Overall doctors and midwifes are amazing, but their customer service is horrible! Firstly, when being seen by a medical professional “by appointment”, there is still a long wait in a patient room (about 40 minutes) until The doctor walks in. Also, the front desk ladies always have an attitude and aren’t very attentive to patients! A big factor that I truely dislike about this clinic is the waiting on the phone to schedule an appointment. IT’S RIDICULOUS!!!! It’s been several days I have been trying to schedule an appointment, and I’m nearly waiting on the phone for 20 minutes to get an answer; and still no answer. I hang up, try again a different hour, and still no response! They need to better this location in many areas because these are only a few issues I mentioned!

Midwives are amazing as well as the doctors. The front desk, however, never answers calls. Every time I am there, I NEVER hear the phones ring and they always say the lines are busy. They are rude and very unprofessional. They will hold a conversation with one another while you are in front of them..

The doctors are great but the lady in charge of the front desk really needs to be trained on how to handle patients with respect and professionalism. I don't think her narcissistic personality is a great fit for a position that requires patience and empathy for those seeking help.

front desk dont have manners, the female dr i was with treated me like i wasnt human and my pain was in my head. it was not! i have no chose but to go there and i hate it. also, they talk about peoples conditions very loudly and they think we dont understand because they assume everyone is spanish speakers. the dr was making fun of me to the nurses while i was in the room and they were by the front desk of the waiting room in the back.

This is a horrible place..I been dealing with depression and anxiety and the day of my appointment instead of feeling better. They made me feel worse like if they only knew that mental health is hard to control..I could of literally left without paying because they told me I was done without giving me any papers or help at all not even a smile they look like they hate there job. Don't waste your time there people.

These people at the from desk are brain dead. They answer the phone get your information and hang up if you even get that far I've called 12 times and each time it's the same thing. Have yet to be able to schedule my appointment but you all call could call and Cancel my scheduled appointment a month after I made it...? At least hire people that will actually do there job before you all get closed down...

They don’t care about patients.. some doctor say one thing and front desk say another.. i’ve been through many thing with them.. but the one is making me change clinics is the fact that my daughter had been coughing for months and it wasn’t covid-19 since she had a lot of test, every week she was negative but they never gave her an appointment even though i told them she was negative from covid-19. Plus many times my health wasn’t really important to them since they forget to call back or give you instructions before and after they do some test. One time they forgat to tell me i had an infection!!!!! And after one month other doctor told me that last time i went i had an infection but nobody told me!!!! Sometime a lady with glases at the front desk has attitude. Horrible service.

Love my Dr, but the front desk always hangs up on me on accident and it's very annoying after waiting to talk to someone in the first place.... all to just wait again 🥴

I'm not actually one to leave surveys, but rather after my experience yesterday I just HAD to. I had a meeting with Kiyomi Kimble and it was a particularly extraordinary encounter! I generally fear going to the specialist particularly to the gyno, however Kiyomi made the entire arrangement smooth and torment free. I can truly inform she minds regarding her patients as she is exceptionally intensive. She strolled me through everything and caused me to feel quiet. Likewise, she emitted super chill flows. I will be returning to her for my check ups! She likewise did an amazing job to get my some additional lab work. She is an extraordinary expert.

Worst service ever especially while being pregnant. The receptionists always have an attitude and never have an answer to anything. It’s like they don’t even work there or don’t want to help you. They don’t sign you in and then you realize you’ve been sitting there for two hours because they forgot about you. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all especially during pregnancy. You shouldn’t have to feel stressed while pregnant.! Go to ACCESS instead.

Honestly this is a great place. Dr Abdul Bhurgri is the main reason we come here. Great pediatrician!

Have been waiting here for over an hour to be seen and nothing. They gave me a cup told me to pee and gave me long sheet of paper and said when ur done undress from the wait down and that’s it. I’ve been left in the room. Ready to get dressed and just walk away. Do I call my insurance and tell them they didn’t take care of me? Cuz I’m sure they’re gonna wanna charge me. It is now 534 and they close at 530. I still hear people but a lot of the nurses have started to say bye…

This place is awful I just had a new born a month ago and they haven’t Helped me with wic since he was born !! I wish they could give appointments sooner for mother who can’t provide their children with buying milk !!
