Surf Yoga and Surf Yoga are a lot harder than it sounds. A lot of fun and a great core workout. No worries if you wipeout, you'll get a great workout and learn how to be more in tune to your body. Glow Yoga is also a tough yoga class with a fun vibe bc of the glow in the dark stuff.

I have been a member of Hang 5 Fitness for several months and it has been a great experience. The workouts are challenging and fun, it is a great cross-training workout for runners. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities are always very clean. I am so glad I tried the surf class at this studio!

I absolutely love hang five! The boards are a fun and challenging workout every time. It helps with your balance and developing excellent core strength a lot. The one class I absolutely love is surf bootcamp with Kelly Good. She is the absolute best! I have never had an instructor like her. She is open to honest feedback and wants to make the class the best that it can be. I have been taking surf bootcamp with her for the past month. It is such a great workout and fun! Whether it’s 6am or 6pm, both are AMAZING! I have done 2 in one day it is that much fun! If you say you want to work on core moves more or booty moves, she will go out of her way to incorporate it in. She also has corrected my form and always makes sure your doing the moves right unlike a lot of past instructors I have had. Besides a killer workout, each class is different so you really can’t get bored. She also has the best spotify playlist! It’s a workout bootcamp party always at 6am and in the evening! Kelly truly is a remarkable instructor and person! Outside of class if you have questions on form or exercises, she is available and always happy to help! I love her so much!

Our experience with H5F was beyond AMAZING. My bachelorette party started there, with a private class with Sherie. We were scheduled to start our 6-person class at noon, but my sisters' train ran late - half of our party didn't arrive until almost 12:45p and Sherie waited so patiently for us! I couldn't believe how accommodating she was of our situation. Even after they arrived so late, she still did the full class for no extra charge. She was friendly and helpful. The class itself was great! It was challenging to balance on the boards, but definitely doable. The exercises themselves were a blend of yoga and pilates, with lots of core work! I WAS SO SORE the next day, but it was really cool to workout in such a different way! A private class on a Saturday morning cost $22 per person, regardless of the number of people (minimum is 6), which is super reasonable considering many studios charge $20-$25 to drop in for a public class AND don't utilize such a cool piece of equipment- the surfboard was featured on the show Shark Tank! The locker rooms have 3 shower stalls and provide towels, blowdryers, Q-tips, mouthwash, etc. They were clean and spacious (plus BYOB, so we popped some champagne after class!). I WILL BE BACK! I would recommend this studio to anyone, but especially for a private group outing.

This was the best Pilates reformer class I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to at least 6 or 7 other gyms.) I signed up on classpass and somehow I was the only person registered for the 5:30 class, so I got a one on one class with the gym owner! The owner tried some exercises I had never done before. I got a great workout and I will definitely be back.

Andrea is amazing, she's a fantastic owner and cares about the people! Love this gym and the classes that are offered. You won't find a better owner anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Organized, clean, friendly studio that has something for everyone! Will go above and beyond to accommodate you. I train there 4 days a week and love it. Everyone from the owner to trainers and my girl Fina at the front desk is super nice and welcoming. If you are looking for a new fitness home you should give it a try. You will not be disappointed πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Andrea put together a good mix of music for the party so the class flew by! I would recommend this class.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Sproing classes at this facility. I don’t like showering at gyms normally, but the locker room is really nice. They stagger classes so it doesn’t get crowded. The front desk is very friendly too! I look forward to continuing my membership here.

I went to Hang 5 with a lot of my sorority sisters (DZ) and we all loved it! It's super fun but also totally makes you work your a** off. The instructor makes it possible for everyone to participate and is very passionate about teaching this form of fitness. 100% would recommend.

🫀 I've been a member of Planet Fitness for a while, and while the gym itself is nice and the staff are generally friendly and helpful, the chronic issue of the gym not opening on time has become a major frustration. On a recent Sunday morning, I arrived at 7:45 am, expecting the gym to be open as adv...
