. The food is more pricey but considering is made with fresh ingredients .Also they have organic food/soups & breads. ❤️. I had a salad was really good 😌. Visit them for a second time for a coffee ☕️ 😍. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always in a good disposition to bring your food at the backyard.

Very busy for a late Thursday morning get together with my girlfriends. At first, it was not quite clear how service worked (I came in the Main Street entrance), but my friends informed me that it was like Starbucks: you order your food/drinks at the counter and they bring it out to you. I ordered the Farmhouse. Food was decently good. Not the best I've had. It was well cooked and came out super fast. It came with blackberry jam, which was delicious. I could have eaten my weight in jam on toast. It got very loud from all of the conversations that were going on but otherwise a nice place for a casual get together.

By far one of the best eateries in Glen Ellyn as well one of my absolute favorites. They specialize in a combination of really good, healthy food, scrumptious deserts, and delicious drinks. The atmosphere is soothing, chill, friendly and inviting. You will find many a Glen Ellynites hanging here throughout the day. Please consider liking this review if helpful.

My new favorite morning spot! Coffee menu with Intelligentsia coffee was perfect and the food delicious (chorizo breakfast wrap and ham/cheese croissant). Staff was a well oiled machine handling the busy volume of customers with ease as well as extremely friendly! Lots of food options for breakfast and lunch as well as snacks/coffee to go. Multiple dining rooms with a comfortable/casual historic vibe. They also have a points program worth signing up for. If you like me haven’t been here before, make sure to visit soon as this is the downtown neighborhood spot everyone wishes to have.

This is a busy spot with limited seating but worth the wait. The food is great! We had the Chicken Avocado club, the kids grilled cheese and the kids ham and cheese. Service was quick! There were several tables where people were camped out on laptops and other projects (one person at 4 person tables) which limited our seating availability on a busy Saturday lunch. A staff member was also taking a break on a 4 person table too so this is my only complaint. Overall a good experience though.

Met up for a brunch with a friend and had a great time catching up. I will admit walking up to the door, it looked small but looks where deceiving, there are so many places to sit and areas to check out the food. The weather was nice, so we were able to sit in the outside section which was furnished with comfortable seats and beautiful garden area. I normally don't order oatmeal, but something said give theirs a try and I was so glad I did. My coffee drink was spot on and I loved the chart they had on the wall to show you what was in the different drink, it helps those of us who are not as used to the various options. Many options for breakfast and lunch and everything looked homemade. I would stop by if you are in the Glen Ellyn area. Finally, the staff was very helpful and kept everything very clean.

Cute coffee shop in heart of downtown Glen Ellyn! Service is quick. Staff is really nice. I got the sugar cookie and espresso. Sugar cookie is wonderful and of course sweet. The espresso was good. Altogether I spent over $6 altogether, so not to bad prices either. On the inside, it's warm and inviting with lots of seating to your availability. Probably my favorite blackberry market out of the 2 locations.

Stumbled upon this little gem today. It's much bigger than it looks. Plenty of seating. They have breakfast and lunch. A bunch of pasta salads and bakery items. Very cute inside.

Great sandwich coffee shop! Sandwiches are huge, great value although $10-12. Sliced potatoes and sweet potatoes come with the breakfast sandwich. Line moves fast, there are two cashiers, but you can also order online. And their house coffee is Intelligentsia. Highly recommended! Would have posted pictures, but I left my phone in the car. Free Public parking a short distance away.

Love going to Blackberry Market! I have been going here ever since I was in High School at Glenbard South, and they truly have the best cinnamon rolls in Glen Ellyn and the Western Suburbs!

Nice little spot for breakfast, coffee and a dessert. Parking can be a little tricky.. plenty of room to sit inside, fast friendly service. Awesome biscuits and jam... definitely worth a try.

Ordered drip coffee and didn’t expect too much. But lol jokes on me cause it’s probably one of the better drips I’ve had. My first sip tasted so great I had to leave a review. Also good food selections and friendly staff. Just look at that perfectly soft yolk (I ordered the first option in the bfast menu if you’re interested). In my experience, good staff has probably as much correlation to good dining experience as the food. Plus music gives good bops. Blah blah blah. Thumbs up BBM.

Wow. I have wanted to stop in this location for a long time. I read reviews, it looks like my kind of place (hip mixed with yummy food). My husband and I stopped by for lunch. The menu is very limited. We both had sandwiches. They only have dense, heavy, dry, sad white bread. The lunch meat is supposed to be Boars Head but my turkey tasted a bit wonky. Our sandwiches were dull and ..again…sad. They give you greens with thick dressing as a side. Nothing but greens. The sandwich with an avocado is a light smear, not actual sliced avocado . The atmosphere was ok but noisy. The bill? More wow. $32 for two sandwiches, no beverages. They self add a “service charge” AND a tip for a self serve walk up counter. The food was brought to our table but as the server dropped our cookie sheets down, we were told our silverware and napkins were, “over there”. Not sure what the tip is for…. We won’t be giving this one a second chance.

AMENDMENT: Blackberry Market reached out to me and went above and beyond to make up for our experience. Great customer service, much appreciated. 5 stars. PREVIOUS POST: Love the food and environment of blackberry market. But this most recent visit we ordered a roast beef Panini and a ham Panini. $13 and $11 each. They tasted great but we were surprised by how little meat was in the sandwich. Hardly filling. And this so-called side salad also embarrassingly small. I will continue to go for the pastries and coffee, but unless something changes I’ll skip the sandwiches from now on.

Great vibe to this spot. Avocado toast with egg was delicious. Alot of foot traffic meaning this is a great spot. Will be back!

Good baked treats but they really nailed the coffee experience! I had a traditional cappuccino and it was perfect! Creamy with rich coffee taste shining through.

This place is always a win whether it is the Glen Ellyn or Le Grange location. I usually always get the avocado toast with an egg but this time I skipped it and it was just as delicious. I also enjoyed the honey lavender latte with a warm ooey gooey melt in your mouth must have signature blackberry scone!!

Definitely the breakfast spot in downtown Glen Ellyn. Real good food, delicious cinnamon rolls and pastries. The coffee is top notch, glad to see intelligentsia. Will definitely return to try lunch.

My wife and I came here for breakfast after an early morning excursion. The staff was friendly and the breakfast sandwich was tasty. It has a few nice choices for dining. You can choose from outdoor street or courtyard as well as plenty of indoor seating. We chose to sit in the courtyard. Overall it was a nice place for lovely time with my wife.

THE cinnamon rolls! Farm to table fast casual that is part coffee shop, part sandwich and salad mecca (like an elevated Panera/ deli). Beware, it can get LOUD in there when it's really busy but the "secret' garden out back is super chill.

I'll give it 5 stars because I go here a lot with friends and the food is very good, and it's a great neighborhood joint. The cinnamon rolls are famous. However, if there's anything that could be better, it would be the coffee! It's fair at best. I dislike the Intelligentsia brand, but will drink it in a pinch.

The Veggie Sandwich they offer (customized by Havarti instead of Gouda as the cheese) is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had. Every time for school breaks I try to make it out to support this business! The coffee was lovely and the cozy location was able to fuel great conversations. Thank you for providing such great quality.

What a lovely place! Delicious vegan raspberry lemon scone — perfect texture, flavor, and sweetness! My friend got the caprese panini and I got the chicken avocado club and a 16oz oat latte. All soooo good, and everyone working was so sweet! The space was filled with a beautiful mixture of people doing work on their computers, people on their own reading, groups meeting and having brunch, and friends catching up! <3 thanks Blackberry market! Oou I also got a half pint of the pesto pasta to go to have this morning — and it’s hitting!
